The two gentlemen who repaired my plumbing leak were fast, friendly and kind. The price was fair and I am very happy with their service. Will use them again for any future plumbing needs.

We have used MRP a few times now. Chad and Michael are both very professional and so far, under-promise and over-deliver. We had a pipe repaired that 2 other plumbers said would require ripping up our mudroom tile. Chad completed the repair perfectly without damaging even one tile. At a subsequent visit, Michael replaced our aging water hose spigots and our hot water heater. He explained the options for repair vs. replacement in detail, and very patiently answered all of our questions. Carol is great for scheduling, and it is so easy to reach her and get an appointment made. Pricing is competitive and service is excellent.

I can not possibly say enough things about this company. They have given me excellent service every time they have been here, they are more than prompt, quality I have received is excellent. The repairman that comes is absolutely a gentleman, polite and more than willing to explain what he needed to do in order to fix my problem. It seems as though I keep using the word excellent over and over again but that is the word to use to describe this company.

After the work was completely all issues have been thoroughly resolved.

Delta came out and repaired our hot water heater. Plumber was very knowledgeable and careful to explain everything that needed to be done. Great price. Will definitely call Delta again.

Well I just spoke to the owner, Dustin I believe, about the telephone call I received from his technician. Obviously this probably wasn't the greatest thing to do BEFORE the work gets done but I thought it important to let him know I didn't appreciate the attitude of the technician. We had REQUESTED an PM service when scheduling with Megan who had advised that this was just a REQUEST, I understand that and can appreciate it but not the attitude of the technician who called. It will interesting to see if there will be any RETRIBUTION for me pointing this out based on the repair they are supposed to now be doing tomorrow. I have no choice at this time as American Home Shield gets to pick the vendor and to change for a simple garbage disposal issue is not worth the headache. I will write a follow up review which I am hoping is a great one based on the experience moving forward and will take the Owner at his word that someone will call me tomorrow and do the work correctly without any retribution because I called out one of his technicians, as I know how they will talk to each other etc. In good times like these, customers aren't provided with much respect and are a number, but in slower times hopefully customer service and word of mouth will be something more valued.

We had a clogged drain on a Sunday night. I was referred to Ellis with Vintage Plumbing, he was here within an hour and had us fixed in 10 minutes. An absolute life saver and he's made a customer for life. Highly recommend!

Initially the day and time of service was outside of the recommended temperature for completing maintenance on my a/c unit. Hawk kept in constant contact with me about this and rescheduled me accordingly. The day of service they did end up showing up later than the scheduled time, but they called me well before the time had elapsed to let me know it might happen. Once, they arrived they were very competent and courteous. The technician even was willing to talk with my children and gracefully accepted a balloon my child offered him.

My family and I came home from vacation. Noticed both bathrooms were flooded. Called Johnathan. He came out no question asked even tho it was after hours. Did a great job fixing the problem. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent service...my Plumber was very NEAT and personable...and explained everything he was doing before he did it...and made a tiny mess BUT cleaned it all up himself...very pleased with this company and have used them several times AND refer them to anyone needing a umbing service!!!
