Always call Kathlyn. She's the best. She's helped with a garbage disposal blockage and a water line break that flooded three yards-on a holiday. She's the best price and the best work.
I called this business this morning and by 11:45 the men had completed clearing a stopped up toilet. The young men, Jacob & Eric, were extremely courteous and fun to have in our home. My Mom and I called HEB plumbing twice over the last week and they never showed up or called. Very poor customer service. They had the wrong number so they said the first time and the second time they had the wrong day for the second appointment. UNPROFESSIONAL. At this rate a lot of business will be lost due to poor customer service and the lack of professionalism.
Very friendly and professional, both the owner and the technicians, was able to get my broken toilet flange replaced, genuinly couldn't recommend enough.

WOW. What a wonder job you guys did for me. I've called 3 other companies and see if they can come out and service the leaking sprinkler system and they all said not till Thursday or Friday and in the mean time my system was leaking non stop for 2 days. Even though you guys are booked and somehow you scheduled me in and have your A team came out and fix the issues and then some! This is the 3rd time that I've used your services and you guys came through AGAIN! No more calling around for me....

This company does not stand behind their work. I had a slab leak caused by poor workmanship from their previous repair. Owner refused to cover or repair their work, which was looked at by another plumber and stated that work was done incorrectly and was very poor workmanship. Owner did not even follow-up with second plumber to address issue and chose to ignore their opinion.

This was my first time using HEB Plumbing an Sprinkler, but it will now be my last! Kathlyn made every effort to get me scheduled and when circumstances didn’t allow it she even called another plumbing service to get me scheduled. What great customer service!!! I chose to wait for HEB and when Kathlyn called to let me know the plumbers were on their way it only took a few minutes for them to arrive. Eric and Jacob were friendly and professional and got right to work and took care of the problem in no time at all. This is an A1 company with wonderful customer service and I will certainly be using them in the future!

I strongly recommend HEB plumbing. We had a plumbing issue as soon as we moved into our new home. We decided to call Kathy's team. She was great with communicating and giving a heads-up. Eric from her team arrived promptly and resolved the issue in a very fast & effective way. He completed the job, double checked everything & cleaned up as well. He explained the billing, gave me a business card, a magnet and thanked me for giving them a try. Their prices are very reasonable! I would strongly recommend them to anyone trying to resolve plumbing issues and I will not hesitate to use their services again in the future. Kathy and her team deserve 10 stars!
Amazing experience with Kathlyn and her team. I called them due to a toilet leak at the base. It was due to the 22 year old deteriorated wax ring. (which was gross). :-) I received excellent value for the installation of a new toilet and wax ring. Eric (plumber) and Kathlyn (Master plumber) were very knowledgeable and patient with ALL my questions. I highly recommend HEB Plumbing and Sprinkler. I LOVE this company- the work was done expertly. They arrived on time, explained everything in detail to me and completed the work as promised. Since I was a new customer- Kathlyn came personally to introduce herself to me and to check in with her technician. Awesome customer service. Had a plumbing emergency today. It couldn't have happened at a worse time, as we were on our way to vacation. I called up HEB Plumbing & Sprinkler -Kathlyn Smith based on all their 5-star reviews and they were at my house within an hour. They fixed all my issues. They also gave me a first time customer discount and let me know some future steps to take if it happens again. They didn't try to oversell me on issues. They took care of my plumbing issue and now I can go on vacation and not come home to no bathrooms or showers! Thank you Kathlyn and team! Having a house build in 1968 requires a good plumber---you guys (gals) are my new go-to!!
Update: Writing another review a year later. More 5 stars please! Had another plumbing issue and Kathlyn's team was here right on time and fixed the issue promptly. A Plumbing issue is not how I wanted to start my Monday but they took great care of the issue in no time. Once again, HEB Plumbing & Sprinkler to the rescue!!

