Joel Anthis and Scott replaced all four of my 42 year-old outdoor faucets in 93° heat today. They were hard working, and did a fabulous job. They were courteous and efficient. I have a complicated drip system for my deck pots that requires multiple spigots. It's now perfect. I have always expected Superior Plumbing to do excellent work. They did not disappoint!!

Cliff, at Superior Plumbing, took care of our plumbing leak efficiently and professionally. He is pleasant and thorough, and alleviated the problem in the least obtrusive manner possible. We have always been happy with the work Superior plumbing has done for us through the years and would recommend them highly.

The cutoff valve in my kitchen sink broke after 6 pm on a Sunday night. I called several other plumbers before I called Superior, thinking that a large company like them would be more expensive and more dismissive of the urgency of my problem. I was wrong! The smaller companies would have put me off for several days (and some never called me back at all.) The dispatcher at Superior was very considerate and gave me the number of an emergency plumber and said if that company couldn't help me to call him back. The emergency plumber was booked up for the night so I did call back and he set me up for an appointment early the next day.The plumbing tech, Michael, showed up right on time the following day and had a look at the problem. He went over all the service options with me before starting work so I was able to agree on a final price before he even started. He went right to work with no muss, no fuss, and had the whole system repaired inside of an hour and a half with no cleanup on my part. He was efficient and courteous throughout the whole job and did just what we agreed on. I would definitely call on him again for any future issues!

Excellent company. One of the outside water faucets developed a pinhole leak that was leaking into our finished basement. Called Superior and Jason arrived within a few short hours. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. Obviously good at his work. He had me fixed in no time.

What a pleasant experience dealing with Superior Plumbing and especially Jason Hendricks! I had a situation with my water heater and Jason came out right away. He cleared his schedule to install anew heater knowing how important it was to my family. Jason was prompt, courteous, knowledgable, pleasant and clean. I really can say enough good things about him. My technician, Jason, was very knowledgeable about water heaters. He offered sound advice. He gave me all of the elements of the servicing so that there would not be any surprises. The installation work was of great quality, and done in a reasonable about of time. I would say that I had a great experience and look forward to working with them in the future.

Ken did an excellent job replacing the damaged pipe and also making sure not to add any additional damage to our drywall where we just had a board and batten wall installed. My parents have used Superior Plumbing for their home and business and their recommendation did not disappoint. Superior work! Will definitely refer and use again in the future.

Today, we had a problem with our water heater pressure relief valves. I called Superior at 1:30 or so, and Joel Anthis, your Master Plumber, was here within 1.5 hours. He diagnosed it as our pressure regulator, which he confirmed by looking at the water pressure in our house which was way beyond recommended max. He installed a new regulator and the relief valves closed, and all is good. Your plumbers have all been great, and Joel is particularly excellent to me because I like his troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques and the way he thinks and works through things in an orderly way. Plus, very important to me, the answers he gave about questions such as why the water pressure in the house did not seem to be high, and what might be the problem with low pressure on hot tap in one of our bathrooms, made total sense and he laid them out in a logical manner. This matters a lot to me - I spent time on diesel and nuclear subs in the Navy, and have some understanding about piping, valves, pressure and such, and again what Joel said was totally logical and analytical, at least to my thinking. Superb, a total pleasure dealing with Joel.

Mr. Tom Shields repaired our leaking water line on September 6,2016. We were very happy with the service he provided. He was punctual (arrived actually sooner than scheduled), very fast, his work was precise, and so clean, that after finished job that involved digging , the grass was perfect again. We recommend his expertise very highly !!!

I gave Superior Plumbing five stars. Their employee Michael B. was an outstanding ,skilled, and very professional worker. He explained the work to be done and the cost clearly. I have used him twice and both times he did outstanding work. I would recommend Superior Plumbing for any of your needed repairs.

Jason and his trainee (Ron?) came on time and went above and beyond to fix my plumbing problem. I appreciate the in depth analysis they did and the projection of future needed work with photos. This clean out was twice what I paid last time I had someone do it, but I have a better understanding of the cause and how to do a longer term fix. As for today, my issue is resolved for the time being, and they cleaned up behind themselves and even changed out the toilet seat for me which I had planned to do myself. I will use them again.

We needed a new hot water tank installed and contacted Superior Plumbing in the morning. Early that afternoon, Joel Anthis arrived, as promised, and he was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He informed me of our options, explained each option and provided a detailed estimate. Joel was thorough, very neat and he completed the job within a couple of hours. My husband and I were very pleased with Joel's work and the service we received from Superior Plumbing. Jason is absolutely FREAKING AMAZING . I’ve never had a more knowledgeable plumber that’s concern with the homeowner. If Superior has 10 of Jason it would be outstanding. I would definitely recommend Superior hands down .

I had an under slab water leak. My appointment was scheduled between 8am and 10am. Jason arrived at 8am on the dot! Was very nice, professional, polite, and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and explained everything thoroughly. He also discovered something else that needed fixed too. Jason was respectful to my home and made sure to wear a mask and foot coverings. He cleaned up very well after the job was done. Thank you!

Jason Gallagher and his assistant Ronny were the plumbers assigned to my job and they were amazing! They were so knowledgeable and helpful in determining the best course of action for our situation. The pricing was great and they did really clean work expeditiously and they were friendly the whole time.

We had a broken water pipe coming into the house on the morning of the 4th of July. Because it was a holiday and not knowing who we could get we started calling plumbers we would either get an answering machine or if they did answer they didn’t know when they could get here… Finally Superior plumbing came up on the list some one answered and they were here within an hour. I could have not experienced a more professional person than Andrew. He explained the entire process, was polite and answered all my questions. I had a toilet that was making a loud noise when filling up the tank. The maintenance man in my building couldn't find the shut off value, Parker found it right away and saw that the value wasn't open all the way. Parker opened it ,problem solved. Parker was very professional, knew what he was doing and analyzed the problem right away. If I every have anymore plumbing problems I will contact Superior Plumbing.

Superior service from Superior Plumbing! I needed a plumber to fix my garbage disposal and low water pressure in the guest bath. I loved how I received a call about 30 mins before my appointment notifying me who would be coming to my home and an email with a picture and bio of the plumber - who does that?!? Seth was absolutely great! He was on time, professional and even showed me a few tricks if I encountered problems in the future. It was an excellent experience overall. Seth at Superior is my new plumber for all my plumbing projects!

We had a plumbing emergency last night at 5pm and they sent Shane and Corey out to fix the irrigation line that was crushed by our contractors. They were amazing and had the issue resolved and were on their way within two hours. Thank you!!!!! I have used Superior three times in the last four weeks (not a good track record for us w/ our contractor) but Superior exceeded expectations!

This was my first experience with this company. Michael was very proficient and fast with replacing my gas water heater. I thought the prices were high; however, i could have saved a few hundred dollars had i purchased the water heater myself and let Superior Plumbing install it. Overall, great service. I will use them again in the future.

During the City of Marietta’s 2023 4th of July celebration, Superior Plumbing sponsored a mobile restroom for the event as a marketing effort. However, after my family was berated by the Superior Plumbing supervisor on-site (whose name may have been “Joseph” or “Scooter”—I’m not sure because he and his colleague gave conflicting information), I don’t expect that this company will ever receive any work from us. The supervisor’s contempt was apparently related to me (a father) trying to take my two children (2 and 4) into the restroom with me. After we waited patiently in line for our turn and entered the restroom, the supervisor walked in after us and ordered us OUT of the stall, telling us that we would have to wait in line again for a different stall clearly marked “Reserved for Guests with ADA Needs.” I told him that my young children couldn’t wait through another line, and he replied that “these are Superior Plumbing’s rules, and if you don’t like them you can talk to my manager.” So, I asked for the manager’s name and contact information, but the supervisor then refused to provide it. Instead, he called me a name and wandered off, returning a short time later with three policemen; apparently the supervisor told them that he wanted us removed from the Superior Plumbing area. The policemen, on the other hand, were very friendly, and just suggested that we follow up with Superior Plumbing later on.

Superior Plumbing had someone show up in the pouring rain late on a Thursday afternoon. He did an amazing job, very professional, explained everything before he started any work and made recommendations for potential future trouble areas. Definitely will use them again, A+!!!

Michael Begitschke provided our initial estimate as well as final installation of a new hot water heater. He was very considerate and professional. He took the time to explain everything and made sure all of our questions were answered throughout the process. He is clearly extremely knowledgeable and experienced and put our minds at immediate ease. After he left I looked at my wife and raised up my hands and said man I love Superior Plumbing. Every time they have come to take care of an issue, we have felt great after they left. And we felt that way about the work Michael did today as well. I tell everyone to call Superior. Margie was also great in helping us get everything set up!!

Mitch came to our home and assessed our problem thoroughly. He educated us well on the issue, answered all of our questions, and was extremely professional. Due to the nature of our issue, Superior isn’t able to help us fully, but we were glad to have their input when seeking help in the future. Nobody ever hopes for plumbing issues, but we will be calling them again if we ever need their services!

