The company, actually I'm using them Again because we have a slab leak now and they came out and found that the leak was from a hot water pipe in the slab Plumbers Plumbing guided us exactly to the process what needs to get done Our insurance company is involved the the bathroom has to come out and he is working wonderful with us and our insurance company thank you

I've done business with KMP as a vendor for the company and never had any problems with them. I decided to use them as a customer and that is a different story. In August 2013 I had a problem with a leak in my front yard and was happy to call a local company to come fix the problem. They fixed the problem which did not take long at all but cost a little under 300 which seemed pretty high but I thought the problem would be done so I was okay to pay the bill. Come to now in August 2016, the same exact problem has started leaking in the same exact spot. I called KMP to see if there was a warranty or some sort of discount since they were the original Plumbing company to fix the problem. I was then met with terrible customer service by the woman who answered the phone and would go to the line did the ground move? and continued to not give any answers or solutions. I was then transferred to the boss who said that they back their work but was not going to warranty or discount anything for fixing the same exact problem and good luck with trying to get a company to give you a lifetime warranty.

He was very professional and knowledgeable. We live on the bottom of a duplex and we almost were standing in the overflow of the upstairs neighbors bathtub. We're good now.

4 plumbers later and they gave us better news than anyone else. Very professional employees.

Had a patio cover installed. Estimated cost was significantly less than any other contractor. Job was done to perfection. Would recommend to friends and family.

Quite possible THE WORST experience I have ever had with a contractor or anyone else ever. Totally unprofessional. He never finished the simple task which he was asked. He quoted one price and charged me a totally different amount. They showed up 2 hours after they said they would arrive and left a puddle of water in the basement. This guy was a total dbag. He was nasty and condescending. PLEASE DO NOT EVER CALL THESE GUYS!