I am very upset and disappointed with HEB Plumbing. When I made the appointment and discussed our issue- Kathryn said they would use a camera to diagnose. She never mentioned the cost which was $500. I was taken back and the work estimate was off the top of her mind at $6800. We had similar work done before on the other side of our house for 5x less. We called another plumber who will be doing the work for way less than her $6800. This company should be embarrassed to take my $500 when I told them the exact issue we had and what we needed to do. I feel like I just bought their Christmas presents today.
HEB Plumbing came in 1 hour to fix my stopped up sink. That's fast. They finished within 1 hour and the price was very reasonable. This is the second time I have used them. The first time was to fix a clogged drain in my washer dryer room. They came in from the drain outside and fixed it very quickly. I was pleased with their speedy clean work and the bill was surprisingly less than expected. This Company is owned by a sweet woman Kathlyn Smith whose family has worked for me for 30 years. The Smith family are great plumbers. TriCity Plumbing, owned by Ken and Debbie Smith remodeled my new bathroom last year. I will use only The Smith Family to do my repairs. HEB Plumbing review
This was my 2nd time using HEB Plumbing (The first time was for a separate issue). Both times were good experiences.
On Thursday night (3/18), I noticed my water heater was leaking. On Fri, I called 4 different companies - 2 did not answer, 1 was booked until next Wednesday. When I spoke to Kathlyn, she realized the urgency of my issue (lack of hot water) and was able to send someone out 1st thing Sat morning.
2 gentlemen arrived Saturday AM (on time). They tried to repair my water heater, but unfortunately it had to be replaced. They were very honest & gave me several options: the cheapest being buying my own water heater at Home Depot and having them install it.
By noon I had hot water! Kathlyn called me later that day to schedule my inspection with the city. I told her my only (minor) complaint was them reusing my T&P off my old water heater. Once I explained my concern to Kathlyn she had someone come out to make things right.
Overall, I was very pleased with HEB Plumbing and would definitely use them again in the future. They are very fair, quick to respond and Kathlyn is very dedicated to make sure you are a happy customer.
I never write reviews, but this company is great! Eric and his partners come out and fix everything for me whether it be a leaky shower, upgrading my kitchen faucet, or repairing my sprinkler system. Kathlyn has also saved me money by talking me through ways I can fix certain problems. They’re always on-time, helpful, and reasonable.

Great service! My sprinkler valve had broken and I called HEB Plumbing & Sprinkler and was able to get service right away. I scheduled the service during my lunch hour. They were considerate enough to send two guys out to get the job done for me since I was leaving work to meet them. They were done in less than 1 hour and I was able to return back to work on time. Thank you HEB for your awesome service. Oh and the cost was very reasonable! Moving forward, they will be my sprinkler service.

This is a great company to deal with all around. Fantastic people to deal with, who care about job quality and customer service. Kathlyn, the owner and a master plumber, will answer the phone and set things up. She also came by to meet me and check to see how everything was going. Nick did a great job and cleaned up after he was done. He also explained what needed to be done along the way. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again and pass their information on to others.
The team at HEB plumbing is top notch professional from the owner to the technicians. I've had them out a couple times in the last year to find and fix a leak and to replace a water heater. They explain the whole process and are happy to answer any questions I have along the way. All of the employees love working there, which tells you a lot about a company. The owner has been a fixture in the mid-cities area her entire life, so I know I can trust them to do outstanding work at a fair price.

Plumbers were punctual and professional. The problem was identified and repaired in a timely fashion. The owner, Kathlyn Smith stopped by and introduced herself. She was very knowledgeable of the problem and steps for the repair. The personal service gave me added confidence in the company. The repairs were explained in detail and the fees were reasonable. Kathlyn at HEB Plumbing gave us a bid on Wednesday and came out and replaced our aging water heater the following Tuesday. Her and her team are very professional and always follow through with what they say they are going to do, with no excuses. I recommend them without reservation.
Eric was great! Have used HEB Plumbing on several occasions and have been so pleased. Eric was very organized and knew what he was doing. Thanks for the awesome job. Since I lease, I don't pay the bill, but I am sure they are reasonable or my landlord would not use them! LOL

I can't recommend Kathlyn and crew enough. They did a major sewer replacement for me and everything from scheduling to completion was professional, considerate and fairly priced. Her crew is the nicest bunch of guys who were happy to answer all my questions while I fretted over the entire process.
Kathlyn Smith, Master Plumber went above and beyond in taking the time to review an inspection report on an older home with a short tight option period. She even gave me an estimated ballpark of repair items needed and shared extensive knowledge that I am grateful for. All of this during a hectic time when she had more than her share of work scheduled and backed up. Thank you Kathlyn, appreciate you!! Don't hesitate to try HEB Plumbing, she knows her stuff!
I have called Kathlyn for help with plumbing emergencies on two occasions in the last 3 years. On both occasions she picked up her phone right away and spent several minutes of her time coaching me on how to fix the issues myself! She encouraged me to try fixing things I didn’t think I was cable if fixing, patiently walked me through the process, and didn’t charge a penny. I’ve never had such an overwhelming positive experience with a trade professional. She knows her stuff inside and out, is honest, kind, and efficient. I needed a leaking outdoor faucet repaired and they came over and did a quick and great job. Very fair in pricing and they followed up a few days later to make sure everything was working fine. They were very careful and took plenty of precaution while soldering the pipe around the insulation. Highly recommend.

I appreciated the promptness, friendliness and fair pricing of H.E.B Plumbing. Chris and Eric arrived earlier than promised and explained what they were doing. They did extra work and didn't charge me extra. Chris was honest and polite. I liked that the owner Kathlyn answered the phone personally. Recommended and will use again if needed!

