Hey Guys & Gals,If you are like me and thought watching YouTube videos is all you needed to change a leaking shower head..., STOP IT!Garrison Plumbing are PROFESSIONALS!I had water coming out that i couldn't stop and they were able to come within the hour to fix my rookie mistakes.It took them less than 30 minutes, installed a new shower head upstairs and downstairs.Very courteous and affordable and I LOVE to support LOCAL businessman who think about customers rather than the almighty dollar.Thanks Garrison Plumbing.

Could not have requested for better. Two plumbers showed up and identified the problem. Discussed best options to repair. Once repairs were completed they made sure there were no additional leaks and that all the fixtures in the home and the water heater was working properly. friendly and personable young men. affordable.

Cody and his crew did a quality job installing my heater and gas line promptly in spite of tight scheduling near the Christmas holidays. Will certainly use their services again (and you should too).

Ruben and his team have done great work on elective plumbing projects in the past. With 2021’s crazy winter storm we unfortunately ended up with a burst pipe and busted tankless water heater. His team showed up a day early! The work was great! And the equipment they installed was higher quality than what we were replacing. Highly recommend Ruben and team.I wanted to especially call out his install team. These two guys spent 3 hours with icicles and ice cold water raining down on them at the end of a pretty terrible week for everyone. But you would never know it. The works was well done with great attention to detail. Great guys. Great work.100% recommend.

I’m revising my review because overall I’m disappointed with what I paid for what was done, especially since one “repair” has actually not worked and made it worse.My review is not about Chris’ plumbing expertise. He may very well be an amazing plumber. My review is about the value of the service vs costs and lack of transparency, including not providing an itemized invoice with a breakdown of labor and materials and warranty information. In retrospect I was dissatisfied with paying almost $300 for minor repairs that were partially incomplete.

I called Elite in the morning and they had 2 technicians out by early in the afternoon. Super responsive and easy to work with. Caelan and Landon were very professional, understanding and considerate that I worked from home and would need to be on some Zoom meetings while they worked, identified the issues quickly and thoroughly, and repaired them on the spot. They then gladly talked me through and showed me everything they had done and why. They finished very quickly and had sent me a bill via text and email that I could pay from my phone before even leaving my place. Much easier process than anyone else I’ve ever used and the price was very reasonable. The most professional home repair or installation people I’ve ever worked with. Really appreciated their work.

They showed up when they said they would , did a great job at a reasonable price. I would use their services again.

Starr Sewer and Drain did a fantastic job replacing my sewer line! Speaking to and working with Starr was very educational. Starr went far and beyond when provided details and explanations. In return I feel it is only fair to provide the same thorough approach to this review. The Estimate – Extremely detailed and clear. The Contract – Again, very detailed and clear. Office Staff – Answered the phone on 2nd/3rd ring and either answered my question(s) or provided an answer by the end of the day. Reliability – Never made excuses (other than the day it rained), started on time, completed the job a day earlier than expected. They provided me with thorough documentation: Engineer Report, pictures, measurements, proof of permit application, proof of permit being closed, copy of my warranty. Organizing Jobsite – At the end of each day, the jobsite was clean and organized, the dirt removed from the trench had tarps under and over each pile. No food wrappings, cans, bottles left in the yard. Overall Experience – great communication, hardworking crew, friendly office staff.

I am in shock at what just happened with Lanier. THey came to fix a rather expensive items on a hot water heater and left a gas leak. A gas leak so bad that I've never smelled that much gas before. In going around an opening the door to the laundry room I found that the guy used my hose for something and left it on for 3 hours and my back yard was flooded. I will never use them again -- the put my life in danger and flooded my back yard.

Pipe Down Services in Waco was very professional from scheduling the appointment to completing the job. They always made us feel like we were a top priority. We are very pleased with the job they did.

I found a leak outside my house and called Tim Stevens. He arranged his schedule to come at the earliest possible time and had my house back up and plumbing in a few hours. Very professional, and a great communicator.

We utilized Diamond plumbing for having a gas outlet for our patio kitchen and took appointment for a schedule...the initial appointment took weeks and given the market understood that its like that with every vendor but had to call many times...was about to go with different vendor but thought it wouldnt be good if i had commited work ..professiknal ethics trigerred at this point so went with this busines..initial dicussion was to have gas outlet and hook up appliances based on their BTUS or whatever..dontvspeak that language...had appliances at that time so vendor checked and said would come back after everything is ready.Unfortunately was stuck with other projects that took long that were dependent to hook up the appliances and took almost 5 months ..i know it the same everywhere with all other teams masonry, pavers what not..everything took time...when it was ready called the company and they mentioned it was too long which i get it so said i would pay extra which they charged 250 more than 1200 that they charged...and had to call many times for this and they just ignore....So texted them and said had to go with other vendor because of the emergency that other crew was forcing on and hired different plumber for hook up...while we were testing there was gas coming out of fire place and within 5 mins there is gas all over the house and had to go out and cal 911 and when entered back when we were told it was safe..As per the new plumber they mentioned these guys messed up the value and it has fire place and back kitchen gas oultets open simulataneously....its kind of a hazard..who want fire place on when its 90 in austin....and for us to enjoy kitchen the fireplace has to be lit....bad set up....i asked the new plumbers to fix it and as always they said they have to re do again which i have to spend double the amount to fix.Called the vendor from differwnt numer and picks up the phone and says that i spent too much time waiting and accepts that its their fault but would never answer my texts or calls..Seriously unprofessional ethics and bad work. Dont recommend to any..

Called to have a kitchen faucet replaced and they were out within 2 days… Antonia and Hector were prompt and gave a heads up call about arrival time… Great install and fair pricing…

The only place you want to call. I’ve had them out for a leaky shower and a leaking water heater. Every time, Mike thoroughly explains my options and goes through why everything is happening. The prices are better than fair and what’s most important is you know what you’re paying for. I don’t even worry about potential plumbing issues in the future knowing there’s someone so reliable in my area.

Instead of profiting off of our situation, they told me there was a chance my waste line leak was on the city side and to try the city emergency plumbing number. Sure enough, it was on the city side and we got the cracked waste line by the sidewalk replaced at no cost by the city. We’d already had 2 different plumbers out to snake/scope that line and no one else mentioned it. Class act, will always use this company.
