We had a miscommunication with the dispatcher, at first. But when our technician, Stephen, got here he was very patient, kind and gave us great customer service! Carlo was a bit abrasive but Stephen made up for these other short comings. We appreciate all the help and prompt service!

I highly recommend AC Pros. Noah, the owner was incredibly professional and we couldn’t have had a better experience with Mark who came several times to our home. We have a newborn baby and Mark was so considerate of the baby, and our family. He went above and beyond every time. He explained everything clearly, he was super patient and very considerate. He wore protective covers on his shoes every time he came in the house, wore a mask just for extra precautions, and even offered to help change the filters. On the install day the crew of Noah, Mark, and Ethan did a great job in a very tight space, they worked for almost the full day and were very respectful of our space and home. Everyone in the front office were also pleasant and understanding. The only hiccup was a discrepancy on the estimated financing from our quote and what the actual financing came out to be. We were expecting it to be a bit under $200 each month and it ended up over $500. So just be sure to double check the estimate and the financing at the end.

I have used them on two occasions, water heater broken and clogged kitchen sink. Honest, reliable, knowledgeable, fair pricing, local. They really are very good and you will be happy with the results. As a homeowner this is one resource you want in your “home” file.

Great service. Very satisfied. Did outside line locating for a future project. They had the modern equipment that my older plumbing service (a branch of a AC/plumbing company) wasn't equipped for. AAP will be my regular plumbing service now.

Chris did an awesome job for us. He came over on a Friday afternoon and was informative about the process. The next time a plumbing issue arises Plumber Near Me will be my first call.

I made an confirm apointment with them, but followed up with them and they said I wasn't on the list. They came up with alot of excuses about why I was not on the confirm appointment-excuses were new employee, and new computer system. I was waiting for them all day, what a waste of time!

They took an appointment. Cancelled it one hour before hand. And then never answered a call or text again.

Beware. I would give a zero star negative if there is one. This guy is not showing up for scheduled. Response text after 9pm saying he was busy and will come do it tomorrow after 4pm. He called at 4:56 and I picked up but he already hang up. Called him right back about 30 times from 4:57pm-5:30pm and no response.