I had a leak in my home that was stressing me out and someone from work referred me to Superior plumbing. I will now refer Superior plumbing to my family and friends because I trust them and their customer service is excellent. I want to say thank you to Michael B. He was the Master plumber that came in to my home to make the repair. Throughout the whole process, even though I felt a little bit nervous because this was the first time I had to deal with a leak that was under the slab, he made me feel at ease because he explained everything to me during the process. He is very knowledgeable and is an expert in his field. Michael B is very professional, efficient and quick from start to finish. He is a people person. After he was done with the repair, he cleaned the area and make sure everything was tidy. Michael B did an excellent job. I would definitely use Superior plumbing again if I have any further plumbing problems because of Michael B. He is an asset to Superior plumbing.

I just received service from Superior Plumbing. Michael B. was my plumber. He was on time, very courteous and completed all repairs in a timely fashion. I was very satisfied with the quality of his work and highly recommend him. I've used Superior Plumbing in the past. You're going to pay a little more, but the quality of the work and the professionalism is always there. Well worth it!

John did a fantastic job of replacing a leaking tub drain in my upstairs bathroom. I needed him to use the limited access I have available from the ground floor and he struggled but managed to remove the old drain pipes and replace the entire assembly without making a bigger hole in my ceiling. It was very difficult for him but he did so without complaining and was very upbeat about the entire process. An excellent experience with Superior Plumbing and John!

Josh did a great job in our home. He replaced the water shutoff valves for the washing machine. Very professional and knowledgeable and he took the time to explain things and educate me. Much appreciated. Very nice young man.

Monte was incredibly professional and had a way of showing me what the problem was and made feel extremely confident that the matter was handled correctly. Superior Plumbing has performed three different jobs for me. The last two jobs were performed by Joel A. He was professional, courteous and very competent in the work he performed. In repairing a leaking pipe behind a wall, he saved me a lot of additional drywall and painting expense by being able to replace the pipe through a small opening in the wall. I have been very satisfied with all of the work Superior plumbing has performed.

Parker worked diligently and professionally. He had come a week earlier to disconnect a sink and under counter plumbing. He arrived this day on time and completely reconnected the new sink, garbage disposal, and faucets. Very professional indeed was he.

I contacted Superior over a week ago to make my appt. I was contacted by Superior asking me to change my appt to 7/8/21 10am to 12pm. I received a call on 7/8/21 telling me they were running behind schedule but the Tech. should arrive close 12pm as possible. It wasn't until after 2pm the the Tech arrived at my home. However he didn't have the toilet to install, I have have to wait another for installation. The Tech didn't forget to collect the dispatch fee, don't blame him for that; it's the business. Having used Superior before (at least three times) I was disapointed!!!

Professional and courteous call with Erica. Jason arrived at my home promptly the next morning. He has I believe 23 years of experience. Was able to diagnose issue quickly and took time to explain what he found. Felt very comfortable having him in my home. I will call on Superior for any future plumbing needs and will request Jason.

Jason arrived early, quickly surveyed my situation, and got right to work after we discussed options for what needed to be done. This company is great! Joel from Superior replaced my leaking, broken water heater on a weekend and I could not be happier with the work. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had a water heater in the truck ready for a replacement. He quickly replaced the water heater, including re-doing a lot of the gas piping and associated structures that were really out of date. Nick, Seth, and Isaiah with Superior Plumbing repiped my entire house. They replaced my copper pipes with pex pipes. The guys also replaced my valve PRV. They worked diligently to complete the task!

Cliff did a great job and made sure to clean the sediment out of the whole system after the pipe was repaired. He protected our house and cleaned up after himself. We could not be happier and or more relieved to have the water back on.

Jason H. came and assessed my problem, replaced some copper pipe which had pinhole leaks, then checked other areas and the water pressure for my home. He was thorough and extremely nice to work with. I’ve used Superior Plumbing for years now and they’ve never disappointed! I had a leak in my front yard near the water meter and my irrigation line. Initially I had someone from the county to come out and make sure it wasn’t their responsibility but it ended up being an issue on the homeowners side...my side. So I called Superior. Amy was nice and was able to set up service the same day with Brent. Brent was very professional. He explained what the issue was, proposed different repair options and I felt that he educated me enough to make the right decision. After the work was complete, he walked me through what he repaired and I feel that a fair price was charged (which he presented prior to the work being done). Superior dispatched a plumber to deal with my issues within an hour when other companies wanted me to wait thru the weekend (which would’ve left me without a kitchen sink from Thursday - Monday). Repairs were performed quickly and professionally, including separate repairs to a tub drain that another plumbing company wasn’t able to correctly diagnose several months ago. Highly recommended. Superior isn’t the cheapest, but they’re the best!

My last experience with them was just two weeks ago.Jason Hendricks came out to give me an estimate on several things that I thought were questionable due to another firms estimate. Jason is a professional, very well spoken, knowledgeable, likable and experienced fellow.Jason walked me through the other firms estimate and agreed with most of it but did challenge several points. He walked me through the steps that he recommended, in detail, and it made sense in that the other firm did not even attempt to explain their estimate.We scheduled the appointment and the work was done, above and beyond what his estimate called for and on schedule.Superior has an excellent asset in Jason and I will ask for him by name in the future.

I needed to have both a new faucet installed in my kitchen and a new toilet installed in my bathroom. Called Superior Plumbing Wednesday afternoon around 345 to set up an appt. The lady who answered told me that she could send someone out as early as 8am the following morning. Wow, talk about a great response time! At 8 am promptly Thursday morning, Curtis showed up at my door. He gave me a quote for the work I needed done and immediately got down to business. Within 2 hours I had both a new kitchen faucet installed and a new toilet installed. They both look shiny and sparkly, lol. I can only imagine how difficult these tasks would have been had I attempted to tackle them myself. Curtis was professional and wore a mask, gloves and shoe coverings while he was here as well due to coronavirus concerns. Overall I am extremely pleased with the work done and with the company as a whole. I've been calling superior plumbing for years for all of my plumbing needs and they have not let me down. Our landscaper hit the water main coming into our home which left us without water on a Saturday morning. I called Superior Plumbing & they had Jason H. at our home within 45mins. Jason explained everything & fixed our pipe. My only complaint was the price was really high- over $600 but needed to get done. Thanks

I have used Superior Plumbing multiple times as they provide prompt service with very reasonable prices. Scheduling service is very easy and the women who take customer calls and handle scheduling are very friendly and professional. Most recently they dispatched Jason H. to fix a constantly running toilet for me. While he was there he also checked the water pressure and hot water heater for me. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I appreciated his thoroughness and courtesy. I will continue to use Superior Plumbing and recommend them to anyone else in the Atlanta area.

I called and set an appointment with Superior Plumbing as always when I have problem with plumbing and John DeAngelis was assigned to me. There was water leaking in my first floor ceiling and John D was able to figure out where the leak is coming from and fixed it right then. He needed to put a hole in my ceiling and I understand that that is the only way he can figure out the problem. He explained to me what he is going to do, options and and his estimate. He did an excellent job and very satisfied.

I have had a leaking outdoor faucet all summer and changed washers and to no avail. I finally called Superior and they sent Jason Hendricks out. He fixed my problem quickly. He was very proficient, professional and super nice too. If I have any future plumbing needs I will call and ask for Jason!

For two simple repair's, they sent two guys to re-attach a shower drain and replace a spray nozzle that I provided. I had a business meeting and I was not able to be there in person. The total charge was $89 for the dispatch call and $350 for less than one hour work. The last job that I was able to prevent and would $450.BTW - This work was performed by John's Creek Plumbing in less than 30 minutes for $145. NEVER, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU LIKE PAYING WAY TOO MUCH.

From start to finish, the team from Superior Plumbing did an outstanding job. The customer service team called prior to Tim arriving and made sure we were aware of when he would arrive. Fantastic service! We are fairly new homeowners and this is the first major repair we have needed on our home. There was big leak in our yard and we needed it fixed fast. Bill stopped by and assessed the situation and found the best solution for rerouting our water lines to the house. He was courteous and forthcoming, answering all of our questions. Excellent service overall. Superior Plumbing had a rep at my house within 24 hours of my initial Sunday call regarding a bad valve on my aging (15 years old) hot water heaters. Erick quickly evaluated the situation and provided a range of options. He walked me through the pros and cons of each. He provided a detailed quote of the option I selected. He returned promptly the next day to replace both of my hot water heaters, including a re-design of how they were linked together. Very happy, quality work.

The technician, Jason Gallagher, did a superior job repairing the sink faucets in my Master Bath. A different plumbing company had attempted to repair my issue several weeks ago. Things went from bad to worse. Jason arrived on time and was able to diagnose the problem and had the repair completed quickly. Jason was very personable and professional. We experienced a backed up sewer line. Superior responded promptly. They emailed a picture of the employee that would come to the house. David arrive early, quickly diagnosed the problem and after running a camera down the line, he explained the problem to me and the repair options. The line was cleaned in about two hours and he used the camera again to show me how clean the line was. From the lady that answered the call to the plumbers, Superior gave great service. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was the price seemed a high for the amount of time it took.

