Very satisfied with their service from the helpful customer service who took my call to the technician, Jeremiah, who came to our house. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and was wearing a clean uniform, even the service vehicle was clean. He carefully explained our options for our plumbing issue. We felt the price for replacing a faucet reasonable and chose that option. Job well done. No lost time for me on an unplanned DYI project figuring out the problem, then trying to select the right faucet, then attempting to install the faucet. My experience with Berkeys was very positive. A nice feature with Berkeys is once the technician was selected for our service, I received a text message from Berkeys with the name and picture of Jeremiah. All of these things tells me that this is a company of professionals who take their job seriously. I highly recommend Berkeys.

I called because my furnace was not working. I had already paid two different people to work on it that could not fix the problem. Doing an online search I came across Berkeys and gave them a call. They were able to send someone on the same day in a few hours. The tech (Travis) showed up on time and went right to work. He asked me if I wanted to watch him work and when going through the process of checking everything he was very polite and professional. Travis took the time to explain what he was doing and answered all my questions. I felt very comfortable working with him and will be requesting him for all my service calls. Due to the age of the unit Travis recommended I consider replacing the furnace and AC and took the time to go over the various options. After not having heat for a couple of days I really appreciate the time Travis took to ensure I did not have to freeze another night. Berkeys has found an outstanding tech in Travis and I am grateful for Berkeys prompt professional service. I have scheduled the work for replacing my furnace and will update you once that is complete; based on my current experience I'm confident I will be pleased with the work.

Wow! What awesome service! Berkeys sets themselves far apart from the competition! Great communication regarding service time using phone calls, emails, and text messages to let me know exactly when my tech would arrive -- including a link to track where my tech was and how far away he was from my house. Glen, my technician diagnosed and fixed my AC in no time at all and he was very professional and pleasant. I have no hesitation in recommending Berkeys to anyone and to use them again. I've used them in the past for a plumbing problem. Same great experience with the service and the tech!

Charged $700.00 Dollars to replace leaking hose connection for washing machine. Gave a $2400.00 qoute to replace and install a new water heater. Got an estimate from another company, 2nd estimate to replace and install water heater for $1100.00

I needed help solving what I had been told, by a local merchant, was an easy fix of an ice maker water supply valve. I've been a Berkeys customer for many years and called them. They scheduled a technician for me during the time I needed.
Andy showed up and broke the news that the repair was more involved, explained what was required and why, and, more importantly, an option that was easier, much more time efficient, and cheaper. He was very professional, friendly and courteous from the moment he showed up. And he approached the problem from what was best for the customer, not what was the biggest money maker for Berkeys.
I recently had a disappointing HVAC experience with Berkeys and was reluctant to call. Andy really came through and, without knowing it, really patched up our doubts regarding Berkeys service. Many thanks to Andy and the plumbing department for honesty and putting the customer first.

This company has a high level of professionalism and were able to get my issues resolved in a very timely manner. There was some miscommunication about the amount of time I would be without water: I was told that It would only be shut off for about an hour to fix it, but it was turned off and we did not have water overnight. When I called to express my frustration, management bumped us to the top of their lineman's work list.

Pricing seems a little bit above average. I'm sure you could a lower price elsewhere but the professionalism you're paying for is worth it.

Couldn't have asked for a nicer representative than Edward Jones! Polite, businesslike, competent, and thorough. My only complaint would be that I had advised when I requested service that I believed my water heater problem was electrical in nature rather than plumbing based on preliminary supply voltage checks. I was sent a plumber and the problem had to be transferred to an electrician not available until the next day. This was not a problem with the actual service but in properly routing my call based on the information I provided.

TERRIBLE Experience. I found Berkeys on Google and made an appointment only to have them not show up. I waited over an hr after they called to say they would be there in less than 30 minutes but no one showed up. I own over 40 rental homes and I will only use TRUSTED local people from now on. This is obviously a very large corporate business that is more concerned with volume than quantity service. Use someone else.

Alex arrived promptly and diagnosed issue rapidly and did not waste time. Fast proficient and reliable. I’ve been in property management and plumbing repair in younger years and I am very familiar with plumbing issues. I highly recommend Berkeys! Thanks again Alex!

My experience with Berkey's has been outstanding. Garrick was very professional and friendly. He explained everything to me, even taking a picture of the issue with my hot water heater so that I could see what the problem was.

