John with Hawkeye was very knowledgeable and did a great job answering my questions. The cost of the job did not break the bank. From scheduling to the finishing of the job went very smoothly and we will definitely keep them in mind for next time.
Hawkeye Plumbing and John did a great job repairing my old shower faucets. He was friendly, professional and completed quickly! Definitely recommend to anyone with plumbing issues.

Lots of issues here with the quality of this company. Showed up late, I received an invoice 30 days after the service telling me all the things that were wrong... and then stating there is a $45 late fee for not paying within 30 days. The plumber never fixed what he was asked to do. I got no communication on the repairs at all until I got the invoice. They said they had to get rid of that plumber. They have $12.50 fee for fuel charge. They charge 3.5% for using a credit card. Charge a $1 city tax fee? Then on top of that the plumber sat in the driveway and charge an extra 7 minutes to type up notes which equated to round up the fees to 1.25 hours instead of 1, an extra $38.50. Instead of making it right they argue with you over email. Not using this company ever again.

Hawkeye was able to get someone out to fix our garbage disposal the same afternoon I called. Travis was wonderful and knowledgeable. Would recommend and will use again if needed!

Thank you John and Shelby for coming to the rescue again! Our first experience with Hawkeye Plumbing was in January, when Atmos made us aware of multiple gas leaks. Hawkeye responded quickly and got the issue resolved safely and professionally. This time, we had a leak caused by a previous repair by another company. Once again, the issue was handled well. We definitely have Hawkeye Plumbing on our contact list!
They unclog the sewer line, and removed old wax ring, and reseal the toilet. Great job! Very Professional!

We used Hawkeye for complete sewer line replacement in our house a few months ago, and they save the thousands of dollars then, this repair was on a rental property and the renter had gotten a quote for $3000 worth of repair work. Hawkeye has fix the problem for $260. I could not recommend them more as a service that wants to earn lifelong customers

They are after your money. They charged me twice ($700+) for one job. Said the job was done the first time but when I called them back and told them that it was not fixed, they scheduled another visit but after few days( to cross over the 7 days free repair if unsatisfied) The second time the job was done right but charged me full price again for it. Just horrible. Ended up paying $700 plus for something that would have cost me just around 250-300. I am always in need of plumbing repair on my business but these guys aren’t getting my money anymore.

Called the office at 1:25 for an outside faucet leak. Kevin showed up at 3:00 and did a great job. Where else you going to call a plumber and they show up in an hour and a half. Super fast.
Fire place was not working and Hawkeye Plumbing came in and took care of the job and very kind Man that worked for them had all the knowledge to take care of the issue.

We were caught with short notice on a faulty water heater . We had several items that were out of the garage but could not stay out over night . We called several companies. Some said 2 weeks others a week and so on . I was turned on to the number of Hawkeye . We talked to the receptionist/service writer . Just when I felt I was going to have a long afternoon besides how bad my day had already been , one of the plumbers called me and was able to meet at our home in a short time . He had good experience in addition to another experienced plumber to team up on this no notice project . They even went and picked up the new water heater , had it installed quickly and a professional job ,they also treated me fair on price . Im certain you can't always get someone that quick but these guys really got me out of a pinch . They done all work and before dark I was able to get garage reloaded and completely back together . I can't say enough good about this company , and honestly the only way I will ever call anyone else to help me on plumbing in the future is if Hawkeye can't be available . Thanks for a great job and have already recommended several to the company
Great company! We needed outdoor faucets replaced and a main line shut off valve installed. They got both done in one morning, were extremely friendly and courteous. We are now drip free just in time for the colder temps! We will be using them again for future needs!

I had the unfortunate situation of having a gas leak. The gas company required that I have a plumber out, on-site, when they came to inspect the issue. I called a few plumbing companies and was not having any luck finding anyone immediately available. Luckily, Hawkeye Plumbing was able to promptly come out. They were able to quickly find and resolve the issue causing the gas leak. They were very courteous and professional. And ensured everything was all taken care of before they left (putting the stove back in place, re-lighting the hot water heater pilot light). I would definitely utilize them again. And gladly recommend them.