Once again our experience with Superior Plumbing left us totally satisfied!Starting with Jay in the office who scheduled through Tom Shields who actually took care of our problem, the process was like clockwork and totally customer focused. Tom was professional, pleasant and thorough in his communication and repair. His knowledge was impressive and he was very efficient. I had an emergency water pipe break and called Superior because of all the great reviews. This happened on Sunday and they were quick to schedule a plumber to come out first thing Monday morning to look at my issue. He arrived early which was great and then gave me the quote for the repair. I had about 12 feet of pipe in the repair job and they had estimated $2197.00 for that 12 feet of pipe plus the valve at $432.00. Total price was $2630.00 for the pipe repair. He said I would have to pay for the whole roll even though they would only use the small amount needed for the job. I told him I would need to call someone else because that sounded like price gouging to me. I am happy to say he did not charge me the fee to come out and quote the job. I am sure with all the jobs they have they would have had a small piece of pipe at the shop or just charge me for what I needed. In addition I was informed that two of my landscape bushes would need to be removed for them to install the pipe.I informed the plumber that I would have to get another quote because his was too high. I ended up using A-Total Plumbing who came within 30 minutes of my call and quoted the price at less than half the Superior price, did a great job and didn't disturb any of my plants. Even replanted a small hosta that he had to take out do the job.Very disappointed in Superior Plumbing Services

We had a water leak caused by a pinhole in the copper pipe in the wall between the garage and the kitchen sink. Superior Plumbing reacted quickly and sent Jason to us the next morning. Jason did a great job fixing the leak and getting everything back to normal conditions. Our water heater leaked all over the basement carpet (discovered Friday evening), because it was still under warranty we called the company that installed it (not Superior) and the soonest appointment they had was Monday at 10am. After having no hot water all weekend I was anxious for them to fix it - they showed up at 1 only to give me an estimate and leave for another job even though I had authorization in hand. It was not a warranty issue so I immediately called Superior Plumbing and in less than 2 hours later the problem was fixed - for less than the other company’s estimate! Needed to replace my hot water heater before it started leaking. I checked with my Trust Dale booklet and it suggested Superior Plumbing. Nick Freeman came by gave me a good estimate. Came by today for the install and got it done in about three hours. Both Nick and Jason were very helpful in answering my questions while the work was in progress. We woke up and discovered our water heater was leaking in our garage. No hot water! Called a friend that's a plumber and they were on July 4th vacation...! He was very personable and professional. After assessing the job, he advised me of the cost (which was reasonable) and answered my questions before starting the work. Had an issue with water heater--no hot water. Called Superior Plumbing, because I have always had a good experience with them for plumbing services. Darryl Dickson of Superior Plumbing was the the technician sent to help with my water heater. Darryl was very helpful and knowledgeable. The issue with the water heater was simply the pilot light burning out. Darryl asked if I had any other plumbing issues. I discussed with him was a leaking water pipe. Darryl discussed with me that the water pressure regulator I had could be part of the problem because the pressure in the system was too high. So, I had Darryl replace the regulator and repair the pin-hole leak in the copper pipe. Darryl did a great job and along the way he provided useful tips for my future use in maintaining the water heater and such. Overall, I was very pleased, as I always have been, with Superior Plumbing's service and products. Highly recommended.

I called Superior because of a leak from my shower into our crawlspace. I loved that they were able to get someone out in a few hours on Friday of a holiday weekend to look at it & let us know what could be done. Beau was very knowledgeable & pleasant to deal with. We did not have him complete any work at this time since we want to remodel the bathroom anyway & don't want to pay to fix something that will just be torn out in the end. I was having a nice morning, a Saturday with my children, making a big breakfast for all of us when a pipe burst underneath my kitchen cabinet. I opened the doors underneath the sink (with the sink water still running full blast) to a huge river of water and sewage pouring out all over the kitchen floor. I turned off the sink, grabbed as many towels as I could find, and called superior plumbing. Even though it was a Saturday, right before Super Bowl Sunday, they told me they could have someone out to my house that same day. I was ecstatic. Thank goodness for Superior plumbing! I immediately drove to Home Depot to buy a new 300$ garbage disposal for the service tech to install, thinking that this was the problem. When the man got to my house to do the repair, he told me that while he would be happy to install the new garbage disposal, that it was not necessary. My old disposal was just fine. All he had to do was replace the pipe to it which was a much cheaper solution. He fixed everything in record time and was very professional. After he left, I returned the 300$ garbage disposal and returned to the clean up of my kitchen. Superior Plumbing is a wonderful company and I would refer them to anyone who asked. They were quick, professional, and they saved me a good deal of money.

I've been a Superior customer for more than a decade and I'll never use them again now. Deeply frustrated that when I asked if they'd fix the drywall they needed to cut for an optional repair, a repair I definitely didn't need that day and would not have asked for had I been given an honest answer, they said yes, of course they would. After the repair was done, they claimed no, of course don't do drywall. I owed them for a repair I wouldn't have authorized, and now I have to pay someone to fix the drywall on top of that. Never going back to this company that lied just to make a sale and left me with no apology and a big bill.

Needed the drain assembly beneath the hall tub replaced. Joel cut through the closet wall. Found it on the first try. Repaired it. Tested it. Was out of there in two hours. Nice to have such professional service. Superior Plumbing always does a great job.

Jason was great, he clearly explained to me what he was going to do, what was included with the service, and what potential problems he may run in to along the way. As he was doing the work, he kept me informed on what he had found, and when he was done he showed me the finished product and explained what he had done in detail. All in all, I am very happy with the service that he and Superior Plumbing provided!

I was totally amazed when Superior arrived with such a large van. I came to learn, when it was decided I had a leaking hot water heater, that they carried both sizes of heaters at all times!! There was no coming back later or rushing off to Lowes or Home Depot to purchase one. I have NEVER seen a plumber so well equipped and ready to go.Guillermo Miranda was very professional and did an excellent job. I highly recommend him; he is an asset to his company. I can't say enough about Superior and their people. The office people were terrific as well.

Had an insurance claims adjuster assess that the leak from my main floor kitchen ceiling was most likely coming from a leak in the upstairs water supply lines running under the floor board. I engaged Superior Plumbing after watching a raving review by local consumer advocate Trust Dale. After chatting online with the Superior Plumbing Tech Support Melody, setting up dispatch, I was advised of certified plumber Michael’s eta of 45mins. Here I thought 1-2 days at minimum. The cool thing after hanging up with the tech I immediately received a text with a link to the bio, photo and current customer service rating of the plumber who would be servicing my work order. Michael promptly arrived 45mins later. He introduced himself, quickly assessed the problem, and explained next steps including pipe leak detection costs and isolated my problem to a slow, almost undetectable leak coming from upstairs toilet down the drain pipe and eventually the ceiling below. Michael repaired toilet drain pipe, cleaned upstairs and downstairs in a jiffy’s time. He even advised of an excessive water pressure Condition at my water main in the basement! Michael was the consummate professional throughout! Great Job Superior! You lived up to the Trust Dale high billing!!

I have had several houses over the years in four states and all have needed plumbing services from time to time. I have dealt with many different plumbing contractor companies and individual plumbers. I can honestly say that my experience with Superior and specifically with Jason H and the way they handled my hot water heater replacement was among the best, (if not the best) that I have ever had. Jason is an excellent communicator and extremely competent. He was well prepared and highly efficient. I would recommend him and Superior.without question. Actually within hours after Jason finished, my wife did in fact recommend him to a relative who is looking for a plumber.

Joel arrived on time and assessed the situation with water heater and noted nothing needed at this time with the heater, but he found 3 leaky pipes and a leak from the toilet above that required lifting toilet and rebuilding flange and installing new pipe. Also repaired the three pinhole leaks in water pipes.

Found a leak from a pipe on the ceiling in the morning and Superior was able to get Jason out to help us right away. Very friendly and knowledgeable, Jason was able to find and fix the problem quickly. Jason even read over our history file with Superior before arriving so he was already aware of the kind of repairs we'd had done before. Really appreciated the extra prep work there. I'm not a fan of Superior almost doubling the cost of their dispatch fee (non-refundable even if you proceed with a repair), but I am happy enough with the actual work and staff that I'll be sticking with them for now.

We had water backing up in our house the day after Christmas. This was the 2nd time in 2 years so our local plumber told us that something was wrong and he did not have the equipment necessary to handle this and we would end up calling the bigger guys anyway so go ahead and call. After calling 4 plumbers that day Superior was able to see us that day. Cliff came and was great. He was so thorough. He had the camera with the live pictures we could see to know what the issue was. He temporarily fixed the issue so we could function until they could come back and fix the root of the issue. They came back yesterday and did the whole project in one day. It was as painless as it could be (never like to spend big money on this type of thing) but it is necessary. I would definitely recommend Superior Plumbing to anyone. They were timely and thorough.