Roger was very knowledgeable and straightforward with me about the process and pricing, I had quite a few questions that he was able to answer. He was patient with my heating issue that was intermittent before we finally got it the issue recreated. The breakdown of my options was thoroughly explained and written out.

Impressive customer service. Mike came out and inspected my heating unit. I had been given a report that the unit was not operating properly by a Home Inspector representing the buyers. Roger was my tech today. I thought he did a really thorough job in checking the unit to make the transition from heat to cool. I've used Berkey's for several years and the service has always bee excellent. The tech's wear booties to keep from tracking the outside in. Very pleased and can recommend with out hesitation.

It was a Saturday afternoon when finishing up the laundry that everything backed up. Both toilets, the bathtubs and the showers. A real mess. We called Berkeys and they were able to get out within a few hours. Now, everything works fine. The rep even cleaned out the tubs for us. He said he didn't want to leave it with all of the stuff that had come out of the drain. Thanks again Berkeys and your great service people.

From a failed system on a Monday evening to a complete new system on a Wednesday evening. Berkeys worked to provide advice repair/replace with options for a 17 year old system. From my research on web, I was able to fully appreciate the technicians advice and replacement was the most sensible action. Work was performed in a very professional manner by the install team. A follow up inspection by the technician showed now issues, and I have a full 10 year parts/labor warranty. They certainly earned 5 stars for performance and as to value - You get what you pay for. Berkeys is a First Class company ... they responded on the same day when I had an unfortunate leak from an ice machine in my kitchen. Their customer service is top notch from the person that I talked to on the phone in the morning to request an emergency same day service appointment and to the technician that showed up that afternoon to address and fix the issue ... Service Tech was very courteous and professional. Water heater went out on Sunday afternoon and the new water heater was up and running Sunday evening. Berkey's has been my go to plumbing and A/C company for many years.

Berkey's has been wonderful overall. I bought their membership, which may or may not be worth it, but they have been very responsive and one of their technicians, Phil, is the nicest guy. They are one of the only places in the metroplex that I could find to work on my electric tank-less water heater as well. Such a lifesaver!

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Sandra Phillips in my home to get an estimate for a new system., i just want you to know that she is the sweetest most genuine person!! In a time where so many people try and milk you.. she was honest and upfront! I am praying over my estimate she definitely is what is making me want to seal the deal!!

Berkey's is the best! Our home has had numerous plumbing needs over the past year. They have repaired toilets, installed a tankless water heater, relocated our outgoing sewer line, fixed leaks, and most recently completely replaced the plumbing underground on one side of the house. We always request our favorite tech, Daniel. They use quality materials and have the best warranty in the business. I'll never call anyone else!

Breakers provided fast service when my HVAC unit wasn't working. They were able to send someone within two hours of my call who was very respectful and explained the issue thoroughly (Raphael) and was able to send an electrician to handle the wiring within an hour. The two gentlemen who came resolved the issue promptly and were very amiable and gave me an EXCELLENT price. I learned about Berkley's from a referral and would refer them to others.

We have had Berkeys out to the house 3 times to deal with our balky A/C system. That sounds like a lot, but a) it's old and b) it was poorly installed by the homebuilder which has given us some headaches.

The first time was a dire emergency - water was leaking through the ceiling and we were less than 24 hours from leaving on a 3-week vacation - we needed it fixed NOW so our poor kitties wouldn't broil while we were gone. Sure enough, a tech came around midnight and within 30 minutes had the system up and running. Vacation saved!

While we were gone, however, a motor seized up on it, so it was dead again. Within 48 hours they were back again with the new part and we were back in service.

They came back 2 days ago when we again had water leaking. Even though the cause was different and had nothing to do with the previous repair, they treated it as a warranty issue and took care of it no charge even though nearly a year had passed. They didn't have to do that but it definitely was appreciated.

I called Berkeys because my heating unit would not come on. I had a very pleasant experience. The tech was on time, professional, and informative. I will definitely use them again.

The agent and the contractors not the same page. Agent told me that they are DUCT cleaning with brush and camera and will give me picture before and after. When technician come, they said they not doing that. My mistake, I should ask to put in writing ! They are job is no different with other company !! May be the price is a little bit high !

Guy came out to service my ac system told me I need a new condesor got a second opinion and told I did not need a new condensor so go figure. I would not trust these people.
