My service was excellent. Mr. Ray installed a water line for my icemaker. He was very knowledgeable with what was needed to be done.His estimate was reasonable. I was very pleased with his service and will utilize him for future projects.

8 hours late getting to our house with no contact in between. We had to keep calling to get an ETA. When they finally arrived the guys were rude and acted like it was a bother to look at the problem. They said they could not fix either problem (one was just a leaky kitchen sink) and charged us $395 for zero work or effort.

Robert was amazing!! He responded right away. He stayed late. He repaired every issue we had, and there were a few that took a long time. He showed us the damaged parts. He went over all the repairs. He explained how to maintain our water heater in the future. Very knowledgeable. Would use this service again!

Tim was great! We made an appointment for an estimate but when he had an earlier appointment available he called back to let us know. Once there, it turned out he already had everything on his truck to repair our leaky toilet and service our tankless water heater. Highly recommend!
