I'm head of maintenance at a busy hotel in downtown Fort Worth. We had a pretty good leak from our riser on the first floor going to the forth floor. Had about a dozen guests without hot water. I called probably a dozen of your big name, commercials in your face all the time plumbers that advertise 24/7 emergency service....everyone of em told me the earliest would be 3 days later...came across Hawk and told myself after this last call, I'll give up and just have to wait those 3 days...needless to say, Hawk was out at my hotel working on the repair in less than 2 hours from when I called. My husband and I had a great experience with Hawk Plumbing Heater A/C Inc! Michael and Devin were exceptional!! They were very knowledgeable and professional on how they resolved our leak! We had a very hard to find underground water leak that was undetectable from the surface. They systematically shut down different areas of our property to find the exact location of the leak. During the most recent heat wave the air conditioner stopped working at my house while I work out of state with my parents living there. After reading the reviews on Hawk Plumbing I called and spoke with the office manager and explained I live out of state, my elderly parents reside there, and have been complaining about how hot it was getting inside.

I was extremely pleased to hear they prioritize calls for the elderly and she thought they could be there within 2 hours. As fate would have it they showed up early. Amazing!

The technician spoke with me over the phone and explained what the problem was and asked if I had any filters there so he could install them. I have an older unit so they had to be ordered but he said he'd come back to install them if needed. My parents loved him as he was really nice and didn't try to upsell them or be pushy.

When I called to schedule the appointment I was given a $30 coupon. The next day I received a call from the manager explaining the discount was not applied and that they'd be mailing us a check for it. I thanked them for their honesty as I would've never known it wasn't applied.

This company is top notch! Very professional, provided the service agreed to in a timely manner. When my pipes burst during the 2/2020 winter storm, they were the first to respond and help and then quoted the job competitively for repairs. They show up on time, go above and beyond to ensure the highest quality, and are respectful and professional from the initial phone call to the completion of the project. I highly recommend Hawk. I wish I could utilize them for ALL home improvement needs.

Hawk installed 2 new American Standard AC/Heating systems about 10 months ago so we have had enough experience to evaluate them. My wife and I both agree we are extremely pleased with both the installations and performance of the units. I have always thought that the quality of the installation work was as important as the quality of the HVAC equipment and Hawk did a really good job on the installation. They even fixed and repaired ducts and drainage parts at no charge when it really wasn't their responsibility. The installation technicians were competent, polite, and answered all questions. Our electrical bills have been substantially lower even though we feel freer to keep the temp lower in the Summer. Additionally, the new gas heaters work much better than the old. They warm our house quicker and more efficiently than the old ones. And we love the smart thermostat which is connected to the net. All in all, we couldn't be happier with our experience. Highly recommend Hawk.

We wanted a leak in an outside faucet simply capped. But Michael showed up just thirty minutes after we phoned Hawk (on his way to the shop) and said it would take the same amount of time to fix it . . . and he did in thirty minutes! Yes, the cost was high for an emergency visit at 7:00 on a Saturday morning (with hundreds of other emergency calls during the 2021 winter storm), but still quite reasonable. An honest and efficient company! Even the woman who answered the phone (before business hours!) was most curteous. We highly recommend Hawk Plumbing.

Great experience and great service. I had a leak under my kitchen sink so I called Hawk plumbing and they were able to schedule an appointment the following morning. The technician Mike Smith came out and took care of it in less than an hour. He even ran to home depot for a part and got back in a timely manner. I thought I was going to need new pipes but he was able to adjust a few things which saved me money. He was professional and did a wonderful job. Will definitely use them in the future.

They asked for a Google review for a 10% discount. I left one with the intention of using it on a job I needed done. The discount doesnt apply to the job I needed, as well as many other jobs they would do. I went ahead and booked the job anyways, but they didnt make it as scheduled. They waited until the end of the day to tell me. Im debating to schedule the job again with them. They've been ok otherwise, but discount technicalities and no-shows have made me call around.