Zee came out and diagnosed what was wrong with my sewer line. He let me see the video feed and explained what I was seeing. He let me know my options and was very straightforward. His charge to clear the clog and identify the problem was a lot cheaper than other plumbers.

We would 100% recommend Hawkeye Plumbing. The plumber, Linzee Tirey (Zee), was very punctual, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job replacing our water heater. He even took the time to show us where the water was leaking on the old unit, and explained why the issue most likely occurred.
Don’t waste your time calling other plumbing companies, just call Hawkeye Plumbing.
Thomas and his crew at Hawkeye always do a great job for me. I've had them to the house several times to unclog drains, repair and re-install kitchen sink drains, and once to install a new water heater. Thomas is rarely unavailable, and can normally fit me in his schedule within 24 hours. He is my go-to plumber in Fort Worth.

I used this company to install a dishwasher. I did not purchase the correct hoses for installation, but they had the parts I needed to make it work. Their installation was neat, clean, efficient, and very reasonably priced. I wish I had used them for other projects, and I would definitely use them again.
We had an after hours emergency that potentially could have shut our operations down temporarily. I called Hawkeye at 5:40pm and by 6:30pm a technician was on site working to correct our problem. Work was completely timely, thoroughly and priced accordingly.

Thomas Frantz and Matt Jensen came to find a gas leak, they were very thorough and found 4 leaks. They repaired them quickly and tracked down the Atmos Energy guy so he could turn the gas back on.
We are going to use Hawkeye Plumbing for all our needs from now on!

I've hired Hawkeye Plumbing twice and both times they were quick to respond and the crews were knowledgeable and professional. Hopefully I don't have a need for emergency plumbing repairs in the future, but if I do, I'll be calling Hawkeye Plumbing.
Currently, in my neighborhood, there is a subcontractor (I do not know the name) that is installing fiber optics on behalf of ATT. For the 2nd time within 02 weeks, our indoor plumbing backed up, causing damage to the interior of our home. We called Hawkeye Plumbing to investigate why we were having this issue. Thanks to Hawkeye Plumbing, it was determined that ATT's subcontractor bored right thru our main sewer line. The subcontractor dug up the area, and as Hawkeye Plumbing had identified, the subcontractor did in fact bore thru our main water sewer. Thanks to Hawkeye Plumbing, the main sewer line is repaired. Now if ATT would do the right thing and reimburse us for the repair and damage to the interior of our home. I have reached out to ATT, and supposedly ATT will contact us. Should I hold my breathe? Thanks a million Hawkeye Plumbing.

Found leak at copper cold water supply to tub valve. Found several questionable coupling joints so replaced all those with pex solution.
They arrived when they said they would and efficiently installed the new kitchen faucet. They were very professional and I highly recommend.
We had some roots in our main drain line that caused a back up into the house. Hawkeye helped locate the problem and replace the affected pipe. They are honest, fair and have excellent customer service!
Thomas and his team are fantastic. I've used them on multiple occasions at my home and their service has always been top notch. Consider this my highest recommendation. Thanks for the great service!

Lit my water heater up took less than 45 seconds and charged a widow over 100 plus dollars for less than a two minute job!
I first met Hawkeye Plumbing through my rental property management company. I have since used Hawkeye for several years now and have referred them many of my friends. I feel that their prices are fair and all their employees arrive/present themselves in a professional manner. They have fixed or repaired an array of plumbing issues at my home over the years, but this last time it was find a leak (that is why I selected only fix or repair leak for this review).
Technicians very kind as well as professional. Even though my problem was beyond their capabilities, they were honest, told me who I needed to contact, and only charged me the basic service call fee and not the additional hour that they worked.

If anyone needs a plumber I can't recommend this company enough! They were able to send someone out to my parents house today. My poor mom is dealing with a lot and today she had water all over her front walkway and in the flowerbeds. With the freeze she was worried it was a broken pipe. The man that came out was so nice and honest. Honestly, we are sad we didn't know about this company sooner. The kindness and professionalism that they showed was amazing! We will be having them back to fix other things when the temperature is a warmer. 100% support small business and please use this company! You will not be disappointed!
