Jonathan came very quickly, and was extremely punctual. He went straight to work and quickly found the issue. He installed the new faucet, replaced the drain and fixed the leaking line and was done in a a very timely manner. He was polite, well spoken, a great teacher, and thoroughly explained every detail. Intuition plumbing first fix a plumbing nightmare under my sink from the previous owner and stopped the leaking sinks. He came back at almost a year later to fix the leaking sink again, that was our fault, at no cost because he stood by his warranty. So we then just had him install two toilets that he picked up and he'll even be disposing of the old ones! He has been on time and is informative about the time he'll arrive. Did I mention he's pretty quick at it, too. Very professional!

I called Jonathon and he promptly answered the phone, didn't even have to leave a message. He quickly determined that he could help me. Upon arriving, he diagnosed the issue. But the repair was going to be more extensive than I had expected. He took the time to explain in detail why he thought it was necessary, but also welcomed me to get a second opinion. Within 2 days after his arrival the issue was fixed and he communicated with me (I was out of town) the entire time with pictures and explanations. I would not hesitate to call Jonathan again if another issue arose. I think he is a good, reliable, and communicative plumber that charges a fair price.... what more can you ask for?

During what could have been a stressful situation, Jonathan was calming, knowledgeable, and patiently explained what would happen every step throughout the process. I was shown videos of the work occurring underneath the foundation.

We called multiple plumbers in the area, but due to the Feb 2021 freeze we were told it would be a few days (or pay an outrageous after-hours fee) before anyone could come unclog our sewer line. Not only did the guys at Intuition come the very next morning, but they were very professional and knowledgeable. My bathroom flooded. I find it hard to trust tradesmen so i was nervous about calling. Jonathan was right on time with very short notice on my part. He was very professional and honest. I had 100ft of sewer line replaced, all the plumbing under and inside the house replaced as well as the toilet, tub and water heater. All faucets, shower head ect. This company did a phenomenal job and found a way to resolve problems in an older pier and beam home. I am thrilled with the results and the price was so reasonable! This was my first and last time using this company through my home warranty, they were very unresponsive, uncoordinated and simply unreliable. I had to continuously had to contact them for a status on my work order with no different result each time. In the end they decide to transfer my work order for some undisclosed reason. In my personal opinion I would stay away from intuition plumbing servicing your home.