Amazing service! I contacted Hawk's for a frozen and burst pipe during the Big Freeze. Obviously they had a zillion calls so I was put on the list. They gave me updates twice a day and got to me 2 days later(my friends waited 6 days for other plumbers) They fixed the problem quickly, splicing in a new pipe, cleaned up their mess and left. Awesome customer service.

Hawk was referred to us by my father in law. From the first conversation I knew we had contacted the right company. Professional, and eager to help with the situation of an elderly friend having no heat last winter and another company trying to take advantage. Josh made sure the technician came on our timeframe, and Junior, the technician went out of his way to take care of our friend at a reasonable cost and follow through on a second trip out was equally impressive. We will call Hawk again and highly recommend the service they offer.

We had a new 20 Seer 5 ton variable speed unit installed by Hawk when our original unit went out. The price was fantastic as we got this bigger/better unit for the same price as others were charging for a 16 Seer system! Great value!! We had a few minor issues with the system and Josh in the office sent Junior out promptly to resolve the issues. Everything from initial email/phone communication, to the install, to the follow up communication, to the minor service calls were all handled in a professional manor. Hopefully we don’t need another system anytime soon, but if we do Hawk will be the first phone call. Great company and great people to deal with!

During the most recent extreme cold temps. my two heat pumps were not performing to the degree that they should. In fact one was constantly flipping the breaker. Since we have had poor service from a couple of companies in the past, I asked my neighbor if he could recommend a service company. There was no hesitation. He instantly said he has been using Hawk for many years and he would not consider anyone else. I placed a call to Hawk and they very professionally set up an appointment to get someone to my home within a few hours. The technician was professional, knowledgeable and communicated his findings so that we could understand the issues. He offered some options for corrective action and then efficiently took care of the problem. There was a very nice follow-up call from their main office to make sure everything went well. There is no doubt that I have now found my future HVAC and plumbing service company.

Such a great experience with Hawk Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning! I had a issue with a leaking outdoor faucet. While they were booked for that same day, I was able to secure the first appointment for the next day.
Michael, from Hawk Plumbing contacted me before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived he looked at my problem and gave me an estimate (which I thought was reasonable). Hawk Plumbing Heating and Air conditioning installed a complete heating and cooling system for our family on March 9. It was a a difficult attic installation and they went the extra mile to make sure we had the best possible system. All the employees were very professional in all the contacts we had with them. We are very happy with the system and will call Hawk the next time we need help with plumbing, heating and air conditioning. I called the office several times with questions and always received a courteous and helpful response. I certainly recommend this business!

Hawk worked with us to get the best unit selected for our needs. The actual installation was faultless, and when they finished I had trouble finding anything to vacuum behind them so I didn't !
Fernando is a perfectionist doing his work and I really like that work ethic. There has been only one problem, Hawk told me this unit would be quiet, but they did not explain that I would have to look at the thermostat to see if the unit/fan was running. We also have been very pleased with all plumbing repairs done by Hawk technicians. It is great to only place one service call that corrects the problem the first trip.

I’ve used Hawk Plumbing twice in the last six months (first was to have my water heater replaced, second was to have a broken hose bib fixed). Can't say enough good things about Hawk. Josh in the home office was great getting me set up for two appointments. And Josh the technician went above and beyond in his efforts. After initial diagnosis, upon his return to do repair, he tried something that hadn't occurred to him on initial visit, and lo and behold, it worked and saved us some money. We have used Hawk plumbing and air conditioning- multiple times on each side of things. Their technicians are polite and professional. They explain the options along with the pros and cons of each option. I like the fact that they don’t oversell you. I genuinely trust it when they tell me that I need something because they have come out at times that I thought something was wrong and told me that it didn’t need work. I do believe they operate with integrity.

Hawk plumbing has incredibly nice staff, the manager josh was really friendly. I asked hawk plumbing to come to my home and fix a leaking pipe, the guy changed the pipe to a straight pipe and called it a day. A couple days later, the pipe was on crooked and they had to come back out and fix it, this time it cost me more because it wasn't entirely done right the first time. It's fixed now thankfully. They are super nice and very reasonable in pricing, they made it right and I'm happy with that.

