This place truly is a 24 hr place. The shower valve on one of our upstairs valves stripped last night around 7 PM and wouldn’t turn off!!!! Here it is Labor Day weekend we just started calling plumbers that listed 24 hr emergency service. None of them were available until I found this company. They came out within an hour fixed the shower. Very professional? upfront with cost, and the repair was fast! This will become my new go to place. We also have two AirBNB properties and something inevitably is always going wrong. I’m so thankful to have found this place!

Valve to waterline Ice maker box replacement.Lee explained everything well and made the trip to Home Depot to get necessary items. Work isn’t quite finished as HD had no ice maker box so the valve could not be replaced.Lee worked after 5pm taking the job as far as he could.When making the appointment the office was amazing. They worked super hard to have someone here within an hour and get my leak stopped.

I was upset, ney distraught when my plumber arrived without a Benjamin Franklin costume. I had been excited for days waiting for them to arrive, expecting a real life costume as I had seen in the ad. I must admit I had slightly fetishized the encounter, thinking of all the dirty things I could do do Benjamin Franklin. How I yearned for his white curly locks and his massive wrinkled tush. I honestly feared myself, wondering if I would have the self control when he would bend over to repair my sink. I am disappointed in the service provided 1/5 stars.

DO NOT hire AAA Auguer. This company just had to install my waste disposal from the sink. I left it installed incorrectly and it leaked water, damaging the gaskets. so i had to fix it myself.

Friendly respectable I would recommend them to any of my friends and family very knowledgeable as well

Brad came out to my house on a freezing December morning and replaced my owner cutoff valve at the street. He's super no nonsense, so if you're looking for touchy feely, go talk to the guy walking the plumbing aisle at Home Depot. He's done a couple of other jobs for me in the past, and I wouldn't call anyone else.

A long-time friend of mine suggested Redbud to me because I was looking for the impossible: professional work, ballpark range of costs upfront with no hidden fees later, experience in working with older homes, a company taking COVID precautions (masks, shoe booties, etc), leave no trace of trash/leftover materials and has excellent customer service. She raved about them & the integrity of their owner. Redbud has exceeded my expectations! I should have written a review last year, but I like to evaluate a company thoroughly first.We had several estimates done on our leaky tub & clogged drain. Not only did they have competitive prices, they fixed the problem & was one of the two companies that actually found the leak in the crawl space.We called them again for our low-pressure shower output, which turned out to be a diverter problem and now the strong flow is awesome. The new faucet is perfect for our claw-foot tub.Another time our hot water heater was corroded, leaked into the house & stopped working. They replaced it and added a drip pan prevent water from ever leaking into the house like that again.One time our furnace needed repair, but the repairman said we also needed a plumber to bring a certain part of the repair job up to code, which that company would be more than happy to do with their own plumber. We let that company take care of the HVAC. However, we called Chris at Redbud & it cost less than half what the other company's plumbing department would have charged. The HVAC company even commented that Redbud did their part of the job right.Now, our kitchen faucet leaks and the pipes underneath the sink are starting to corrode. I didn't think twice, and never will, about who to call for all of our plumbing services.Unlike some companies, they don't tour through your home looking for extra work or have lengthy conversations to convince/upsell you to buy something you don't need. Called Al Mac out after I got a high estimate on hooking up the gas supply to my outdoor pool heater from another plumbing company. Alex gave me an estimate that was more than $500 cheaper and noted that the other plumber was not gonna be using the right gas size either. Had Alex do the job and couldn’t be happier. Thanks for the excellent experience

Jon from ABC was excellent. He communicated with us about everything and was very quick about fixing our leak on a Saturday night. The woman at the call center was also wonderful,. She kept track of where Jon was on his jobs and got him out that same evening.

I got SIX quotes for ripping out an existing tub, and installing a new one. Abacus was the final company to come to give me a quote, and their estimate was 3 times the price of all the other companies!!! Most companies wanted to charge around $1500 but Abacus was over $5K. That's insane. When I laughed at how much he quoted us, the technician made a bunch of excuses like those other guys probably aren't licensed plumbers (I looked it up, they are). Personally I think he saw a young couple and thought Jackpot, lets charge them triple.The part that irritates me the most is none of the other companies charged me to come and give an estimate, but Abacus charged $149 just to come give me a ridiculous price.I should mention that I used Abacus years ago to fix a water heater leaking. It was pricey, but I was desperate to get it fixed, and they did a good job so that's why I contacted them for this job. But after this, I'll never contact them again.