I highly recommend Superior Plumbing. We had a damp carpet spot in a bedroom and couldn't determine the source of the water. Scheduling was easy. Jason came earlier than expected and immediately diagnosed the issue. He considered various structural issues, not just plumbing-related and found the source. We have a few repairs to work through with non-plumbing contractors but we feel confident the issue has been resolved.

I had a main line water leak that resulted in water in my basement. Superior Plumbing came out and assessed the issue and was able to shut off the compromised line and ran a new water line. Jason arrived on on time. The initial problem was a pin hole leak in a copper pipe. Upon surveying the leak location, he spotted about 5 additional leaks adjacent to the first. He further found the household water pressure was much higher than it should have been. The water heaters, while working, were over a good useful life. Put all together with a history of pin hole leaks over the last few years, we decided to upgrade the water heaters and related new piping and of course, fix the leaks. Jason was very thorough and worked very expediently; taking two 50 gallon tanks out and bring in 2 new ones. All the while he kept his work sites orderly, bringing in what he needed at the time it was needed and clearing out debris from first sight before mobbing onto the next.I am very pleased with his expert and professional style he brought to the job. He definitely reflects extremely well upon the professionalism of Superior Plumbing Services!

We had a problem with our hot water heater and on Friday we called several plumbing places and one had a recording and the other could not come until after the holiday. He managed to cleanup the convoluted piping originally installed by the builder and correct some issues with how the builder originally configured our recirculation pump. 1st off, my call was answered by a person not a machine. She was very professional, answered all my questions quickly & efficiently. The plumber Keith, was on time with his arrival being proceeded by a phone call. He inspected both issues & provided an estimate prior to beginning work. Tried to negotiate one of the prices down, however he stated they were set by his office and could not be changed. Decided to go ahead anyway & he completed both repairs in a timely fashion. I was very happy with the job he had done, as everything worked as if brand new. Additionally he left no old parts, stains, grease marks or trash of any kind behind. When he presented the invoice, there was a discount off the original price. He had called his office & they agreed to lowering the price mainly due to the speed of his work. Great doing business with Superior from start to finish......

Parker installed a kitchen faucet for us last week. We supplied the faucet. It took him about an hour to install. The charge? $558.18. The faucet seems to work fine, but there is simply no justification for charging that much for labor on a faucet installation. When I questioned the charge, Parker (and Jay, when I called Superior) assured me that Parker's supervisor Keith would contact me to discuss. It's been a week, and no Keith. I won't be calling Superior again.

This repair person with only 1 year experience used PVC pipe to replace an outside faucet. I went to disconnect the hose from the faucet and the entire faucet came off of the wall. Leaving water gushing out of my house. I had to call another plumbing service to repair the shotty work that was done. That faucet should have been attached with metal and not PVC. I had to pay another company to come out and repair/replace the faucet and pay several hundred more dollars because I never received a call back from inferior after leaving a voice message. Plus he insisted on replacing something that goes above my hot water heater stating it was not up to code when it was approved as correctly installed by Gwinnett county.

Seth was great and the young man with him repaired a valve on the water heater. Both were very professional and explained the process. I was very pleased!

Jason was professional, quoted me when he first arrived and then proceeded to remove the old water heater and put in a new one. Ours was very old and out of code, so he had to change the plumbing, put in new valves and install it to today's code. He also changed out the piping and reduced pressure to the outside water valves, which now prevents a drip. Great job all around and with one visit. Nice guy, very professional and took care of business!

I tried reaching out to two other companies first only to be told they couldn’t help on a Saturday or that they would first be able to get to me next week. Superior, however, said they would have someone call me and send a repairman before the end of the day. 30 minutes later I got a call to say a repairman was on his way. He arrived on time, assessed our problem and showed us the exact prices as they were listed in his system. Everything was clear as to pricing with no surprises at the end! Our 50 gal hot water heater began leaking around 5:30pm. It began flooding our finished basement. While throwing beach towels on the floor, I called Superior in a panic. Jay B. Took my call and was immediately assuring. He got the necessary information quickly and then informed me he had someone that could be at our house within the hour. Jay communicated who was dispatched, Paul A., and that he should arrive within an hour. Upon arrival he greeted me and asked me to show him our issue. He looked everything over and discussed the repair with me before beginning. Paul had everything necessary to make the replacement/repair on his truck. He worked several hours straight (after normal hours, at night) to finish and took the time to show me the repairs. He made sure I knew how to operate the new water heater by demonstrating the start up/lighting process. He checked to ensure the water pressure was correct as well as confirming there were no leaks. And last but not least, he asked if I had any questions or concerns as he gathered the old parts, his tools and removed the floor protection he placed from our door to the back room where he made the repairs. We settled the tab and I was sure to shake Paul's hand and voice my appreciation. A bad situation, at an equally bad time, was completely handled with great customer service and skill.

Erik arrived within the scheduled time frame. The office called and kept me updated on any possible delay, as well as an arrival time when he was on his way. Erik was professional and did a great job diagnosing the problem. Will definitely Use Superior again!

Bill really helped us out! Our shower drain was significantly blocked, and he knew exactly how to clean it out and fix it! After we previously tried many methods to unclog the drain (including baking soda/vinegar) we realized we needed professional help! Bill was lovely and very quick! However unprofessional management.Superior Plumbings prices are nearly double compared to smaller plumbing companies.When calling Superior Plumbing I was trying to get a rough estimate as to the cost of installing a basement sump pump or a basement ejector pump, both of which have similar installation times. I was told that they charge by the job and not by the hour. I should have stopped there. However I decided to let them show in person so I could get an estimate. Within two minutes I was given a quote for just over $1100, for a two hour install; this was only for installation since I provided the pump. I paid the $60 service fee and declined the service.After calling back and explaining that my time was wasted asking why I couldn't have been giving this estimate or any information as to the cost (since it is a flat rate) over the phone the service manager called me. He let me get about a minute into my story before he cuts me off by saying I hate to be rude but then goes on a minute long tirade. He questioned any plumbers competence who could give me rough estimate over the phone. I called around and within 20 minutes found two other plumbers (smaller businesses) who gave me a range of prices both of which were $400-$500 less expensive.

Had a water leak located outside of the home. Tucker was very professional and helped us with our options. The team came and actually had to dig a 6 ft hole to get to the leak. Fixed the leak with precision. Even though, they had to dig such a big hole in the yard with a back hole digger - after they got done you would have never have known they were there…yard was fixed back the way it was before. I want to thank Tucker, Monti and their entire team. Excellent job and I would recommend them.

KITCHEN REFRIGERATOR WATER LINE:Contacted Superior to have a new stainless steel water line installed from the basement to a new refrigerator in the kitchen above. Replacement for an older plastic line. Very responsive with sending a person out the next day and earlier than targeted. Robert did a great job using good safety practices throughout the time at our home. The picture and bio before his arrival helped with knowing who was to perform the work and his background.The finished job was done excellently. A new line installed with updated connections improved water volume and moved for easier future access. Will contact Superior for future plumbing needs.

The company was able to send someone out the next morning to look at my problem and get me an estimate and schedule the work. They do a great job sending you confirmation of the appointment, showing you who will actually be coming out and calling you 30 minutes before their actual arrival time. So far so good.

The plumber, Seth, was very professional. But your company’s prices are ludicrous. Almost $500 for about 45 minutes to check out the toilet. Ludicrous and totally unreasonable. They charged me $480 just to tell me they couldn’t repair the toilet and that I needed a whole new toilet.

The price for my repair was higher than any pricing estimate I saw online for the same job, but in all honesty, I am willing to pay more for the level of service and professionalism I receive from Superior.

This is unfortunately the third time we’ve had to use Superior Plumbing with all the issues we’ve had with the builder grade system used in our house. Each plumber has been knowledgeable, respectful, prompt and skilled. Shout out to Blake, our most recent plumber.The answering service and schedulers follow through and get the jobs assigned in a timely manner. I pray we don’t have to use them again, but highly recommend this company!

Wonderful experience yet again with Superior! This time Jason Hendricks came out and he was super knowledgeable, professional, and he did a through and clean job of my water heater replacement. I was that lucky person at 530am going downstairs to get laundry and SQUISH (insert choice words here)! I immediately called Superior and they were able to have someone to my house in 5 hours. Can’t say enough great things about this company. Yes, you may pay a little more, but the peace of mind, knowledge and professionalism is top notch. Thanks, Jason!

Trey at Superior Plumbing Services came and helped resolve a chronic leak. He was thorough in checking everything and methodical in finding and fixing the problem. He and the company have been good about following up until the problem was completely solved. This leak was tough to find and required multiple visits to make sure that the problem was completely solved. Trey was great to work with. He and Superior are highly recommended.

Arrived on time, determined the water leak issue and replaced a faulty garbage disposal. Very pleasant and professional.

After coming out and finding the issue, David was very prompt in getting my service scheduled. David was very professional and thorough. Nick was great! My wife and I noticed a stain on the ceiling in the kitchen on the first floor. Directly above is the Master Bathroom. Nick came in, quickly diagnosed the cause of the stain (loose toilet and broken flange). He also told me of a corroded water valve that needed to be replaced, but it could wait a few months. Very courteous, and did the job in an hour from the time he arrived to the time he left. Put us at ease, so thank you Superior and Nick!

