Ruben and his team have done great work on elective plumbing projects in the past. With 2021’s crazy winter storm we unfortunately ended up with a burst pipe and busted tankless water heater. His team showed up a day early! The work was great! And the equipment they installed was higher quality than what we were replacing. Highly recommend Ruben and team.I wanted to especially call out his install team. These two guys spent 3 hours with icicles and ice cold water raining down on them at the end of a pretty terrible week for everyone. But you would never know it. The works was well done with great attention to detail. Great guys. Great work.100% recommend.

1/8/2019- Johnny and Ray showed up at the scheduled time of 1:00pm. Drained, removed and replaced the water heater and were completed and gone before 5pm. Quality workmanship all the way. They even installed a new shut off valve and installed insulation on the pipes. Cost was very reasonable considering the time and efforts. This is our second time using Ruben's Plumbing and we'll use them again.

Our pipe behind our refrigerator busted over the weekend and we were left with a mess to deal with while waiting on our home owners insurance to get back with us. After several online quotes and a plumber coming out to our house Monday morning with an outrageous estimate, we turned to Facebook for suggestions. One of our friends text me immediately and let me know if I wanted a fair and honest company, Ruben's plumbing was the way to go. I called the number online and was told they could come out the next afternoon. Ruben was on time and determined to find the leak after there were no longer signs of a leak (weird I know.) After about 15 minutes of looking, he was able to find the leak and repair it quickly. I whole heartedly recommend Ruben's Plumbing Service!

I called Ruben's Plumbing because he was recommended. Had a problem with an odor that no one else was able to locate. Explained to Ruben what was happening. Ruben explained what needed to be done to locate problem. Had his staff go out the next day. When I got to property his staff explained what they were going to do to locate problem. They located problem, were able to fix the problem same day and even doubled check to make sure there was no more odor.His employee's were very helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Huge markup and not straight with the customer. Ruben is not transparent with his quotes. For instance, he doesn't tell you the exact model or parts needed unless you insist. When I managed to make him name the exact model and hardware he was going to use, it became apparent that he wanted to sell them to us at 150% of retail price. And that doesn't even include labor, which was insanely priced (+2 grand for labor alone for a tankless installation).I would say, don't let his friendly and no-nonsense attitude fool you.

Our pipes had leaks underneath the slab and the job required some extensive tunneling to repair them. Ruben and his whole team did an outstanding job with the leak detection and location, tunneling, repairs and backfilling process. All of them were extremely conscientious throughout, answered all of our questions, and went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you Ruben and team, for guiding us through what can usually be a very stressful experience and for resolving our plumbing issues!

Maybe they do a good plumbing job, but I was never able to even offer them our money. This was a business-to-business deal, this company was recommended by a friend in business. First, they showed up for an estimate at 8.40am (instead of between 10am-12pm and will give you a call 30 mins in advance), and were very surprised no one was waiting for them there. Came back at the scheduled time (and yes, finally called in advance), looked at the place and said will send an estimate... Never received any estimate or call back.Maybe they are the best plumbers in town, but I was never able to hire them.

Great folks and best plumbers ever. Ruben and his staff always show up quickly and have your plumbing problems fixed in no time. This is the guy to call for great service.

They are very courteous and professional. Rates are very reasonable, and while we did not have a plumbing emergency, they were prompt on our set appointment time. Will use them again in any future issues.

Workers were very professional, very knowledgeable and took very good care of my plumbing needs! They came out quickly and wore masks and took virus precautions in making me feel safe while they were in my home. Definitely recommend them!

These guys are expensive. They quoted me to find a leak and fix it. Ended up getting the work done by someone else by a 25% of the cost.

Best Plumber in town! Quality service at better prices that the big box plumbers. Had my tankless hot water serviced exceptionally.
