They were assigned by my home warranty company and came within the time window assigned and gave me a heads up when the technician was on his way. Rick, the technician, diagnosed the issue (a clogged kitchen line which turned out to be clogged quite a distance from the sink) and found a way to address it first from inside and then had to work on it outside. He addressed the issue, made sure it was resolved, and explained things and answered all my questions in a knowledgeable and helpful manner. I highly recommend him, and if Perfection Plumbing has other professionals as good as him, then I would recommend Perfection Plumbing as a whole, as well!

This business was contracted through Choice Home Warranty for a small wet stain in my ceiling. There is a bathroom above this wet spot but that bathroom is never used outside of the weekly flushing of the toilet and running bath water to clean it. I even ran all water sources in this bathroom for 20+ minutes when the spot was first noticed to see if this bathroom may be the issue and the spot didn’t get any worse. When the tech arrived, he inspected the bathroom and found a crack in the tile of the plastic tile side wall that is 1’ ABOVE the height of the SHOWER HEAD as well as two pin hole size openings in the silicone around the tub/wall and suggested that’s his opinion of where the water is coming from. I’ve never ran this shower head, only the faucet for cleaning, so not sure how he thinks that much water could have passed through either of these. I even reiterated to him that this shower/bath has not been ran since this wet spot worsened and he continued to stick to his story and that I should hire a grout/tile specialist to come patch the tiles. When asked to cut the ceiling to the underside of the tub to see if it was in fact the issue, he was only willing to cut to see the drain line of the tub which had already been out ruled out by me running water for 20+ minutes and the damage staying the same. Long story short, I don’t know if it’s incompetency or unwillingness to solve issues through home warranties but I was not impressed by this company’s work nor Choice Home Warranties. Would not recommend either. At the very least, you should be able to advise your clients as to what you see best resolves the issue whether it’s through home warranties or through the company itself.Before allowing this company in your home and getting scammed a service fee call, go see all the other 1 star reviews left by people who also had their home warranty contract this company out.

Great service! We were assigned Perfection Plumbing through our home warranty company (Choice) and I was nervous at first because a prior plumber through the warranty canceled on us last minute (literally an hour before installing the new water heater). But once I looked at their reviews I decided we might be in good hands. I'm happy to report that they came out, diagnosed, and replaced the water heater all within the same week. Communication was excellent and the plumbers showed up exactly when expected. I may not renew the home warranty, but I'll definitely call Perfection Plumbing the next time we need some help!

We hired Perfection Plumbing to perform a repair on a sprinkler system. The repair took less than 20 minutes. Quick response time & professional. Highly recommend!

I never write any reviews but always see the reviews to do business. Now I feel a responsibility to share my experience with this business so other can have the benefit to make their choices. We called Perfection Plumbing company for a plumber to repair the water leakage. First, Nelson, the plumber tried to open the valve from inside the pantry to stop the main house water supply but it did not happen so, he closed the emergency valve from outside. But the way he twisted the inside valve to open a little water started dripping from there and we didn’t notice until the whole kitchen and dining sheetrock got wet and damaged which cost us to repair $9000. Not only that when he was fixing the upstairs bathroom he left the bathroom water running for three days. We were shutting down the water from outside and opened it only when we needed water for a drink and bath. We filled the tubs to use for the toilet. We complain about it but no use. Nelson fixed the leak but he broke the bathroom tiles to get access from there because he didn’t want repair from the outside which was already open. To repair the bathroom cost us $3000. It took two months to repair all this damage. When my tiles were up and we tried to run the Tub Spout that Nelson had installed during his repair did not work. I called Perfection company about it but he refused to come and look. He wanted us to make another work order. It was a super exhausting and dissatisfying experience. I found this company very unprofessional. They overcharge for everything. I will never use them and will never recommend them to my family and friends ever.

I used Perfection plumbing for the last freeze (2021). Perfection plumbing stated they replaced all of the old copper pipes under the house. Here we are again in another freeze. The pipes burst. We still have old pipes, which were supposed to have been replaced by Perfection. Needless to say, all of the old piping was not replaced as stated. I'm not a satisfied customer.