Same day appt. within hours of my call. Josh C. was awesome! He came prepared with all the materials he needed to diagnose and fix the problem. Josh explained the issue and fix in layperson terms. For Superior and Owner accountability, pictures and videos were made of the pre- and post-repair. Up and running in less than 2 hours!

Fantastic team. The first plumbing company I called about a bathtub issue wanted to break my tile and rip out drywall to fix the issue. So happy I called Superior for a second opinion. They were able to fix the issue within 15 minutes, no construction required, likely saving me thousands of dollars. The knowledge level of these guys is stellar. Definitely the professionals you want!

I had two water stains on my kitchen ceiling. Guillermo neatly cut holes in the ceiling, diagnosed the issues, fixed the issues, and cleaned the work area completely. If not for the holes in the ceiling, I'd never know he was here. He was pleasant and professional and I will request him should I have issues in the future.

Everything about the experience was efficient including all employees and even vision software. Our lead man Dallas was patient with our many questions, also knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with !!

Wes was excellent! In fact he did not need to do anything. Turns out our neighborhood pool is on Septic and not Sewer like I had thought. He knew what to ask and look for and instead of charging for work that did not need to be done he recommended an excellent Septic company who fixed us up.I will definitely contact Superior the next time i need plumbing work done.

Labor Day weekend we had our water heater break. He was here within an hour. It had to be replaced and everything was on the truck. Within a couple hours the new one was installed and working. Very professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend them for any plumbing services.

Great experience! Came within a couple of hours after I called. Diagnosed the issue and repaired it. Never really want to have to call for a plumber but Superior Plumbing has met our expectations the last week. We also had a slow leak last week which they handle in a timely manner.

I've been using Superior Plumbing for about 8 years. They have always been very professional and friendly. No, they are not the cheapest but the work they do is great. Recently I had a pipe break outside our home and I called Superior. Paige walked me through turning off the water at the street. Thank you! I then made an appointment for 8-11 AM the next day. At 7:00 AM I received a phone call that Tom was on the way. Tom arrived at about 7:30 and was finished by 9:00. Tom explained everything he did and left the site neat and as clean as Georgia red clay can be.Well done!I highly recommend Superior Plumbing.

Issue wasn't fixed. About $2000 later and the manager won't return my calls. I have used them a bunch, so am very disappointed by this (non)response. Do not recommend.

I should have known based on how unprofessional the customer service representative was that this would not be a great experience scheduling an appointment with this company.On day of arrival , The technician was very unprofessional. He lollygaged around my house so that he could be here long enough to make it look like he arrived in the system. He did not give me a consultation so I asked him to leave so that I don’t have to pay a service charge since he literally did not preform any services. He then told me that he would make up an estimate. No thanks bye.

Superior was recommended to us by our plumber who could not do work on service mains. They responded immediately to our request as our water pipe in front of our home was broken. John D. was at our home in just over an hour, and gave us options for repair or replacement along with pros/cons. He repaired everything this afternoon, working late to make sure we would be able to turn our water back on. The repair is great and you can’t even tell where he had to dig up the yard. Excellent review and would highly recommend them!

Called Superior and they sent out someone within 45 mins to look at my leak. Next day, Guillermo came to my house to replace the pressure valve and then helped us with the installation of a new water heater which was needed. That’s the guy you want to come to your house and do the work, as well as walk through what’s happening. Appreciate his direct, no non-sense approach. Takes his job seriously and works hard at it.

They were fast to answer my inquiry and had all of the supplies and tools needed to complete the job same day. Installed a new water heater and fixed a faulty shower fixture. The technician was knowledgeable and friendly and cleaned up everything before he left. This was not my 1st experience with Superior and it is service like that, that will make me think about them again for my next plumbing need.

Superior provided same day service and handled two plumbing problems (sump pump replacement and exterior faucet replacement) with ease. They are not typically the lowest cost plumber but getting a quality job serviced quickly is worth the money. I have used them before for water heater replacement and will use them for future needs.

Detected a leak on the water heater last night. I called in the morning, and Ken was here an hour later. He worked fast, no distractions and with purpose. And the work looks really clean and professional. Fixed other minor piping arrangement issues that could have caused problems later on. Expensive but high quality.

Eric was on time, courteous and first asked to review each area of concern with us. He took time to understand each of our issues and asked important questions. Then he provided an accurate estimate of the services needed. Eric knew we wanted a dishwasher installed so he first checked the pressure regulator for water entering our home. We recently purchased our home and are getting used to it. We found out the pressure regulator was set to 120 and it should be no more than 80. Had Eric not checked that, it would have caused damage to the new appliances we were installing (dishwasher, hot water heater). Also, while installing the dishwasher, Eric noted parts were missing and there were signs that it was not a new dishwasher. We purchased this dishwasher from a big box retailer at their discount store marked as last year's model for 1/2 price. We are returning it because it appears to have been a refurbished dishwasher - it has water marks and other now obvious signs that it refurbished rather than last year's model marked down. That's unfortunate because over the years we have purchased 90% of our appliances from this big box retailer and they sent us to their discount store to buy the model we did because that was the model we wanted. Eric repaired all of our plumbing issues (our list had 7 items on it) and saved us from long term damage if we had just let the big box retailer installed the dishwasher. Zack, who has been at my house before, did, as always, a wonderful job! Both He, and Superior Plumbing, are very professional, thorough and courteous. Had a clogged sewer line which would normally not be an emergency but we were leaving out of country and had to wash clothes, take shower and use bathroom. Seth showed up on time first thing in the morning. Went straight to work got rid of the clog (a grease ball), put everything back and cleaned up. Very happy and can leave now without worrying.

Superior was very responsive, same-day service, and they came during the timeframe that they said they would. Joel, The plumber technician, went about his two tasks skillfully and efficiently while checking for other possible root cause problems. He was helpful, cheerful, and personable. Our issues were resolved and the functionality we now have is better than ever.

Jason did a fantastic job. He was very professional, resolved problems quickly. He reviewed all faucets and toilets, and only repaired what was needed. Prices were reasonable, and prices quoted and warrantee was agreed upon before work started. I would use Superior plumbing and Jason for all our plumbing needs. This is a 5 star company who stands behind their work, and Jason is a 5 star plumber.

At 6 a, we woke up to a leak in our ceiling in the kitchen. Of course we panicked, it only being a few days before Christmas. I work at LGE Community Credit Union and Superior Plumbing is a close local business in the community. So I felt safe going with them. Customer service and communication were great. We had an apt for betwewn 10-12 that morning and a our Plumber Seth arrived before that window which was great! He was absolutely awesome! Arrived earlier then expected. Diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it. He was personable and answered all my questions. He also fixed our phantom flushing toilet while he was here. The pricing seemed a little high, but I was expected that from other reviews. It wasn't terrible though. I would call them again.

Ken responded to an emergency clog at our house. He fixed the issue promptly and went above by ensuring that we wouldn’t have any repeat issues in the future. I was very pleased with our service.

The tech arrived a few minutes early. He was knowledge and he did a very nice job & cleaned up afterwards, He removed my disposal at my request and cautioned me afterwards about not using the switch anymore & recommended getting an electrician out to cut off the power to the switch, I had a disposal removed at my former residence & was not given any warning about the power for the switch. It made me even more glad that I called Superior.

We have had Superior do several jobs for us. Melissa was courteous and kept us informed of arrival time. I would say she went out of her way. Tom was very professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend Superior Plumbing.

A pipe burst upstairs this morning and we had a flood through to the downstairs. Most plumbers couldn't even make out today but Jason was at my house about 3 hrs after I spoke with Madison who was very professional, polite and helpful. Jason was also very polite and professional as well as honest and trustworthy. He was quick, clean and a pleasure to work with. I will use Superior again if needed and I will recommend them highly as well.

The tech was professional and did a great job. Superior Plumbing should be embarrassed at their current price gouging. I had a tub facet and sink faucet drip. Replaced a few minor parts and 1 hour of service for over $700. Next time I’ll just look at a YouTube video and go The Home Depot for the $40 in parts and do it myself.

The reason I was so happy with my service was that Emily told me when to expect the plumber. A short time later, I was called as asked if they could come earlier and I said that would be great. Kevin came as promised and went through my description of the problem. He did some checks and told me what he thought my problem was and that it would cost this much. He fixed our problem and everything was completed professionally with a very positive attitude. I have come to rely on this level of service with Superior Plumbing.

Superior answered my emergency call promptly and professionally. Within an hour and a half, the plumber was at my house precisely on time. However, Superior was kind enough to call me half an hour early to confirm the technician was on the way. Discovered a water leak close to the slab that was beyond my DIY capabilities. Dispatch sent out a technician within two hours. Jason arrived and was able to fix the leak. Jason was extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. My experience with Jason made me comfortable in choosing Superior plumbing for future leak repairs that are beyond my capabilities.