Hawk has taken care of my house for over 25 years. I tried a different plumber once and had a bad experience so went back and have never disappointed. I wouldn't use anyone else.

I was concerned about an AC condensation issue so I contacted Hawk and I was pleased to hear that a tech could come out the following day. Zack, the tech, was great. He arrived on time, showed me and explained to me some minor functions of the AC unit that would help me in maintaining a good working AC unit. Zack fixed the condensation issue, and he completed the work within a reasonable time frame.

I appreciate the fact that Zack was very pleasant and very patient in answering all my questions. Thank you to both Hawk and Zack, you both are great!!

On March 15, a technician was dispatched to my property to repair a few issues. One of those issues being the toilet handle replacement. On 29, the toilet handle malfunction after only a month and half of being installed. I called Hawk Plumbing, to have someone go back out to repair the handle assuming it is under a warrant of service. The service manager informed me it is not under warranty. They could send a technician back out, which they would charge a service charge of $88, and possibly charge for another replacement handle. I would not recommend this company for any repairs, as do not have/honor the warranty of their service: if the job was done correctly the first time, there would be no need to resend a tech out. I recommend avoiding this company and using ABC Plumbing in Watauga, TX.

Water heater needed to be replaced. I don't normally like to deal with larger companies that advertise because usually over priced (gotta pay for that advertising right?) and suspect quality of work because they concern themselves with volume more than quality more often than not. But when I was looking for a company they were the first to respond, the tech called, then the supervisor called with good detail and what turned out to be an accurate quote in line with what I would expect. They seemed to understand my desire for quality so I took the chance. Michael was on time, clearly communicated what was needed, no surprises, excellent quality work. Attention to detail was obvious. I would definitely recommend based on my experience and have already referred my brother to them who needs the same work done.

Hawk is great, very responsive and given my work hours.. always work with me to meet my service needs. Junior is the ONLY one that has worked on my house for the last few years and we have our Annual Maintenance visits (twice a year) done by him. He's always very upfront, personal and professional. This last visit, our neighbor had a question about a sound he heard when turning on faucets. Junior could have said he would come over, charged a service fee and helped; he didn't do that, he simply explained a quick way to solve the problem, gave my neighbor his card and said to call for him if they ever needed future service. I know the owner and I told him that story and the reason I use them is for these simple gestures.

Trustworthy, punctual, respectful, honest. I’ve called on Hawk twice and will from now on. I was treated fair and they didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need AND they gave me a tutorial on my thermostat and tips on maintaining my unit to make it last longer. I have had to use them in the past for broken water lines in the yard, and to fix a leaking faucet in the shower. All the times the company was on time, gave a quote and stuck to the quote, even if it took longer than expected. The employees were always showing a character of professionalism and kindness towards the customer. I tried to go with someone else once, due to it being Friday and wanting it done quickly. Hawk was booked. The quote I got from another company was way higher, so I decided to wait the weekend out and go with Hawk. I sincerely would recommend this company to anyone.

Initially the day and time of service was outside of the recommended temperature for completing maintenance on my a/c unit. Hawk kept in constant contact with me about this and rescheduled me accordingly. The day of service they did end up showing up later than the scheduled time, but they called me well before the time had elapsed to let me know it might happen. Once, they arrived they were very competent and courteous. The technician even was willing to talk with my children and gracefully accepted a balloon my child offered him.

The team that came to our house was very efficient and informative. My wife and I knew nothing about our heating and air system, but the Hawk team answered our questions and even instructed us on how to take care of our air conditioner. I found this company on the Good Contractor's List. They were highly rated, and I can see why! I called several companies for quotes and information. Their staff was very friendly and went the extra mile by having a manager answer several questions. Additionally, I feel like the plumber who came out to install my hot water heater was very thorough. Even though my old one was 14 years old and we knew that it had to be replaced before we called, he still made sure that it was the issue before asking if I wanted to install a new one. My husband and I are very pleased by their professional attitudes and presentation, their work, and our overall experience with the company.

