plumber was my service repair and he was outstanding. On time, thorough, very congenial and extremely helpful. Best of all he found another issue I hadn't first known about and added that to the workload, even though he had another appointment to get to. Highly recommend Mark Blitch Plumbing Company.

Never did utilize their services - couldn't get the technician to show up. Heck, the technician wouldn't even contact me except to tell me he wouldn't show as scheduled. The main office was helpful but the technician just wasn't reliable. After 2 days of playing phone tag with the wayward technician, opted to seek out another plumber to take care of my water leak.

I must say, I was past the point of pleased with the service provided! I have plumbing ins and was supposedly scheduled with Hers and His but was informed it would be a week before they can come out for a clogged drain! ? It had already been, three days with no water in my kitchen! I refused, and the next plumber, 'Blitch Plumbing showed up in 24 hrs and took care of businesses! That's what I call customer service!!! Ins or not, call this father and son team. They are great, overall!?

Tech didn’t show during time window so I called the office for an update and they wouldn’t give me an answer and started answering and hanging up on me, then I called same number and a “24/7 locksmith” answered….Don’t know what type of operation they are running but were very unprofessional to say the least and would not recommend them to anyone

The plumbers crawled under the house and heard a leak. They discovered the problem was a running toilet tank caused by a worn tank flap, which was replaced. The entire repair was less than an hour and a half total.

Never showed up when they were supposed to (for 2 days) then called me a liar saying they did come. Apparently the technicians and office staff do not communicate. Refused to make the situation right, zero customer service. Would give them zero stars if I could. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Good service. Problem resolved quickly. Technician explained what was going to be done. Pleased with service.

Charged me $135 and didn’t fix the leak even after I told them it was a sprinkler line before they came out. They said they don’t fix sprinkler lines only after they spent about 5 minutes on my property. Very disappointed in the service I got. When I asked why they charged me anyway, I was given attitude.

In Feb 2021 they came to my fathers house to fix a leak in the wall (second time they have fixed the same leak). On July 4th 2021 while flooring was being installed the same place was leaking (3rd time). I tried reaching out to them however I ended up having to call another plumber. When the plumber (new location) got there he stated that this should have never been soldered due to the place on the pipe being weak. Fast forward…. They replaced the pipe completely pressure checked the line and checked the meter. I called and spoke to Marilyn explained the reason I was calling and told her that my father passed away June 26th 2021 and I went over what all was done back in February…. I was emotional (just lost my father) and she said just spit it out…. What is your question?!? I ask what I could do about getting a refund for the simple fact the pipe must have never been fixed properly… (let’s not even speak of the mold from the pipe not being fixed). I asked to speak to the owner…. She told me that I was just angry due to my dad passing away.Mr. Blitch, sir I do not know you however the lady representing your company 1)needs to be more understanding 2) needs to remember if she’s going to tell people how long she’s worked for you, don’t lie first it was 3 years second time she said it , it was 5 years, 3) Just own up to the mistake and allow YOUR customers to express their concerns to you… it’s John Blitch Plumbing not Marilyn Plumbing.

They came when they said they would on short notice. The polite young man worked quickly and effectively. They were retained by Home Depot to install a dishwasher. Completely satisfied, will call them when we need plumbing.

Paid them to fix a leak twice, it's still leaking. They said they would come by to fix the leak, keep saying 'tomorrow ' or 2 days from now.. it's been over 3 weeks and they never show when they say they will.. I'm using another plumber now.. and I'm out over $300 for basically nothing. Maybe the worst experience I've ever had with almost any business. I own several rental homes and will be taking my business elsewhere.

They did nothing except run a 15 foot snake down the line and charges $125.00. We asked if they could run a longer snake and they said no. So now we have the same problem and are out $125 for nothing. Do not call this company.

Booked an appointment 3 days out, despite confirming that we were on the list the day of the appointment they still didn't show up. They didn't even give a courtesy call to let me know they weren't coming.

Had a leak at the water meter and a dispute with the City of Savannah over responsibility. Blitch Plumbing came out on St Patrick's Day, fixed the leak and proved that it was the Citys responsibility. Excellent work!