Both guys sent to the house to fix our kitchen sink were great, very polite and personable. The did a complete job and even though they had some issue with their equipment they had a back up ready to go. Our older house even gave them a new encounter acorns in the pipes. My experience was very good. Superior was able to get me scheduled quickly, they sent a pre-visit email with a picture of my serviceman and they called the morning of the visit to alert me to Darryl's arrival.During the visit, Darryl explained all his actions. He was able to complete the repair because the truck was well stocked and some suggestions for future repairs.I do think the repairs were a bit pricey for the the materials that were installed and the time required to make the repair. However. I would consider using this company in the future.

Everyone at Superior Plumbing were very responsive to my issues and me personal schedule. They let me know when David was on his way. He checked things out quickly and gave me my options. He quickly fixed the problems and made sure that I was satisfied that everything was working properly before he left. I would definitely recommend Superior Plumbing to anyone.

I used Superior in May of this year. Superior was the third business I called to replace a leaking water heater. I provided the capacity and BTU of the existing unit. Since I was able to contain the water it wasn't urgent. The representative arrived the next day with the replacement tank on the truck that matched the spec's of my existing tank. The tech checked the water pressure and found it to be high at 85 psi (65 psi is preferred) and suggested replacing the original water regulator valve. I agreed at which time he provided a quote which also included a permit fee for the county to do a follow up inspection after the install. The replacement took a couple of hours and looked very clean when it was completed. The cost was higher than expected at over $2000 but that included a $400 regulator and a new master shutoff ball valve which were soldered in the existing copper plumbing. Regarding the cost, the tank is a 10 year warranty vs. the 6 year units that can be installed for less. I used review sites to check Superior out which as expected had many good reviews and I also wanted a company I felt would be around in the event I had an issue in the future. So I guess I was also paying for peace of mind, at least that is what I am telling myself. I would definitely use Superior again in the future.

Our Tech. Carson Weaver was excellent, could not ask for better service, so polite and keep us informed about what he was doing. We will use Superior Plumbing again because of the service he provided.

I had a plumber by the name of Jason come out to look at my toilet issue and to quote me on a replacement. He explained everything so well and was very friendly. We have used Superior for numerous plumbing issues over the past few years . It is easy to get an appointment and the Technicians are always timely. They work efficiently and are particular about cleaning up after the job in done. They have consistently provided a high quality of service. While other services may be cheaper, we prefer a quality job and they have always lived up to our expectations.

The Superior team did an excellent job on our outdoor water pipe leak. They were responsive, communicated every step to us and did a great job restoring our property after completing the job. Highly recommend.

We had an emergency plumbing need and Superior Plumbing was able to schedule an appointment for us for 2 hours later. Luckily, we didn’t have to wait for our appointment as they had a plumber who was able to get to us within 45 minutes of my call. Keith was professional, informative and quick to fix our damaged pipe that was causing a small flood in our front yard. Everything was identified, resolved, and paid for before the end range of our original appointment time. Cannot recommend them enough!

3/25/21: We were so pleased with the previous work that we called Superior back for our most recent issues. Our plumber today was Anesti and he was fantastic! Generous with his knowledge and skilled in his craft, Anesti put me at ease and delivered top- notch work. Had him provide estimates for several other (slightly less critical) plumbing jobs - we will absolutely be bringing him back out soon!After asking around for plumbing recommendations​ we got great feedback for Superior. Certainly justified. Paige was helpful in online chat and made service setup easy; Cliff gave me all the facts about our circumstances so I could make an informed decision.

Superior Plumbing came in to diagnose/fix a main pipe burst. They were quick to pick the phone and set the schedule. And the office followed up to let me know that the tech was running late.The tech's recommendation was to replace the entire mainline to the house which was many $$$.I decided to have replaced the damaged section rather than the entire line for fewer $$.I do appreciate Superior Plumbing coming out so quickly.

Had a major puddle under my sink, which seemed like it might be the garbage disposal. Called a bit after 600 in the afternoon. Had someone before 1000 the next day. Nice guy, new disposal, new throat, tests to make sure nothing else wrong. Nice!

We have used their services several times over the years. We have always been happy with price and service. However this service we were quoted around $ 4800 for replacing two 50 gallon water heaters. We think it is too high. Giving them benefit of doubt may be that is what it costs nowadays

When I called Superior Plumbing yesterday, Jay was very courteous. He was swamped, but asked if he could call back within 15 minutes and then did exactly that. He arranged to have Ken D. come out the very next morning. Jay called this morning to let us know that Ken would arrive at 8:30, and again, that's exactly what happened. Ken was courteous, professional and thorough. He gave us a reasonable estimate to complete the work and then completed it for less than his estimate. He was fast and efficient, and then took the time to explain some additional preventive maintenance work we could do ourselves to prevent problems in the future. All in all, we are very pleased with this experience from beginning to end and would highly recommend this company and these individuals to others.

Our shower valve suddenly failed on a Friday night and we had to cut off the water in the whole house. I called around 8:30pm and after a short hold I was able to speak with Debi who scheduled service call the next morning. They called first thing the next morning with time frame for Jeremy of 10-12 but called again that he could come sooner! Fast, responsive and most importantly quick repair and we were able to turn our water back on!

I used Superior to replace my water main which had split. I found their services to be excellent and the workmanship excellent. He went right to work and repaired the leak coming from a bathroom feeder line in a timely manner.What impressed me about Jason was his thorough explanation of the expected charges for his service, his appraisal of the situation and how he was going to fix the leak. He kept me appraised of every step he took and when the job was finished he showed me the cause of the leak and how he repaired it. He told me he would get the job the done within an hour and he did! I had a tree removed the day prior and the crew used heavy equipment. Afterwards there was water in the yard and I worried that they had damaged the line from my house to the sewer. Josh came out quickly and was able to find the clean out points in the long sewer line and inspect the pipe to ensure that it was intact and in no need of repair. I’ll be able to sleep tonight. There was a lot of digging and looking and manual labour involved, and he was epic.

Paul did a fantastic job for me. I needed to have two 50 gallon water heaters replaced as well as an additional 1/4 valve added to run a water line to my humidifier. The entire job took about 8 hours. Paul was extremely thorough, took the time to explain what he was doing and why, was meticulously cleaning up the job site the entire time he was working in my home. Paul is an excellent plumber, does it correctly the first time and to top it off he is a nice guy. I would totally recommend him for any plumbing job that you have.

He answered a ton of questions and thoroughly checked everything impacted by the sudden spike in pressure. The rates were reasonable. I asked him to wait a few minutes after all the work was done so i could check a few more things i hadnt mentioned earlier, and he was happy to do so, vs needing to rush to the next job. Jason did an excellent job for us in repairing a water line that affected our dining room ceiling. He arrived on time and he quickly discovered our problem (a leak in the waterline). We had a new water-heater installed and the installers, John D., and Mitchell M., were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They knew what to do to organize the spaghetti of piping that was installed by the builders. They had a very tight space to fit the heater in and had no trouble getting the heater we wanted to fit. Plumber Justin was courteous, professional and prompt. I’m waiting to see if Superior follows up on a repair they could not complete today due to not having a part for our Delta Fixture. They committed to finding a faucet cylinder replacement. It could take 2 weeks. But They did replace Pressure Relief Valve and fixed two other issues. They will come back out to replace the part once they find it. Overall excellent so far!

I gave a 5 star review initially because I was fooled by how friendly and I thought informative the technician was to me. After showing the photos taken and the toilet that was removed from my home to other plumbers, I realized I was robbed! I was told I was paying a fee for a fully stocked truck to come to my home. Only for the technician to tell me he didn’t have the seal I would need. He actually told me he didn’t have all the parts to do a rebuild (the other plumbers told me I only needed a seal). I didn’t need a rebuild. He quoted over $1200 to do work and told me he wouldn’t be able to finish it that day. However, he could put in a new toilet for over $900. I paid it and learned that every other plumber I spoke to, Home Depot, and Lowes charge less that half what they charged me. I’m a new homeowner, literally less than a week, and had no idea. I will never use them again!

This is the second time I've used Superior Plumbing for my home, found them initially as a reccomendation from a friend. Now I think most of the builder issues in my home have been solved...at least the obvious ones. Love the way Superior's business is set up, very organized. The customer service reps are all very helpful and professional when making appointments. When you get near to the time someone is to arrive they call and let you know someone is on the way, or they'll call and give updates if you're getting farther into the service window. The plumbers who helped me out on both occasions were friendly, explained things well, answered my questions in detail, provided estimates before doing the work, and made sure everything was completed properly and I was satisfied before leaving. This visit Brent helped with the partial rebuild of 2 toilets. He was quick, efficient, friendly, and fixed the issue without any difficulty. Great company, will definitely keep them as my go to plumbers!