This is the second time I've worked with Hawk. The first time was when I was selling my house and the buyer asked for our HVAC to be serviced. Hawk sent someone the next day and they were helpful and quick. When we bought a much older home, we called them again for HVAC and plumbing. They scheduled our appointment based on when we could be at the house, sent both professionals at the same time, and we were lucky to get Junior again for HVAC. They communicated the whole time on issues they found, next steps, and were very thorough. We liked them so well we gave their information to our real estate agent to pass on to other clients. Will continue to use. Very competitively priced.

Hawk does a fantastic job on all of my plumbing and HVAC repairs. I own several rental properties, and Hawk is my go-to for all service work. They're honest, reliable, dependable, attentive, quick to respond and make repairs, and they do good work. I've called them about everything from a dripping faucet to replacing an HVAC system, and they've done a great job each time, and found ways to save me money. I had a scary leak once on a Sunday, and they came out and fixed it within an hour or two. I recommended them to my mother, and now she uses them exclusively, too. So if you need an honest, reliable plumber or HVAC maintenance/repair service, I highly recommend Hawk!

Yesterday I gave these guys a call. Thinking it was going to take a week for them to come out, like most of the other services. Much to my surprise they had an appointment today. Michael was my plumbing technician. He was up front, quick and let me know the second an issue had arisen. It took less than an hour for him to get it squared away. Even though he had to cut into the sheetrock in my garage, he cut it in a way that I'll be able to secure it easily and neatly. The price was VERY reasonable. Even my wife was surprised.

Hawk installed our new furnace and air conditioner a year ago. They were there when they said they would be and the installation team was incredibly polite and conscientious. In addition to the unit, they put in an additional air return that completely solved the problem of one end of the house always being too cold or too hot. I also feel much more confident about the ac unit in the attic since they installed an automatic shut off in case the drain ever ceases to work. All this at a very competitive rate!
Moreover, they left everything immaculate. Everyone I've ever talked to at this company has been extremely customer-focused and responsive. When our thermostat went bad last week they came out the same day, fixed it, and since it was still under warranty, there was no charge for the service call, either. I highly, highly recommend them...and I do so anytime someone is looking for an hvac company.

This company used to be owned by friends and was a great company that did great work. When I moved back to Texas and needed plumbing work, there was no question as to who to call. Unfortunately, things change. In this case, not a good one. 1. They didn't wear masks. 2. They left behind big messes. 3. They weren't very open communication wise. I know nothing about plumbing. When I said my husband would like to talk to them and would they call him, I got brushed off with a oh we get it statement. When I asked questions, I got general statements that didn't really explain anything and didn't fully make sense to me. I felt brushed off so I didn't feel like I could ask more questions so that I could understand. 4. They left the job unfinished. I was asked a question about our remodel and I didn't know the answer. Knowing I didn't know, the answer became whatever got him out the door at 5 pm sharp. That answer left my toilet unsecured for my husband to finish. Considering what we paid, nothing should have been unfinished. 5. Much of what they fixed, was not fixed. I found myself standing in water again in my shower days after the fix. 6. There is a flood in my house that wasn't there before. Coincidence? Hard to believe.... When I did try to bring these things to the attention of someone, nothing was done to correct anything. Hire at your own risk!

We have used Hawk for many years for all our Air conditioning and heating needs. Soon it will be time for a new unit, and they will also be the ones we trust to do the job. From the moment Josh answered the phone after hours I knew I was in good hands. He was very professional and very detailed in explaining what he thought the leak was caused by. Want a plumber you can trust? Listen to my experience! I had what I thought was a significant leak in my home. Potentially a slab leak. I reached out to Hawk to have someone come to home to perform a leak detection service. But, instead I spent time on the phone talking with their Project Leader about the issue and ways to troubleshoot. I had already done some troubleshooting, but the Project Leader suggested one more check of the sprinkler system. I was traveling, so told him I would get to that check on Saturday. He said that if I find a fix to just call back in on Saturday to cancel the Monday appointment. No fee. I ran the sprinkler check and it was the problem. Think about that. A plumber who was willing to help knowing he may not be compensated. That is as honest and trustworthy as you could be in running a service business. Can't say enough good things about this limited engagement. I'll come back to Hawk each time going forward.

