Jerry, Master Plumber, was very knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything clearly in regards to my main water line leak. He was polite and patient with my questions.

I had a pipe burst in my kitchen while my husband was out of town (OH NO!!) so I called around and finally found Mr. White, his response was quick and him fixing the pipe was even quicker! He was very polite & professional! Great experience!!

3 hours of work cost $500. Very polite, but that seems excessive. Won't use again.

I scheduled an appointment to get an estimate on replacing my sewer line at my home. The next day, I called back to inquire about the years experience of the plumber that was assigned to do the job since it is considered to be a major job. The receptionist could not answer the question, so she put the manager/owner on the phone. He told me that I was asking a very odd question, and that he would not have sent a plumber out on the job if he was not experienced. He felt insulted that I would ask such a question. I told him that he was being very unprofessional, and I thought it was a very valid question. If other plumbing companies had no problems when potential customers inquire about references or experience of potential contractors , why should he? I told him to have a good day and ended the call. If you don't have anything to hide, then you should be happy to share the credentials of your staff. I hope this helps potential customers seeking plumbing services.
