Excellent service. A plumber came to my house right away, assessed the situation, and not only fixed the issue but also carefully explained what had gone wrong and how the plumbing in my house was connected. On my request, he carried out an additional inspection and guided me with his camera through the piping to evaluate its quality. He was extremely friendly and helpful, and he was completely open about the options and prices. Excellent company!

Highly recommend TriStar Plumbing Solutions. Decided to replace our 20 year old water heater and they responded to my call for an estimate quickly and the job was scheduled and finished in less than a week from my initial call. Clean, covid safe contact and friendly.

Called this company to get some pricing information so I could make a good choice in picking a plumber. However, the reception on the phone was absolutely horrendous! They obviously do not want to have work for their plumbers when they speak to customers on the phone the way they do! I do not recommend this company to anyone! You might pay more but go anywhere other than here!!!!

TriStar Plumbing Solutions replaced an external tap for us. They were both very friendly and professional. I was really impressed with the quality of their work. The price they charged was very reasonable and I would be very happy to use their services again. Would highly recommend and will look to use again in the future should we need to.

I want to know who the other reviewers worked with. The guy who answered the phone was knowledgeable but after I paid him a trip charge fee I was rescheduled by a different person. Then the technician rescheduled me again. Then he quoted me $1,200 for a 40 gallon electric water heater in the garage of a rental property. If that's reasonable then I'm Marie Antoinette.My only positive experience was they refunded my trip charge.

Tech came out within an hour of my call for a toilet leak and had it repaired the same day. I asked him to fix my upstairs bathroom as well and that required a new toilet, which happened the next day. He was informative and very courteous.I would highly recommend TriStar Plumbing Solutions.

Wasn’t able to get anyone to fix my issue through home warranty due to the holiday but called TriStar Plumbing Solutions and they helped walk me through what was going to happen and had someone out within the hour. Their pricing was upfront and had many options which was great! Would definitely recommend it.

I called TriStar Plumbing Solutions out this weekend for a major backup I had on my house, the technician did a thorough investigation of my system for me and told me my best option after getting my line usable! Not only did he offer a hydro jetting service he showed me what the issue was before and after! I'll be using James for a replacement of my sewer line to fully fix this issue! Thanks again! Alex and his company were hired by my rent management company to check our water heater. They replaced the water heater as well as brought some outdated things up to code. Aaron has been amazing to work with. When there have been issues with any contract work (a couple of not-so-great companies) that were sent to my home for various reasons he handled them quickly and professionally.

Called in the morning and TriStar were able to send 2 guys out to my place in just a couple of hours. They figured out the issue with my running toilet, replaced the flap valve, and also replaced our broken garbage disposal. Completed everything in less than an hour! I was very impressed with the responsiveness and service I received today!

Honest work for a fair price. I had them help with a few items that went wrong at the same time. They did great work and did what they could do to be very reasonable on price. They were very knowledgeable and solved issues that I had been told were unfix able. I would highly recommend these guys!

We've had two plumbing emergencies in the last two months. In both instances, we were absolutely thrilled by the promptness, honesty and efficiency of our rescue. A sump pump replacement came first, and Alex was exactly on-time and complete before we knew it. Then we had a sewer line failure and it was all replaced, and TriStar Plumbing Solutions did a phenomenal job in one day, all in budget.

We needed a new water heater; we had a pretty bad leak. The tank itself came from Lowes and this was the first time I'd had a task I couldn't do myself. Lowes set us up with TriStar Plumbing. First time I've ever had a contractor come to the house. I thought we were going to get taken on a ride...a long, expensive, painful ride.

A specialist showed up within 30 minutes and got my shower cartridge replaced in a heartbeat! I am grateful and would highly recommend them to all my family and friends.

We couldn't be happier with the service or the results that we received. We had a very slow sink drain and after it wouldn't clear with snaking, they came back the next morning and did the jet through the pipes and it cleared up the issue promptly. Alex and Martin came out originally and then it was Alex and the owner. Everyone was so professional and they take real pride in their work. Extremely reasonable pricing! Excellent response time.We have nothing but good things to say about TriStar Plumbing Solutions. Their technician was of great help when we broke a pipe to an outdoor spigot on a Saturday afternoon. He showed up in a few minutes and had everything fixed.He was kind, friendly and professional. We would definitely call them again.

Alex was very professional and patient with me when came for the diagnose and estimate. Price was reasonable and next morning Mike and another Technician came and had my hot water boiler repaired. I had a foul smell in my home for a couple weeks and could not figure it out. TriStar Plumbing Solutions crew came out and was able to locate the problem quickly. I had a broken pipe in the wall! Fred came out and repaired the pipe. He also diverted the drain away from the house. No more smell!

I needed my water heater replaced. Every service I tried was booked up. I called TriStar Plumbing Solutions and they were busy too but told me they would get me fixed up today. I got the call a few hours later and they were on the way with a new water heater. They were very quick and got the old one out and the new one in! Top notch!!

Had a floor drain back up in the basement on Halloween while I was doing laundry before taking the three kids out to trick or treat. I called at 3.20 PM for service, and by 4.30pm, they were cleaning up and leaving. Amazing, friendly, fast service. Can't say enough good things about TriStar Plumbing Solutions.

Started calling at 10AM on a Friday about a toilet spewing sewage whenever the water in the bathroom was turned on. Was told to expect a visit or call within 2-3 hours. Called again 3 1/2 hours later at 1:30PM and was told I was on the schedule for 12:30-2:30PM. Called again at 3:30PM and was told to expect a call shortly. Called again at 4PM and was promised a manager would call within 30 minutes. It is now 5:00PM and still no call. Had to talk to a different person each time (answering service?). Long story short: took off from work and wasted a whole day waiting for nothing. Toilet still broken. If I could give them zero stars I would.

Exceptional customer service and attention to details. The salesmen were knowledgeable and after shopping around, found the deal to be economical and fair. Installation went off without a hitch and they did what they said they would do. Would highly recommend their services.

Worst experience ever! Never showed up. No customers centered at all. Not recommend. They let us with our clogged sink for days! Nightmare.

Please look for different plumbing services, This company was never able to service my home with an urgent item, I joined the service subscription to get premium services however they never got back to me and if the did just false promises always blaming on the technicians, I will never use this company