During the Texas Feb 2021 deep freeze we had a burst pipe in the wall. They were able to schedule a repair the next day even though the roads were still covered with snow/ice. Also, I was expecting a huge bill due to the emergency nature of the repair, but their pricing was fair and honest when so many others were taking advantage of the high demand due to the deep freeze situation. We used online reviews to choose Hawk for our HVAC servicing. This was our first service for our previously owned home. I'm glad we made the investment as the previous owners did not install the filter correctly and huge amounts of dirt clogged the system and the rest went right into our house. Fernando and Cesar were friendly and helpful. They took me into the attic to show me the issue and why it happened, fixing a minor problem on the spot. They suggested a system cleaning (not ducts). Hawk sent an estimate which we accepted. Fernando and Cesar came out to clean the fan box and fan. They were on time and called prior to arrival. Note: Hawk is military friendly and provides discounts on some services. Thanks Hawk!

We have used Hawk for years for HVAC and plumbing. Their knowledge, professionalism and customer service are beyond compare. They have completed major jobs for us including a master bath remodel with an addition of a steam shower installation. They have also installed our tankless hot water heater and maintained it. They have a low turn over rate for their employees which translates into the same people working on our service needs for years!

Short version - we had foundation issue had company raise slab on west side of house they required a plumber do a hydro-static test on sewer after the lift to verify no leaks. They send a plumber out he is at our property less than an hour says there is a sewer leak. Didn't really like this guy so found company closer & one that specializes in leak detection to do an isolation test. He was at our property about 4 hrs & charged me $500, said leak was in combination under slab in master bathroom. Gave bid for repair. Was not impressed with the bid price so got recommendation from friend - he said use Hawk Plumbing. Zack master plumber came out 1 day & said looked pretty straight forward & he would get a bid - we decided to use them after seeing the bid they started Thurs before Christmas. Zack & helper arrived on time, I left the husband to handle that day. Zack said he would not start jack hammering the slab until he viewed the leak on his camera. He spent hours looking for a leak & did another hydro-static leak test & found NO LEAK. He explained all he was doing to my husband & let my husband watch all so he knew everything was as Zack had said. Hawk charged me less than the supposed leak specialist I had hired to isolate the area. So in my book Hawk Plumbing is an straight forward, honest company. We will call Hawk for any future plumbing issues. Zack, Thanks for helping us solve this stressful issue.

I've been calling Hawk with my A/C and furnace problems for at least 5 years. They've always provided prompt service (you know, those emergency calls!!) and they are very fair with their prices. No pressure for extra work or unnecessary services.

Reached out to Hawk Plumbing due to the high amount of wonderful reviews they had. I have my own business, and needed the assistance of a plumbing company ASAP.
Spoke with a manager 10 days ago, either Josh or Justin I can’t remember his name. We talked about the issue and I knew what was wrong with one of my customers water heater and the manager agreed and came to a solution. We exchanged my info, company’s info and customers info. Because of location he quoted me $92 to go out there. He said he would contact customer that day to set up a time.

I contacted my customer 10 days later figuring the issue had been solved and my office had been billed. My customer was never contacted or any messages left. Called Hawks Office and I believe Aubrey, she was great. She sent be back to same manager, he played stupid and didn’t even take down any of the info I had origins given him. He made things worse with my customer and had no interested in professional courtesy. When I said I’ll find someone else he was happy to just let work go.

I believe this company picks and chooses its work. I was willing to pay whatever it took to get job done but that didn’t concern them. In my opinion I wouldn’t waste your time with an overrated company that probably pays for 5 star reviews. The only one who showed 5 star customer service was the receptionist. Hope this helped..

Hawk is the only company I will ever call for plumbing and Heating/air conditioning services. I have dealt with A#1, Mile Stone Electric, Baker Brothers and by far, Hawk has been the best. Friendly, honest, professional and reasonably priced.

