In less than 24 hours from calling Desmond and the team at Royal Flush Plumbing fixed and repaired issues with broken, leaking pipes underneath my rental property. He also fixed my hot water heater that was leaking small trace amounts of carbon dioxide. Desmond was very responsive and diagnosed the situation quickly and correctly. Very professional attitude and the price was fair. I'm thankful for the strong recommendation to use Royal Flush and appreciate Desmond and Dustin for treating my property like it was their own. Dustin and Wes are the only plumbers I will ever use again and I recommend asking for them directly. From beginning to end Royal Flush Plumbing was the best plumbing company I have ever worked with. I have posted a picture during the work and then after the work was completed and it looks like no one ever dug a 200ft trench through my yard and driveway, and a 35ft tunnel underneath my house. They were incredibly professional and started the work within days of giving me the estimate (when all other companies were 2+ weeks out).

I recieved 15+ estimates and after speaking with all the different companies Dustin and Wes made me feel like I could trust them more than anyone else. They explained everything in detail and tried to give me the most fair price they could. In the end their price was half of any other estimate I received, I asked what the odds are that price would go up and they said it would Not. Less than 2 weeks later and several unexpected costs the bill stayed the same and the work was done flawlessly. A few years ago, after my foundation was repaired, I called Royal Flush , my repair gentleman, Jessie , gave me a honest quote, years later I need a plumbing company to give me a quote on my hot water heater. I called Royal Flush first due to my first impression, hoping that Jessie was still with the company. He was and he showed up for my appointment. Well, after much deliberation on different options, he spent the entire day here to replace my hot water heater, lots of different repairs with under sink pipes, etc. He worked nonstop. He is very honest , and I will never use any other company! Do not look anywhere else for your plumbing needs.

Dustin was great. He came out and explained everything and showed me visually what needed to be done. We had to have multiple plumbers come out due to a discrepancy that our foundation specialist need to resolve and this by far was the best plumbing company.

I had 2 plumbers out prior to calling Desmond. Neither if these plumbers could find the leak despite a thorough investigation of my home and lawn. I got Desmond's name from my irrigation guy who had other customers who had used Desmond and were very satisfiedwith his work. Long story short, Desmond arrived quickly after my call and within 5 minutes located the leak. His crew arrived the next morning right on time and the water line to my home was fixed within a few hours. They were very professional and efficient. He and Mark were excellent and oversaw the work to make sure it was done right. Their crew carefully removed the sod and replaced it so my lawn wasn't left a mess despite all the trenches and digging. They even watered the sod after replacing it. They cleaned the patio and moved my patio furniture and flower pots back where they were. The job site was clean and neat after they left. Their price was reasonable for all the work required to do this main water line repair. I highly recommend he and Mark for any plumbing. They are honest, reliable and professional. A hard combination to find these days!

We had a hot water line break in a house built in 1972.

Desmond came on the same day I called him and his crew came on Wednesday the following day. Both of his crew were very professional and so nice. They answered my questions in detail when I asked them.

We had 6 hot water lines that had to be replaced and routed into the attic so we would not have any more issues with line breaks because of house settling.
Desmond gave me a fair price for all the work they had to do and some of it was not anticipated.

Desmond responded to my need for a plumber very quickly and efficiently. He unplugged the drain for my air conditioner vent and I’m most appreciative because it was getting really hot in my house. I had water running on my floor beneath my AC unit and he ran the snake through the drain, cleared it out and he followed up by pouring water through the drain. We had a toilet leak after returning home from vacation. Called Royal around 5:30 and Drew arrived around 7. He found the bursted pipe and fixed in no time. After the severe winter storm and being without electricity and water for several days, Desmond squeezed me in the day I called --- in less than two hours and after 5:00 pm.. We had a large leak in the foundation. After meeting with 3 other companies, we decided to go with Desmond and Royal Flush.
Not because he was the cheapest, although they were very competitive. We based it on the professionalism, knowledge and a trust that we felt from them. When I did not understand some of the workings of the plan to fix the leak, Desmond drew a diagram and sent it to me to make sure that I understood. The other plumbers that showed up to assist, Kelvin, and KB were also very respectful, quick and easy to do business with.