Jason showed up on time, was very professional and got the job done quickly. He installed a regulator on our gas meter because we are upgrading the meter to accommodate a pool heater. He checked the gas appliances when the work was complete and wore shoe coverings in the house which I appreciate. We had a groan coming from our pipes (we named her Moaning Myrtle and wanted her gone). Keith came out and while he was here I asked him to look at a couple of other things. He adjusted the water pressure and told me the other things were fine. Myrtle is gone and no charge more than the dispatch fee. I am impressed. He could have told me I needed to replace my pressure regulator for $500 and I would have done it. He could have added work on the other issues we talked about that didn’t need them. I wouldn’t have known. I’ve heard the commercials where they claim to be honest and now I know. They will be my first call for plumbing issues from now on.

Performed difficult work around on burst pipe due to extreme cold. Plumber found a way and we are so thankful to have water again after 5 days without.

Superior was on the VERY high end of all prices I could find on the Internet. That said, our technician, Jason, was professional in every respect. He showed us everything he was going to do before he did it, and provided pictures of the way correctly installed and properly functioning parts should look and function BEFORE looking at our parts. Jason also gave us the price of everything he was going to do BEFORE doing anything. We are very confident that everything he did was legitimately needed and was installed properly. Again, however, the price for services was very high. I also think the $79 trip charge should be included IF services are performed. I don't think we should have to pay $600 to install a new toilet and flange IN ADDITION TO a $79 trip charge.

Used twice, both time excellent! We had used another plumbing company the first time we had a need but were not pleased. The next time we used Superior as did many of our neighbors and they were honest and fair and knowledgeable. The Superior office team is super responsive and communicative. They got a plumber, Seth, out to our house extremely quickly to review the job and put together two estimates: one for tank and one for tankless hot water heater. After another company I had used in the past did not return my calls for 2 weeks for toilet repairs, I called Superior. A plumber was scheduled for the next morning and was on time. He was very professional and explained his work in advance and after the repairs were completed. Excellent service at a reasonable price. Superior has been out to my place three times now. The first time for a water main, the second for a water heater the third time for my water pressure regulator valve. The company is great to deal with. Jason, who handled my WH and WPRV took his time answering my many questions, and then went to action. I'm very satisfied with his workmanship, his professionalism and kind demeanor, and his willingness to stand by his work. He takes pride in his work, which is becoming rarer and rarer as the years pass. There are seemingly cheaper plumbers out there, but quality matters. I used a different company for my water heater less than five years ago, and ended up with junk. I don't have the time to mess with that. Superior will get it right the first time, and you can always get a hold of them when you need them.

The crew was excellent & very professional & friendly! The main water line to our house broke & had to be completely replaced. The men were careful not to hit any other utilities while they hand dug the entire line from sidewalk to house & engineered a much better way to install the water pipe than the original builder. We called Superior Plumbing to repair a a toilet in our home. Our service technician was Paul. He arrived promptly at the start of the arrival window we had been given when we placed our call for service. Paul was everything that you want from a service technician who comes to your home. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave us options for repair. We have a special needs grandson who wanted to watch the repair process. Paul let us know that he was a father and he was used to having children around him. He was more than willing to let our grandson watch him do his work to the delight of our grandson. Jason Hendricks from Superior Plumbing has been out for two separate calls to our home. Both times we were extremely pleased with Jason's courteousness, as well as his desire to get the job done right. Jason was very willing to explain the details of repairs he was making, and spend extra time ensuring that he had found the root cause of the problem before completing the work. He also has never pressured us for unnecessary/additional work.

I told him up front that it wasn’t a pressure issue because the screeching noise was happening while draining, not during water usage. He insisted we needed the pressure gauge and turnoff valve replaced, a $700 repair. He did that, and it didn’t fix our issue (as I suspected from the beginning). Then he said we needed another $100 repair. Seems like bait and switch. He could have fixed the problem for $100, but ended up getting $800 out of us. I do not trust this company and will not be using them in the future. Overpriced, dishonest, I should file a UDAAP complaint on them.

We had Scott J. come out to our home and could not have been more impressed with his service and professionalism! He was kind, respective of our time, and told us his honest opinions about the conditions of our plumbing and the problem at hand. Needed two toilets installed - I purchased, just needed install. Labor cost was quoted $400 for first toilet and $300 for second. Absolutely insane quote. Called another plumbing company and got a reasonable quote and happy with the service. I would never recommend a company that price gouges like this. Unbelievable.

Jason H. from Superior Plumbing came out and got a new pump installed to get water out of a sink in our basement and reseated a difficult toilet in the same basement that is on concrete and tile. Both jobs had been done 3 and 4 years before by a less reliable company and here I am paying for it again. Very expensive and unresponsive to multiple phone callsI had a simple cracked pipe between my water meter and sprinkler system. I just has surgery so I could not even get down and turn off the water at the meter, so I called Superior because TrustDale had them ranked high. What a mistake. They charged me over $1000 for 2.5 hours work, of which 1 hour was sitting in the truck waiting for the glue to dry. I even had to call them back to correct a problem with the installation. The more I thought about the cost the more I thought perhaps there is a mistake, at $1000 that is $333/hr and my surgeon did not even charge that much! So, I called them to check the bill. They said the Plumbing Manager would call me back. I waited 3 days, no call, I called back, again told the Plumbing Manager would call me back. Three more days, no call, called them again, same story. No call. 3 more days, called again you are on the list to be called today. No call. I definitely would not recommend using them.

Seth was so very attentive, patient, and courteous! I showed him my problem and he explained what he was going to do and the cost. He even offered a couple of helpful tips (e.g., vacuuming the filter at the bottom of my hot water heater - at least yearly). We will ask for him by name the next time we need a Superior Plumber!

I have an older house and a serious issue with the cast iron. Superior was very responsive to my initial inquiry. They sent Kieth out to look at my issue and give me a quote. Once I approved the quote, Colbe and team came out and removed and replaced my cast iron drain in one day. Great job, professional and solved my problems.

Melvin arrived AHEAD of schedule! He was pleasant, efficient and explained everything that needed to be done. He answered my questions clearly and without hesitation. The entire appointment from scheduling to completion was top notch. The charges seemed excessive to me, but they were determined by the company, and were menu driven on a small tablet.

Joel was outstanding! He quickly diagnosed the issue, fixed the problem without having to replace the unit. Saved me money, but more importantly, my time.

I noticed water leaking from my hot water tank and the toilet nearest to it was making strange high-pitched noises and continuously running. I called Superior Plumbing to make an appointment and it was easy to get one for the date and time I wanted. I got an email from Superior showing a picture of the plumber and office person that were handling my call, which was great. John called when he was on his way and even arrived a little early! As soon as he walked into my house, he put shoe covers on (without my asking!) which I much appreciated since I don't wear shoes in the house. He asked me to describe what was happening and he said: uh-oh--not what you want to hear from the plumber! He inspected my hot water tank and explained what was happening in a way that I could understand. I ended up having to get the whole thing replaced. Not the greatest news but he made it very easy. He was able to get all the equipment and parts the same day and told me to expect about 3-4 hours until completion of the job. He finished everything within the time frame and even cleaned up after his work! This hasn't always been my experience with other home service providers. Payment was easy and I got an emailed receipt right away. If I needed a plumber again, I would definitely use Superior again.

I felt very comfortable with Dan and has assement of what needed to be done. He answered my questions, gave me info on what needed to be done & how he was to do it..explained all my options, work and costs. He made sure his work area was cleaned up before leaving and did I have questions before leaving, he didn't mind answering my questions..very nice young man with good manner..

I received a very high water bill (double normal) and this morning the Water Dept sent someone to check my meter. I learned that one of our commodes installed 10 years ago was the reason for the very high water bill. I immediately called Superior Plumbing and spoke with Madison who was very nice and helpful. She said they could send Scott who was in our area and he would be here within 40 minutes. She also advised me of the fee to come out to diagnose the problem and of a discount coupon towards any repair available on their site. Scott arrived promptly, was totally professional and quickly determined the problem was a failed fill valve and my commode required a minor tank rebuild. He was able to quickly repair it and then checked that the repair resolved my problem by checking at my water meter with all water in the house turned off. Although plumbing is never an inexpensive undertaking, it is a necessary one and I thought their charge was fair. I have used them previously and will do so again and I recommend them as professional and with fair pricing..

Superior Plumbing send me, prior to the visit, a message with the picture of Beau, the technician that they send to our house. We called Superior Plumbing because we were asked to install a P-Trap in the kitchen sink. We are selling our house and the request came after the buyers received the inspection report. Beau, the technician, was courteous and explained that we probably had a P-trap since we did not have sewer smells in the sink. He could not check the p-trap physically since for that we will have to cut a hole on the basement ceiling. He also told us we did not need another one because it could cause drainage problems. We were satisfied satisfied with his explanation and the prompt service. This is not the first time we use Superior Plumbing. We highly recommend them.

I discovered a leak in my main water supply line and reached out to Superior for assistance. Joel A. arrived as scheduled, was pleasant and professional, explained what my options were and did a full inspection of the plumbing prior to making the repair. After he was finished he cleaned up the area and removed the old piping, then did a final walk through and checked all fixtures to ensure there were no other issues. Today and in my past experiences with Superior Plumbing and Joel in particular, they live up to their name as the service is superior.

