Donald is very honest - I did not end up needing a plumber for my problem - it was with the tile and shower stall and he helped me determine the problem and figure out what to do about it even though it did not involve a job for him. I will definitely hire him when I need a plumber again. Very courteous and professional.

Called with a water heater issue, within a few hours they were knocking on my door. The problem was fixed in less than a couple of hours. This was 5 years ago and have continued to use this company, just this week again for leak under my sink and a gas leak (my stove) as they are prompt, professional, and prices are always fair. Plumbing services did an amazing job at my house. They repaired a water heater that everybody was saying could not be repaired and I wanted them to replace the water heater but Quality Plumbing fixed it at half the price. Great work!

Was on time. Had 2 outdoor faucets replaced. Was very flexible and patient on the best way to complete the project. Thought out the project before starting. Didn't just jump in to try to complete as fast as possible. He took time to review all options. Very positive attitude.

They were great from top to bottom. Easy to talk to, explained everything thoroughly, quick clean work, and professional. After they finished, it was as if they were never there. Definitely recommend them for any sewer or plumbing needs. He was a great point man.

$150 to come out and tell my wife that our water heater gas line was a little loose. Not only that but in needing to fill up their bucket they over tightened the spray nozzel on my water hose (instead of checking to see if maybe the oring or grommet was missing) apparently tighter is better, in doing so they broke the copper fitting on the end of my garden hose. It's a bummer but ?? at least I guess they tightened the gas line.

Whoever was driving eastbound on I-20 on the morning of 4-4-22 almost caused 2 separate accidents due to reckless driving. If you're going to let them drive a company truck, you may want to get a better insurance policy to cover them!

These plumbers have no consideration for other businesses. They are working on a site next to a pet supply store and the plumbers are parked in the customer only parking that is CLEARLY marked. The pet supply store customers are having to walk with big bags of dog food, down the street because the plumbers are parked in the reserved spots for them. They had to be chased down and asked to move their trucks.

This company operates on a completely dishonest business model. They are incredibly overpriced, won’t give you any sort of estimate up front, AND will charge you $100 whether you choose to accept their bid or not. Avoid.
