My hot water wasn’t working so I assumed my gas got shut off. I called the gas company and realized everything was fine on their end so I contacted Houston life plumbing, Omar came right away to inspect my water heater and realized the problem. It was fixed within the hour and I still had time to make it to work.

Bought a house in the heights about a year ago and had a company renovate the entire house for me. The renovating process is something you have to mentally prepare yourself for however this experience was pretty good for me until I hand my previous plumbing company I hired quit on me. The said that there were damages that “could not be fixed” and I needed to get the “state” involved. Instead of doing all of that I reached out on a limb to this company and I in all my years dealing with construction companies, they were by far the most professional group I have worked with. I reached out on 8/29/2022 b/c I thought my chimney might be leaking into my house and I stated that to the owner when I called. I specifically told him that google shows they are plumbers and my issue is with my chimney. He came out, but then when he got here he states he doesn't deal with chimneys, to which I said, yes, I told you it was my chimney on the phone when I called. He offered to reach out to a water restoration person, which he did. Still got charged $69.00, which is totally unfair since he could of just made the call in the morning when I told him what the issue was. If I do have a plumbing problem I will not be reaching out to this company.

It was on a Sunday at 5:00 pm, and we had to shut off water to the house because of an outdoor issue. We called a 24/7 plumbing service who gave us a repair window of 7 to 9 pm. Nine pm came and went - we called again and they said they we get us a new ETA. Called again at 9:30 pm and said said the same thing. I began calling other 24/7 services. Devin, owner of Plumbing Life, Immediately returned my call and came out within the hour himself, to repair the issue. We were so impressed with his promptness, communication, and of course, the repair work he did. His plumbing service is now our ‘go to’ for all our plumbing needs. And apparently, his company provides other household services which is extremely convenient. Thank you, Devin. True customer service!

We started out with a hot water heater installation. He gave us a price that afternoon and installed it that night. We did not have to wait. The next week he installed a new bathroom shower. It is tiled from the floor to the ceiling. It is simply beautiful. Everything was done in a timely and professional manner.