We had a wonderful experience with Hawk! The technician servicing our AC unit was thorough and found some minors repairs that would have been awful to discover is the middle of a Texas summer! To top it all off, he was kind-hearted towards my kids and pets!

My AC died in August, the worst time for that to happen. On a weekend no less! HAWK made it out the next week and the poor guys had to replace my whole system. It was an all day job, but they got it done and I'm happy with the work and they left nothing behind. They were recommended by a family member, and I would recommend them too. Good customer service. 2 years prior my 13 year old system went out, and they brought it back to life and it lasted 2 more years! I guess making it 15 years was an accomplishment!

I called Hawk Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning on Labor Day weekend upon arriving at you lake home and learning our air conditioning had gone out . They promptly had a technician at our home who quickly and thoroughly accessed the situation and repaired the units. The technician was very professional. I will be calling them for all future plumbing heating and air conditioning needs.

A tenant from a rental we have in Fort Worth called me on a very hot Friday afternoon to let me know that the AC unit was leaking, and needed it fixed ASAP. I live out of state so I called called Hawk Plumbing Heating and Air.
The admin staff called our tenant, and made arrangements for a Saturday service. The technician came out as promised, found the problem and fixed it. So our tenants only had one day to suffer with the heat.
The team at Hawk did what they said they would do, and the charge for the Saturday emergency service call was very reasonable.

Hawk Plumbing is my go to place for my plumbing needs. I need my shower P trap and riser replaced. I am an avid DIYer and had removed the concrete and sand to get to the broken P trap (buried three feet below the slab). I consulted with Hawk who provided me with sound advice. I decided to have them replace the P trap and I was glad I did. The P trap and riser were installed perfectly and Mike repositioned the drain to center it in the floor. Great service and very good value for the money. BTW, Mike showed up early within his time window and was very respectful for our home.

Did a hydrostatic test on my house, said I needed a leak locate. Got a second company to come out and do one. Turns out the faucet they tested it at was the leak somehow. Don't know if they were trying to get more money out of me or if they just didn't know either way I'm glad I got a second company to come out.

We were new to Fort Worth and our neighhood in September of 2017. We had a serious water leak at our meter. A family member suggested Hawk Plumbing. On a busy Friday, late in the day, Hawk Plumbing sent out a key team member. Within 10 minutes he had discovered the problem on a port valve. Knowledgeable, courteous, reassuring and honest, one could not have asked for a better welcome to our new home base than this Hawk employee provided.

Hawk was great to work with. We had a couple of problems come up and needed to postpone for a month. Josh was very understanding and worked with us through everything. When we were able to set things up, Hawk put us on the schedule ASAP. Fernando and Lincon are top notch. The replaced both outside compressor units and both heater/airhandlers in the attic. The crew called on the way to our house, and stayed until 8:00 that evening to finish the first day of a 2 day job.
They made sure the air was cold and blowing hard in my 90 year old mothers room. They were very concerned about her comfort. The next day was more of the same. Very curtious and respectful. Fernando and Lincon worked untill everything was right and cooling the house, then explained and answered every question we had.

I'm surprised they are so highly rated.. I hired them based off their high google rating but I would imagine their contractors work off commission. 1st thing he did was recomend a new unit although mine worked fine it was just louder than it should be and had some leaky ducts off the coil.. it was 350$ to change a fan setting on the circuit board with a simple push of a button and tape up some ducting.. and if it wasnt ducting he could easily reach he wasnt doing any digging.

The guys were very personable and professional. They went above and beyond trying to fix my issues. My bathroom is so old and out of date they went out of their way to find old faucet handles for my shower. However, they are no longer made. I will call them back to install a new water heater.

Had a outside faucet that had broken inside the wall so the knob would just spin and not turn the water off. They told me what was wrong and quickly replaced the part. I would use them again and recommend to family.

Pipes froze and Hawk Plumbing arrived within 15 mins to fix them! Michael did a super job, and again when he returned to fix two more frozen pipes. Highly recommended!!