Home choice warranty assigned this company to repair my garbage disposal. The appointment that was initially scheduled was canceled the next day to one later in the week... no problem. My next appointment was canceled after I called about them not arriving because the technician had an “emergency”, mind you I already took the day off from work. They rescheduled to the following Wednesday. I confirmed the appointment the day prior and took the day off...again. Wednesday I called because again they didn’t show and was informed my appointment was canceled because I didn’t answer my phone that morning when they was in the area. No one came to my home, no one rung the doorbell but you tell the warranty company you canceled because I wasn’t home and didn’t answer my phone. I have missed out on two days of wages due to the unprofessional service of this company. If they were in the area during my appointment time why didn’t they come by? If you are assigned this company request a new one. Choice warranty still has yet to find a solution to fix this situation.

JUST WOW WITH HOME WARRANTY PLUMBING SERVICES.I thank to all who put the reviews from home warranty services.I didn't want to put a star yet, but didn't allowed me, so I put 3 since we're waiting to have done the repair of a leaking pipe and replace the water heather. But I'm amazed the reviews and comments on home warranty. My question is why the level of the service using home warranty has to be so poor? Client is a client and is getting paid for; it should matter their reputation as a service company. As read from other reviews, don’t waster your time with this company. Filed warrant claim with Choice Home Warranty when finding a water leak. They dispatched Perfection, Jimmy. Their technician informed my wife he could not repair since he would need to cut Sheetrock and would need to get authorization from Choice. He left. I called his office and insisted they return and identify the leak and cutting sheet rock would be acceptable. Jimmy returned, made most terrible looking cut about a foot from where sheet rock showed water. He then informed my wife the leak was maybe a drainage leak and could not repair. Left again leaving us a mess to clean. Don’t wast your time with this company of Choice Home Warranty

We used Perfection Plumbing a second time for another issue in our home. They did not disappoint. I called late Friday and got an appointment for the next day. We also received a text prior to their arrival. The scheduler informed me of the fee to come out (very reasonable) which was then taken off the final bill.The technician wore a mask, listened to the issue I described and got right to it. The problem was resolved in about half an hour. I paid via Venmo and he was on his way.I will say this - if you notice an issue with your plumbing, don’t delay on getting it fixed. Call someone out immediately to avoid creating a problem that is more complicated, timely and ultimately costly to fix.We are super pleased with this company and we are recommending them to everyone we know. We were very impressed with the company. We called them and someone was in our home to fix our leak within the hour. The person on the phone was knowledgeable and professional. The plumber was polite, wore shoe coverings and a mask and took the time to explain everything to us. We definitely recommend this company. Thank you for your hard work and amazing customer service!

I was most impressed by the price and professionalism of the staff from the young lady who answered the phone to the service technicians who have come to my home to service my plumbing issues. I love their motto, It doesn't have to be expensive to be professional. Their prices are always better and I can not say enough about how professional this company conducts their business. The plumbers are always well groomed and polite. They always have what they need on their truck or they go get it and return the same day! By the way, they always call and give a more exact time when they will arrive because they know your time is valuable!

Mr. Nelson and his team are absolutely amazing! They came early didn't leave a mess and even cleaned my floor! They are polite and efficient I can't give enough of a glowing review about them. When I do my bathroom remodel they will be my first call!

I contacted Perfection Plumbing, they were responsive to calls. I had 3 conversations to confirm the appointment with Nelson to give a quotation for a remodel job. Nelson demanded $75. Fee that was not identified in the calls to set up the appointment. 3 weeks later Nelson leaves me a voicemail with the price.I would not recommend Perfection due to hidden charges, lack of professional courtesy, and unresponsiveness.

After having a subpar job done by another company Perfection Plumbing sent Jimmy and he was professional, on-time, didn't talk a lot but most importantly he repaired the faulty faucet the first character wrecked. I appreciate Jimmy being attentive and caring to my distraught situation.

I contacted this company through CHOICE Home warranty. This company has extremely poor customer service! They charged $65 but never gave me a service in return. Moreover, they are quite comfortable with this situation. I've been trying to schedule a service for almost three months. Whenever I called them, the lady on the phone kept telling me that she'd let me know the dates they would give me a service. The last couple of weeks, despite my several calls, they never got back to me. By the way, I have never been rude or disrespectful! Yet, they were not responsive. The lady even wouldn't pick up my phone on purpose. It is just because I attempted to reach out to her 2-3 times in the last couple of weeks. I called from a different phone number, she replied, but no luck! She didn't bother to suggest any dates for service. All I expect was for them to collaborate with me to schedule a time as a common courtesy. I thought the company would feel obligated to pay me back or give me a service. But no, they don't even care. I guess I expected too much for a company like this.

Just wanted to share my experience with Perfection Plumbling Houston. My service guy was Jimmy Woddle , he was the best. Came in took care of the problem right away. He was very respectful, professional and quick. I would call on Jimmy again, I felt good about the work he did.

