We called our Issac to look at some plumbing for an older home and he was absolutely amazing! He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! He did not over charge or try to sell us on anything. He simply stated facts and recommendations. Its definitely hard to have a trust worthy plumber but we have our go-to plumber and highly recommend to all!

Isaac has been to my house a couple of different times to take care of minor plumbing issues that have popped up. He's honest, timely, affordable. Not going to do more than he needs to fix your issue if he can help it. We've found a this is not the correct way to do this at all plumbing issues and he's been able to find a solution to fix it to keep water flowing and inside the places it's supposed to be. There was ONE time after the 2021 freeze that he couldn't get to me...because...well all the plumbers were busy, and he gave me the contact at another company that he trusted. WHO DOES THAT?? He wanted to make sure I was taken care of as quickly as possible with someone even HE would trust to do his work, even if it meant he lost the job in the moment. Class act. I will ALWAYS recommend him and Panther City Plumbing.

We had a great experience with Isaac. He came out to replace a problem toilet. He got it in with no problem in a very small toilet room. He cleaned up completely, taking all boxes and trash with him. Bonus is he fixed a faucet handle and didn't charge for it. We have found our new plumber in Isaac at Panther City Plumbing.

The shut off valve to my dishwasher line was frozen and I couldn't turn it off. I was charging out my dishwasher and now the line wouldn't seal at all so I had water going everywhere. Panther City Plumbing was to my house within minutes of me calling and he got everything fixed including a new shutoff valve so I could continue my project without further incident.