I highly recommend HEB plumbing! I recently called about our shower. Over the last year, several little issues with our shower developed. Kathryn was very patient as I explained each one the best I could and she knew exactly what I was trying to say. Nick came out and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He replaced the shower valve, spout, drain plug and shower head and did an amazing job! We are so happy with our new shower and so thankful we found HEB Plumbing.
Great service. On time and very informative. We were offered 2 options for repairing my underground sprinkler system with pros and cons for both. They weren't pushy at all. The guys were friendly and went straight to work. When finished, they even had us check the sprinklers to ensure it was fixed! The only way you would know they were here was that our sprinklers work now - no mess left at all and the ground was put back just like it was before. I highly recommend them!

This was my third sprinkler company in 5 months and by far the best. (The only one I was satisfied with). Steve and his partner were absolutely wonderful! Kathryn on the phone was also wonderful! Steve noticed a leak under my patio pavers (none of the other companies had) and pulled the pavers and repaired. Fortunately the pavers came up very easily. The team also adjusted and fixed a few heads and rotors. Steve walked me though each zone explaining each repair. Extremely polite and professional. We will be using HEB for all our plumbing and sprinkler work from now on.
Highly recommend. Immediately called me back when I left a message. They were Professional, thorough, arrived on time and corrected my totally blocked sewer line for the entire residence. Very fair priced.

I contacted Kathlyn on Monday and the job was done by Tuesday. Nick was neat and organized and cleaned up after himself. I had two outside faucets replaced and Nick did it without removing any bricks! The owner, Katelyn, even stopped by during the job in case I had any questions or Nick needed any parts. What A well oiled machine HEB plumbing and sprinkler is. Don't settle for any imitation plumbing company, ask for Karhlyn when making your appointment.
Was able to fit us in early in the day on short notice. Professional, on time as promised. Work completed on a busted sprinkler line and everything put back the way it was. Eric provided good advice to leave sprinkler line shut off since it's cold and the glue needs to set and takes longer. Very courteous workers. Thanks for the fix! Would definitely use them again.

Called yesterday afternoon for a clogged sink and Steve and Nick came out today and solved my issue quickly. They even took care of two clogged drains in my master bathroom. Great service and responsiveness. Arrived at the house to fix a leak about half an hour after initial call. The repair team had al the needed parts and completed the work quickly. They were very courteous and professional as was the owner who took our initial call. Very highly recommended!
First off I didn't have any work done so this speaks to their customer service. I called for a quote and she was very up front about what they do and the reasons for it. Quotes a ball park price so I can have a good idea moving forward. Based on her customer service over the phone I would call again for my needs.

I installed a new faucet but the cutoff valve didn't work. They installed a new one and it still didn't work quite right. They came back out at no charge but come to find out it was the new faucet that needed to be exchanged. Everything works fine now. I would definitely use them again.
HEB Plumbing came to my rescue when my water heater failed and dumped water in my garage. The prompt and friendly technicians took care of the job quickly replacing the water heater. The owner Kathryn came out to ensure that everything was explained. I'm quite pleased with thier work
Heard of Kathryn and HEB Plumbing & Sprinkler from some other Hometown residents. Called Kathryn to repair a broken sprinkler head and make sure the rest of sprinkler system was operating efficiently. Very professional and thorough. She performed other modifications to improve sprinkler coverage in areas I was unaware of. Before leaving did a complete yard walk with sprinklers on making sure I was satisfied and nothing was missed. Very happy with the service and will use her again for any sprinkler or plumbing need.
The plumber was on time, courteous and upbeat, and competent. He fixed two problems during his service call. One of the problems another plumber had told us would be costly but this plumber fixed it quickly and with parts that only cost a few dollars. He also spoke highly of his boss, which is a credit to the management.
They were able to come out on Saturday morning to fix a leak two other companies advised they couldn't fix. Chris and Eric provided details of the issue and fixed it right away. Kathryn provided awesome customer service over the phone.These guys can definitely be trusted and I will use them again.thank you!
I called Kathlyn Smith at 1:30 PM with a leaking valve in my wall. Within 45 minutes her guys arrived to install a new valve and completed it quickly and were reasonable. I called 15 other plumbers..some didn't bother to call back
We were given a window of 11-2 and they were here about 1130 with booties on their feet. They were quick to fix a problem we had tried to fix ourselves for quite some time. They explained what the problem was and how they fixed it. This company was referred to us by a friend and I can safely say they will be our plumbers from now on. Thanks a bunch!

The plumbers were able to come same day and work on my leaky faucets. They were experienced and resourceful and fixed the leaks. The price seemed high for the work but maybe that’s just the Dallas plumbing market.
We have used them several times, and all of their techs are courteous and professional. Kathlyn is sensitive to my disabilities and uncommonly thoughtful. Truly, a six star operation.