If your on the fence, give them a try. Nice people that do what they say and a bit more. They also cleared a slow draining sink and put new handles on our washer and dryer valves, just because. No charge.

After experiencing a pipe burst during this unprecedented winter storm, Desmond was able to quickly fit us into his schedule for an emergency repair. Due to the severe weather, his truck got stuck in the snow a couple of blocks from our home. Instead of turning back around, he walked the hill with his tools to provide service. He was able to find the source of our leak, and quickly repair. I cannot recommend Royal Flush Plumbing enough, and in particular DUSTIN and KRISTI who truly saved the day when I had almost given up hope. I had an occult yet massive leak at my house that several plumbers could not find over the course of 10 months. The last 2 plumbers recommended re-piping the house to bypass the yet-unfound leak. Royal Flush Plumbing initially recommended that as well, but Dustin kept searching for the leak, even on the morning he came to start the re-piping. He studied the layout of the house and the path of the pipes in our pier and beam structure, and he figured out that there was a pipe going under our back deck which must have been connected to a sink several renovations ago (there is no active plumbing there that we can see or that was present when we bought the house). He capped the line, and the leak that was wasting >40,000gal water/mo all of a sudden stopped. I am so grateful to him for his dedication, perseverance and ability to think outside the box so that he prevailed where 9 other skilled plumbing companies had previously failed (and saved me $6000 in the process!). The entire team is to be commended. They are hard working, honest, and truly care about helping you out with your plumbing problems. Kristi, the office manager, ALWAYS returned my phone calls in a timely fashion. They were so busy after last week's storms, but they never forgot about us, and promised us they would find the leak. Royal Flush Plumbing has my business for life.

Royal Flush has handled our plumbing needs for over 7 years, in 2 different houses. They have fixed a slab leak, toilets, and multiple drain issues.
If you have a line clogged they have cameras and other equipment to be able to detect the blockage.

Desmond Koontz was a God send!! During the recent ice and snow storms here in Dallas, I spent 2 days without water because of a cracked pipe in my sprinkler system. Highly recommend!... I had a leak behind my washer and the 1st plumbing company that came out didn't even run the washer to see where the leak was coming from. They just immediately figured they'd have to cut through the wall before diagnosing the issue, literally didn't give any inclination on what they thought the problem could be shady business in my opinion. As a single female, when you have Plumbing problems you feel your heart sink to the pit of your stomach. I asked a coworker for a plumber I could count on and she referred me to Royal Flush Plumbing. I have used them twice, and both times Dustin came out. In November for a water heater replacement, and a second time this month (April) for a water leak. Both times he was at our property within an hour of calling the main office line, and quick and professional on-site. Prices are fair, and he takes in to account the amount of effort to fix it when he provides his quote. For example, he discounted us the water heater install because I had done the tear out of the old water heater and prep. After the install/repair is done, he double/triple checks the work to make sure the issue is fully addressed.

Our pipes were clogged causing water from our kitchen, laundry room, and bathroom to back up into the tub. I called in the evening and they scheduled a tech first thing the next morning. I got the curtesy call that Drew was on his way right around when I was expecting it. Drew did great work; was fast, efficient and gave me great advice on how to keep the pipes clog free in my old, pier and beam house. This is the first time we've used a plumber without a home warranty so I don't know how they rate in terms of cost compared to other companies, but I can tell you it was much less than we were expecting and I feel money well spent! This was amazing experience in the midst of such a stressful home improvement project. The team was absolutely professional! I had questions the whole slab leak procedure was answered. On a scale of 1 to 5, this company gets a 10. When no one else could get there or get the job done this company did. The owner took my call at 10pm, listened to my long story about the pool contractor that ripped my sewer line out while doing a 2 foot dig for a pool. He was there first thing in the morning at 9am and done by 4pm. They rerouted my entire line, fixed several things that they didn't even have to and provided excellent service throughout. We have used royal flush several times and had a good experience. Today was a different story. I received a phone call at 2:52 it was Cecil letting me know the tech was 5 to 10 away. My husband waited at the property for 30 minutes then decided to leave. 10 minutes later he gets a call that the tech has arrived. My husband let him know he had already waited 30 min and left but would turn around and would be there in about 10 minutes. Cecil did not hang up the phone and proceeded to talk to the tech. He started using profanity describing the wait time my husband just told him he had waited. Called my husband a MF serval times. My husband then confronted him over the phone letting Cecil know he heard every word. Cecil then denied saying he was not talking about him. Cecil was very rude and unprofessional and we will not use them ever again.

