Christian and Beatrice are indeed two of the finest people I have met on this planet. All the reviews stating how nice they are, are absolutely correct. Yes, they love dogs as a bonus.My wife noticed that her chair was making carpet swamp noises when moving around in her office as I was making breakfast. Immediately tracked it down to a leak. I shut the water off to the house and released the remaining pressure by turning the hose on and spraying it out. Called a few plumbers based on neighborhood reviews and Beatrice hit me up first to get the details. They finished a job around noon and would be able to help me after that.They came in and identified the leak quickly, and I had water again in a few hours. It was a PEX line that had developed cracks and a pinhole leak. Christian informed me of the manufacturers warranty (25 years) and let me know of the steps to take. Very informative.While working through the invoice at the end he asked me to bring the dogs in and of course the doges loved them as well. To the point where my dogs are packing bags and planning an escape tonight. Jerkface dogs...I really enjoyed and appreciate this duo. Please give them all the money. That is all.

Called him, he answered (sounding a bit annoyed like he was in the middle of something), told me to text him to get on his schedule, and then he ghosted me. His voice Mailbox is full so if he doesn’t answer the only thing you can do is text, which he doesn’t seem to answer.Tried pretty hard to give him my money. He should hire a secretary to man the phone or something.

Worst drivers ever, rode my tail end and I was speeding as it was. Driver flicked me off, rolled window down to see why, passengers swearing at me for going the speed limit. However business manager did respond I wouldn’t want these guys working in my house.

Made my initial contact to repair my Rinnai tankless water heater, was told a technician would be able to visit in about two days, after 7-10 days, I called back, was told sorry, another 7 days past, I called back, a technician came the following day. I told technician, the issues I was experiencing. The technician located the fuses inside the unit, he did not have fuses on his truck, so I told him I would replace.After the $125.00 service call, I replaced the new fuses, which blew immediately.I called back to describe what had happened...Another 7-10 days pass...I call again and voice my concerns...three more days, throw my hands in the air,I gave up!

Just a note, these guys only do new construction.

This place is a scam. There is a Start 2 Finish plumbing listed in many metro areas around the country and you are calling a phone bank that is harvesting your data, NOT a local plumber.
