Had a good experience talking with Paul about my plumbing issues and got a good vibe from him when he came out to evaluate and estimate our job. Raoul and his assistant came out to today to get our most critical issue taken care of: finishing the incomplete installation of our new vanity. The contractor who did our bathroom remodel had given up on the vanity installation after realizing the previous pipe configuration was not going to work with our new vanity which was 36 high compared to our previous at 30. There was a shelf on the vanity right in front of our old pipe preventing us from putting in a p-trap. Purchasing a new vanity was not an option since our new vessel sink was glue to the old already and a hole had already been made in the furniture for the sink drain, so the furniture could not be salvaged. Raoul and his assistant moved our vent stack up, and ran new plumbing through our wall. They connected the custom plumbing components we had purchased, and were able to remove and replace the marble tile where the previous pipe had been. They executed this delicate tile work to absolute perfection. Pricing was a steal for the quality of the work and service.

well I'm going to start by saying I called Ray to My home to fix a leak I had and He came out and did a good job with fixing it I thought until it started to leak he had to come back at lease 3 times within a 1 Hour period. I have Brand new Hradwoods installed inside my home recently. so I offerd him foot protection and he VERY rudely refuses them because he is un professional & Most likely upset with the Leak problem we were having. I thought using them would be good but, I Hate to say it But u get what u pay for I would Rather be over charged Next time then to Deal with this Company ever again. But they did Fix the Problem Thank God. Hopefully they do a better job for u then they did for me and my family.

Had an issue with our septic system, after losing power and it throwing an alarm. Dustin our rep was phenomenal. He went above and beyond the call of duty that day and even answered a few questions we had after he completed the job and left the site. Needed a plumber to replace a polybutelene pipe so we could get water to our house from the street. We obtained 3 estimates and G-Force had one of the best, but not the lowest. However, they use directional drilling, which is low impact on your yard, but, most importantly, they rearranged their schedules so they could come the next day to restore our water. They showed up on time, did exactly what they said they would do, and it was an excellent job. Everyone on the crew was friendly and happy to explain each step of the process. We would use them again in a heartbeat.

Outstanding experience - the breaker to my hot water heater fried, but an RS Andrews technician, Jeff, came over and had us patched up in no time. Now we've got hot showers again! 10/10. Would recommend.

Superior has been out to my place three times now. The first time for a water main, the second for a water heater the third time for my water pressure regulator valve. The company is great to deal with. Jason, who handled my WH and WPRV took his time answering my many questions, and then went to action. I'm very satisfied with his workmanship, his professionalism and kind demeanor, and his willingness to stand by his work. He takes pride in his work, which is becoming rarer and rarer as the years pass. There are seemingly cheaper plumbers out there, but quality matters. I used a different company for my water heater less than five years ago, and ended up with junk. I don't have the time to mess with that. Superior will get it right the first time, and you can always get a hold of them when you need them.