If I can give no stars I would.The worst experience ever. I have a home warranty and my faucet handle broke off. I explained the situation to Royal flush before they came out and they told me it was covered. They first off never came to the original appointment. Do I had to call back and find out what happened. They did not know.
So the day comes when they send the plumber out. They sent this white fat guy that could care less about anything in life. He was rude and very unprofessional and he lacked empathy. He came in I told him what was wrong and he did not even take 30 seconds and said it's not covered. He then took his pen and started writing a bill for me. You can't imagine the frustration I felt. I refused to pay them because they told me they would replace the faucet and they didn't. I asked this question several times before they came out.This company is unethical and lives to rip off good people. My next complain is going to the BBB.

Told us we needed a new toilet but since it was a wall mount it would be over $600. We paid, they installed and the toilet would not work after the first flush, unless you left it for about two hours in between flashes. So we called them back out they determined we needed to replace the pipe underneath the house, they wanted $12,000, we paid half and we were going to pay the other half after the work was done. They said it would take five days. It has been three weeks. We have a huge hole in our side yard, which is a hazard. I would avoid doing business with this company if at all possible. They attempted to collect on a pretty large repair bill that I paid in full over two years ago. Fortunately, I still had the credit card receipt in my files, but I'm pretty sure they would have sent the bill to collections if I have not been able to produce the receipt. Pretty shoddy administration work if you ask me. Either that, or they just wanted to charge me twice for the same job.

I had someone come out and fix my toilet, after my niece flushed some q-tips, he was a very nice man and seemed to unclog the toilet. I had asked him if he saw any of the q-tips come out and he said no, they probably just got cut up and went down the pipes after augering and flushing the toilet. Fast forward to 4 days later and the toilet is clogged again (keep in mind it's a bathroom we don't use too often). They said they could send the same man out and i would have to pay full price to have it unclogged again. I find it appalling that if a problem is only fixed temporarily and not solved that they would make you cover full cost for them to come back and fix the problem.

I have used RFP before and have been very happy...unfortunately this last time I was not. For a week day non-emergency pea-trap leak that took 1 hour...I was charged $350 dollars. When I questioned why so much, RF told me they charge me $250 an hour & $100 for PVC parts. This is excessive and I would not recommend them to anyone else.

I had RF out twice to do two different jobs, and if I have a plumbing need in the future, I will call them again. They are on time, professional, polite, and they do the job right the first time. Superior service!

Brandon came out to take a look at a seperated pipe under our laundry room. He didn't try to up-charge us or pull a fast once once he had the job underway. He was true to his price despite all the hard work it took. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone!

Good and bad.... They showed up when they said they would. They did the work as agreed and cleared the line. We paid as agreed. Now the issue... warranty. They say there's a warranty, but there's not really. There will always be some reason or something they find that will not be covered under the warranty. Yes, they get the job done even when others don't seem to be able to do so. Yes, they showed up when agreed. Just don't ever count on a warranty for clogged lines.

Do not use this company..unless you like wasting money. Tried to charge a ridiculous amount of money for cleaning my drains but it was still clogged. He spoke to my family about inappropriate things and made us feel uncomfortable. I wish I could remember his name.
