The company charged two elderly ladies $800 to repair a water tank filter joint leaking. It took 25 minutes. The repair estimates are in the range of $250 ro $350 from other companies. I am disgusted.Elderly people beware of this company. The photo shows the area that was repaired

I was also impress with the quick service, I called sat afternoon and was told a tech would be out between 7-11pm. 10 minutes later I received a call stating a technician was on the way. AWESOME!!! My company used royal flush on several occasions. Each time we would get someone who is knowledgeable of what they're doing, dedicated to finish the work, and easy to deal with. Scheduling a repair with them isn't very hard and they're not always fully booked and unreachable like the other companies. I always reserve those guys for the big jobs that need equipment and trained and licensed plumbers to do them. They never failed me in terms of the quality of the work and their prices are very reasonable compared to the other professional plumbing companies.

My hot water heater was leaking. Ashley at Fletch-Barney understood the implications of damage to my house if the leak was not quickly addressed. She arranged to have someone come out that very morning. The technicians arrived within two hours; they were friendly, professional and respectful. Victor and Garland replaced my hot water heater, and answered all my questions. Overall it was a very good experience and I will not hesitate to use Fletch-Barney again in the future.

I cannot recommend SLAM Plumbing highly enough. Our first experience (inspection and ad hoc pipe replacement/repairs) was great. Most recently, they helped with a plumbing emergency, fitting me in last minute between jobs to ID the issue before I had to catch a flight, and then arranging to replace our sewer line the day we got back from our trip so we wouldn’t be without water. They were responsive and proactive about getting our line fixed, and all the guys we’ve worked with (Jeff, Logan, Scott and Rhett) have been fantastic - super knowledgeable, courteous, diligent and fun. It’s clear they love what they do, which translates to the excellent work they do, and we will always call them for our plumbing needs!

I highly recommend this company. The technician was incredible. Stephen explained everything he was doing and spent his time making sure he was thorough. We've been having AC issues, another company installed an evap coil in June, and didn't complete the job correctly. Stephen was able to find the problem immediately.
