I called Blue Skies because a friend had a great experience repairing a water main with them. I had an equally great experience. On time, very informative, and reasonably priced!

I had set up an appointment for Saturday afternoon and received a text saying someone would be out between 1:30-3:30pm. When 5pm came around and still nobody from G Force plumbing had been out to my house, I placed a call to their scheduling department. I received a call back from Technician letting me know that they couldn’t come out that day as it was too late but would be there first thing in the morning. You guessed it..nobody came out in the morning...

I was weeks away from a water heater failure, so I had to replace it. After I got over my sticker shock... I called my friendly neighborhood plumber, Mr. Plumber. Mr. Ron Austin came out and in a matter of hours got me taken care of. Outside of the normal things you read in a review, I want to compliment Mr. Austin - he was patient, methodical, doing things the right way was important to him, and he had the heart of a teacher - he answered all my questions and was very friendly to interact with. I was happy/comfortable to have him at my house and he elevated a normal plumbing need into an outstanding one.

We had an after hours leak along our first floor ceiling from an upstairs tub and they came sooner than their quoted time and worked that evening to find and stop the leak and unfortunately didn’t have exactly the part needed that night and had to return the next morning but was on time the following day finished the job promptly upon return. We were very grateful for this speedy service!

I had Norwood Plumbing replace my toilet. They were really quick and affordable. I will recommend them to my friends.

This contractor was hired and sent out as apart of a warranty claim. The tech was very rude and unprofessional as well as delayed in arriving. I'm out of a service fee as a result of their poor evaluation and reporting and they refuse to reevaluate. And then want to estimate $180 for a $25 fridge line!! Rip off!!!