A young man named Jimmy Waddle with Perfection Plumbing in Houston, Texas was dispatched twice this week to first take care of my toilets not working properly and today he had to come back because of water heater issues. He was very courteous, answered any questions that I had and was quick to repair my toilets and to check out my water heater that had issues going on and off which he recommends to be replaced due to problems and being repaired once before. I highly recommend Perfection Plumbing and this service technician for any of your plumbing needs! ?????

BEWARE! They are not well experienced at all. They DID NOT replace my hot water heater in the attic because they said I needed to build a catwalk for their safety. The heater is surrounded by plywood. The path the stairs is paved with plywood, the pathway is secured with plywood. There was no room to add more plywood. I explained all this and sent pictures and they still refuse to do the work. In 2014 another company came out did the work without any issues. Today, a different plumbing company came and did the work and did not require any plywood for safety. Perfection Plumbing office took my $75 dollars and did nothing. This terrible experience began 10/20/2021 and on 12/6/21 a new hot water heater was installed (the water heater was leaking the whole time). I would never use or recommend Perfection Plumbing, P.O. This has been my go to plumber for the last few years. They have repaired leaks, installed all new faucet s, including the master bath tub, garbage disposal. Always on time, professional and gets to he job done.I have also recommend them to my neighbors.

Mr. Nelson and his crew came in to remove and install a new water heater. They came in and got to work immediately, completing the job within one hour. They were courteous, clean and handled each detail with perfection.

From the initial point of contact due to my major water leak, Mr. Nelson took good care of me. When the pipe burst it was literally raining in my home. He told me how to shut the water off over the phone and he was at my door in less than 30 minutes. He was very professional and answered all the questions I had. He replaced the pipes and provided me with a great warranty. It's hard to find reliability and great customer service, but this company has nailed it! I have referred the company to others who have been using them and they also love the great service. Mr. Nelson you have a customer for life!

Choice Home Warranty assigned Perfect Plumber to service a leak. A representative from Perfection came to my house. He spent less than 5 minutes looking at the bathroom, claimed it was a problem with the caulking and charged me $65 in cash. This did not make sense to me given the amount of water and situation with the leak so I did some testing of my own. Simply by running water through the shower, faucet and drain one at a time, I determined the leak was coming from the drain. If you are assigned Perfection Plumbing through your home warranty, call to change the provider. Consistent with other reviews, it seems they are simply out to pocket your service fee without providing the service. By providing dishonest service to homeowners under warranty, I do not trust them as a business.

I am beyond pleased with this company..they repaired my pipe at the exterior at the rear of my home where the water facet broke inside the wall. They was prompt and even answered questions about my tankless water heater which they will be upgrading for me on Monday.. I highly recommend this company for ALL your plumbing needs.K. Moore

used them as i had Choice Warranty who is HORRIBLE and the are SCAMMERS. the technician came out, said that there was a leak under the sink and that they would replace the pipes under the sink and unclog the line and come back once they had approval from Choice Warranty. I had to call them a few days later as i did not hear back from them. They are hard to reach and always get voice mail and done return calls in a timely manner. Representative that finally returned my call said that Choice Warranty denied the claim because they said i caused the issue. long story short, i accepted to pay them the $375 after paying the $65 service fee as i would deal with Choice Warranty as i need the sink repaired asap it had already been a week without a kitchen sink. I was not home when they came had someone there. they replaced the pipes with cheap one that cost probably no more than $50 dollars. They left my main drain line opened as they said that the repair would cost an additional $3250. I asked for the report as i wanted to know how they know that the pipe was cast iron and was rotted. called and called, asked for Manager, asked for Owner, etc. would not returned my call, finally answered, i said i needed the report. Technician said that he had to check with the main office, Manager who claimed to also be the owner said that i would not get the report and that they would not service me. this after almost 2 weeks. HORRIBLE SERVICE. i think that they wanted to scammed me as well as CHOICE WARRANTY DID TOO. DONT USE THEM. THEY DONE CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY LITERALLY WANTED TO RIP ME OFF TOO!!!I GAVE IT 1 STAR ONLY BECAUSE I HAD TO CHOOSE ONE OTHERWISE, THEY WILL NOT GET NONE FROM ME.MANAGER/OWNER VERY RUDE!!!!

Jimmy was amazing! Came in to fix a leaking toilet and even educated me on what caused the leak. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend Jimmy and Perfection Plumbing.