I had a very disappointing experience with Beau and Superior Plumbing. I had a leak on my front lawn that I had found myself, which had cost me hundreds of dollars over the past couple of months.Once Beau arrived, saw the puddle and went straight into his van to calculate the cost to fix it. He proposed a completely new water main into the house, abandoning the existing one due to its age, assuming it was a 30 year old plastic pipe. His quote was for $3,500. I told him I was looking for a less invasive and cheaper solution, like fixing the specific leak. He shrugged off the suggestion, stating a leak will likely reoccur. Upon my insistence on an alternate proposal/approach, he said he could fix the leak for $1,500. He made up the number on the spot.I ended up paying a $65 dispatch fee, since we couldn’t agree on the scope of work.After he left, I did some digging myself around the meter and found that the main is made out of copper, not old plastic like he has said. The previous owner of the house confirmed that they had done this work.I had to contact a different plumber who was willing to dig a hole to find the leak, and sure enough they found one. To our surprise, it was a sprinkler main that was actively leaking, and not the house main at all.Thank goodness I never agreed to replace the main. It would have been completely unnecessary, would not have corrected my issue and would have drained $3,500 out of my pocket. I really wish Superior Plumbing has been more diligent at finding the problem before jumping the gun to the most expensive option and raking in a dispatch fee.To make matters worse, I called their office to complain and was told I would receive a call back. It’s been over a week and still nobody has called me back.

After a terrible ordeal trying to get my plumbing issues fixed through the home warranty recommended plumbers, Superior Plumbing was a welcome relief. Joel was patient, honest and thoughtful in explaining issues, causes, diagnosing problems and giving an honest assessment of what needed repairs. Cost was reasonable, work and customer service excellent. Would recommend and use again in the future.

This week has been phenomenal! We have visited the fair on multiple occasions and with the help of Superior Plumbing we had an amazing time during each visit! The toilet bowls the company uses - I would not recommend..they are overpriced and not the best in terms of flushing power.Buy your own high quality toilet bowl and request installation.

Jason Sapiro is a very kind and patient man. He's professional as well as very knowledgeable. He came to my home to fix a leak issue and the water to my condo bldg was supposed to be turned off. It wasn't. The HOA really messed up that day. Jason was understanding and pretty used to that happening with condo HOAs. He kindly suggested that I reschedule. It was his patience and calmness that prevented me from being really upset with the HOA. Jason came out again to fix the leak. The water was turned off this time and he was able to fix the problem. Jason was very professional and worked quickly to identify the problem with our toilet. The shut off valve essentially imploded on itself and all the rubber was clogging the pipe. We had an issue with the hot water heater and called Superior plumbing for help. We have used Superior in the past and have been very happy with their work. Paul arrived precisely on time, assessed the problem and listed the options available to us. Since the water heater had some age on it we opted to replace it. He had everything needed on the truck and performed the work immediately. He did a splendid job and we had hot showers within an hour.

Justen was very professional, friendly, and easy to talk to as well as advising me honestly on whether I needed a new garbage disposal or if I could un-jam my current disposal. I chose the latter, and have confidence in that decision because of his honesty. He also showed me how to un-jam it in the future. Superior Plumbing repaired a slab leak under my hardwood floors. I called on a Friday afternoon and the entire job was completed by days' end Monday. Jason H was fantastic! The leak has been fixed and everything has been restored to the point where the floors can be relaid. Jason was very professional and did an excellent job. ALSO....saved over $500.00 by going with Superior! Will definitely use them again if needed.

He was on time, did the work expertly and in a reasonable amount of time. Not that much mess, but drywall is messy anyway. I am very pleased with the service and would recommend and use them again!

The plumber who came out to my home was very nice and clearly knew what he was doing and identified the issue quickly. However, in writing the estimate (to replace a pressure valve), he also tried to convince me I needed an additional repair / replacement of another part (which I later learned was unnecessary and apparently just an easy way to sell an additional $400 of work to an unsuspecting customer like me who knows nothing about plumbing). In all, Superior Plumbing gave me an estimate for $750. With respect to the work that was actually needed (replacing the valve), their estimate priced the part at $176 and included a few hours of labor totaling roughly $350. ultimately I found the identical part at Home Depot for $35 and had a licensed plumber install it for less than $100. It took him about 20 minutes and saved me roughly $500. So my only advice is, while I’m sure that superior does great work and they know what they are doing, if you are like me and don’t know anything about plumbing, check with someone else before going ahead with the work because it might include overpriced parts and unnecessary repairs.

The faucet I got from Lowe's was missing a part and he actually waited for me to run up there and exchange it so my service could be completed the same day. The technician who came was great, timely, clear, and quick in his work. The dispatch team led me to think they could do another job but in fact the tech didn't have the best tools for the job. I was given a bit of a break on the charges for that miscommunication.

We had a clogged kitchen sink which ended up being very stubborn. Nothing we did helped, so we called a different plumbing company to fix the problem. Although the other company had good reviews, the whole situation was a horrible experience. We called Superior to fix the problem, and they sent Wes out. I have never had such a great experience with a company before. I told Wes what happened with the last company and asked him to look into what they told me would fix the problem. Wes was honest with me saying it would not fix the problem and was not necessary. He walked me through my options and did not sell me on the most expensive or unnecessary fix. He truly was a stand-up guy who I will use every time. He made me a lifetime Superior Plumbing customer.

From start to finish the people at Superior were incredibly helpful and professional. Joel showed up right on time for the appointment window, he looked over what I wanted done (replacement PRV, remove and reseal a toilet, and fix a leaky faucet). The repair involved replacing some original internal parts behind the shower level. The shower works like new and should be good for many years. Eric was friendly, knowledgeable, skilled, calm, and efficient. A real pro. Yesterday there was a clog and large overflow with a toilet that had to be shut off at the house’s main valve. Today we are back in business thanks to Eric. He quickly identified the problem with our 12-yr-old Kohler toilet, gave options for repairing or replacing. He was able to locate the uncommon parts needed for repair, drove to and from the parts supply house, and also replace the 40-yr-old shut off valve which no longer lived up to it’s name. Needed service in a timely manner as our kitchen sink was back up over the holiday weekend. At the same time, our kitchen faucet stopped working. I called Superior as I have used them in the past. Jason came out in the same day. He was polite, confident and inspired confidence in me that he knew what he was doing. I always knew the plumbing was not right under our kitchen sink (in our house less than a year). Jason explained what happened, why he had to re-route the plumbing and got our faucet working. He did it quickly and competently and left our house neat by putting everything back neatly under the sink.Jason was extremely personable, pleasant and neat in appearance. So I had a problem with my toilet and I called superior plumbing because I seen that they were the best. They guy comes out very professional and says to look at the problem it’s going to be 80$. I’m thinking that’s a lot but I go with it because my toilet is pretty jacked. Long story short he says he has to replace the toilet and that’s would cost 850$. He waived the 80$ but by that time it didn’t really matter. So he replaces the toilet in under a hour and collects just about 900$ with tax. Three months to bye and I have to replace my downstairs toilet because of a cosmetic issue and I go to Home Depot and notice they have toilets for less then 200$ for sale. Work done in an extremely timely manner. All of your staff were friendly, hard working and knowledgeable. They worked well as a team and all chipped in to provide great clean up after the work was completed too. We will use Superior again for sure.

We had a gas leak into the home When told to contact a plumber immediately called Superior whom we had use in the past! An appointment was setup the next day. Was promptly called when plumber on his way! Kept in the loop the entire process and had our gas back on that afternoon with everything well explained and in writing! Good to have great work preformed, courteous employees from those making the appointment to the onsite plumber!Will definitely call again for any plumbing needs

Really happy about the work done by Joel from Superior Plumbing! I had my water heater replaced and two hose bibbs replaced. Joel also added a new hose bibb to the front of my house. The quote was very reasonable so we were able to upgrade to a larger size water heater. Joel was super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. As usual, we are very pleased with the service we received from Superior Plumbing and specifically Jay. I had to leave and pick up my daughter but was leaving my son home with him. He took a quick look and gave me the options of what it could be and and all the costs axssociated with each because he knew my time was limited. He assured me that he would call once he figured out the problem and walk me through the scenarios. He did this and we agreed on the path forward and he was done by the time I got home. He explained all about the new pump the features, etc. he was extremely nice and very informative and never did I feel pressed to buy or upgrade anything. Once again, we are very happy with Superior Plumbing.

My hot water heater rusted out and had to be replaced. I called Superior Plumbing at 7:30 AM and Joel arrived at 8:30 AM. Joel and the other technician with him were very professional and they had my new hot water heater installed around noon.

On time, thorough and tenacious about my plumbing issues. Still working with Paul on closure of one of the projects. They are proactive in follow up. Jay acted timely and consistently, communicating the specialist’s schedule and work. We discovered Paul A.had much bigger plumbing project at my home then initially planned. He was both flexible and adaptable in doing the work along with offering his consultation for best outcomes. Paul brought in area rugs and cardboard to put over carpet and floors.