Perfection was sent to us via a home warranty claim. The technician was very nice but very incompetent. While working on a sink clog, he removed the auger from the pipe while still engaged through the drill, slinging sink waste all over my kitchen and himself. He didn't say a word. Washed his face, stated couldn't fix sink and told me we needed an expensive clean-out installed. We have a house clean-out that he refused to auger. He then left. Repeated calls to the owner went no where. We were told we don't get on the roof.

After experiencing delays due to Hurricane Laura, they were finally able to pick up our replacement water heater. Almost immediately upon arrival, they were able to remove / install our new unit. Surprised at how fast the technicians were in removing the water heater, however it came at a price! They ran the drain water onto my lawn and killed a large portion of my grass directly in front of our home. It was not immediately apparent yet it became OBVIOUS a couple of days later. Extremely disappointed in the lack of thought and consideration given the fact they seemed capable of doing a good job. We will have to wait till next spring to see if our lawn recovers. Words to the wise... be aware and stay vigilant- question their process.

I had a home warranty and they called out Perfection Plumbing. They came and told me son they would call me. This is a bathroom toilet that needs to be working. I had to call him and he told me he was waiting on the warranty company to approve the work. I am sure he knew the warranty company would say its normal wear and they would not approve it. I immediately called the warranty company and they said he had not turned in the diagnostics, when I called him back funny he wouldn't answer. I had to call the warranty company AGAIN and have them call him to push to get it turned in. He waited until almost 5 that is 6 hours later and several calls from me and the home warranty company. Had he called me and said this wont be covered he was already at my house I would have asked him how much he would have charged to do it. I left him a message asking him that and of course no response. I WOULD NEVER recommend or use this company. Extremely disappointed.

8If your home warranty company sends this company to you home for a claim you filed DO NOT let them in your house,, the person ( would not even say he was a plumber). Could not even fix a clogged clothes washer drain line. All he did was make a huge mess in my bathroom. Did even clean it up.Once he found out I was disabled the problem suddenly became a clogged main drain line. Shame on this company trying to take advantage of a disabled person.

This company is truly WORLD CLASS! Their motto says it all, “It doesn’t have to be expensive to be professional”. The owner serviced my faucet recently and did not charge because the fix was so minor!! Great people with customer friendly attitudes. I can’t say enough about the professionalism of these guys and I highly recommend them!

This is one of the most awful plumbing services I have experienced. We have been without hot water for three weeks now and every time I call they tell me the parts are on its way. I cheaper just to get a new hot water heater and installed. Please never use this company

Worst plumbing company i have ever delt with. Warranty company sent them out for a broken pipe and clog. They said there was no clog and there not fixing the pipe because the house was leveled. I told them it was leveled 4 years ago the pipe has nothing to do with it. Called another plumber and he fixed the broken pipe and found the line clogged with hair and grease. Had to pay out of pocket because warranty wouldnt cover ot after perfection plumbing said it was a house leveing issue.

I wouldn't recommend. Had to pay the guy $65 just to unplug & plug the garbage disposal back in. That's it! Literally that's it. And now my dishwasher isn't working. Find a different company.

Do not make an appointment with this company unless you want to waste your time. I had an appointment between 11-3PM which i waited for the entire time. When i called at 3:15pm to see if anyone was coming the said someone had called and because the phone wasnt answered they just decided to not show up for a SCHEDULED AND CONFIRMED APPOINTMENT. Even though it was still early (3:15pm), Kate was rude on the phone and said no one would be going that day, did not try to make it right. Stay away if you value your time.

This is the second time that we used this service and they got the job done. They are professional and accommodating because we called them in the morning and they fit us in that afternoon. I recommend this company!!

Company was sent out by the Home Warranty company to look at a water heater. They left a work order stating they were waiting authorization from Home Warranty to obtain a new water heater with no explanation.I called the Manufacturer to see what process was needed to get a replacement and they said is was best the plumber call them for more details.The plumber told me to call the office and I contacted Kate at the office and she told me that they will not call the manufacturer since they will not be installing it but yet we paid them for the service call to come out. She put me on hold for over 20 min then I called her on another phone and asked why I was still on hold and she literally hung up on me.This is the most unprofessional business and would not recommend using them.

I’ve used Perfection Plumbing before some years ago at my now rental property. The dishwasher at that property and my current property neither would drain ( both garbage disposal installed by my husband?) Jimmie came in saved the day at both properties and help my husband discover a final missed step in garbage disposal installs for a small price! Thanks Jimmie!