We had a major water line break on a Sunday morning. Called HEB PLUMBING AND SPRINKLERS. They came right out and worked almost 5 hours in 100 degree heat. They dug up our yard and repaired the leak. They replaced the sod and cleaned up so you would not know they were here. They were very professional and courteous. They did not charge overtime for a Sunday call. My wife and I were very pleased with this company.

Tried to work with owner again, she said you gave me a bad review, yes because no one answered the phone and the mailbox was always full. She said I was mistaken. I was NOT. Rude and unprofessional. Would suggest you use a more professional plumber that actually has a working phone!
They were knowledgeable and courteous in each interaction from the initial call to service experience. They arrived at the agreed time and was affordable. Would definitely recommend using this company.

My Mom and I called HEB plumbing twice over the last week and they never showed up or called. Very poor customer service. They had the wrong number so they said the first time and the second time they had the wrong day for the second appointment. UNPROFESSIONAL. At this rate a lot of business will be lost due to poor customer service and the lack of professionalism.
Very friendly and professional, both the owner and the technicians, was able to get my broken toilet flange replaced, genuinly couldn't recommend enough.

WOW. What a wonder job you guys did for me. I've called 3 other companies and see if they can come out and service the leaking sprinkler system and they all said not till Thursday or Friday and in the mean time my system was leaking non stop for 2 days. Even though you guys are booked and somehow you scheduled me in and have your A team came out and fix the issues and then some! This is the 3rd time that I've used your services and you guys came through AGAIN! No more calling around for me....

This company does not stand behind their work. I had a slab leak caused by poor workmanship from their previous repair. Owner refused to cover or repair their work, which was looked at by another plumber and stated that work was done incorrectly and was very poor workmanship. Owner did not even follow-up with second plumber to address issue and chose to ignore their opinion.

This was my first time using HEB Plumbing an Sprinkler, but it will now be my last! Kathlyn made every effort to get me scheduled and when circumstances didn’t allow it she even called another plumbing service to get me scheduled. What great customer service!!! I chose to wait for HEB and when Kathlyn called to let me know the plumbers were on their way it only took a few minutes for them to arrive. Eric and Jacob were friendly and professional and got right to work and took care of the problem in no time at all. This is an A1 company with wonderful customer service and I will certainly be using them in the future!

I strongly recommend HEB plumbing. We had a plumbing issue as soon as we moved into our new home. We decided to call Kathy's team. She was great with communicating and giving a heads-up. Eric from her team arrived promptly and resolved the issue in a very fast & effective way. He completed the job, double checked everything & cleaned up as well. He explained the billing, gave me a business card, a magnet and thanked me for giving them a try. Their prices are very reasonable! I would strongly recommend them to anyone trying to resolve plumbing issues and I will not hesitate to use their services again in the future. Kathy and her team deserve 10 stars!
Amazing experience with Kathlyn and her team. I called them due to a toilet leak at the base. It was due to the 22 year old deteriorated wax ring. (which was gross). :-) I received excellent value for the installation of a new toilet and wax ring. Had a plumbing emergency today. It couldn't have happened at a worse time, as we were on our way to vacation. I called up HEB Plumbing & Sprinkler -Kathlyn Smith based on all their 5-star reviews and they were at my house within an hour. They fixed all my issues. They also gave me a first time customer discount and let me know some future steps to take if it happens again. They didn't try to oversell me on issues. They took care of my plumbing issue and now I can go on vacation and not come home to no bathrooms or showers! Thank you Kathlyn and team! Having a house build in 1968 requires a good plumber---you guys (gals) are my new go-to!!
Update: Writing another review a year later. More 5 stars please! Had another plumbing issue and Kathlyn's team was here right on time and fixed the issue promptly. I am very upset and disappointed with HEB Plumbing. When I made the appointment and discussed our issue- Kathryn said they would use a camera to diagnose. She never mentioned the cost which was $500. I was taken back and the work estimate was off the top of her mind at $6800. We had similar work done before on the other side of our house for 5x less. We called another plumber who will be doing the work for way less than her $6800. This company should be embarrassed to take my $500 when I told them the exact issue we had and what we needed to do. I feel like I just bought their Christmas presents today.
HEB Plumbing came in 1 hour to fix my stopped up sink. That's fast. They finished within 1 hour and the price was very reasonable. This is the second time I have used them. The first time was to fix a clogged drain in my washer dryer room. They came in from the drain outside and fixed it very quickly. I was pleased with their speedy clean work and the bill was surprisingly less than expected. This Company is owned by a sweet woman Kathlyn Smith whose family has worked for me for 30 years. The Smith family are great plumbers. TriCity Plumbing, owned by Ken and Debbie Smith remodeled my new bathroom last year. I will use only The Smith Family to do my repairs. HEB Plumbing review
This was my 2nd time using HEB Plumbing (The first time was for a separate issue). Both times were good experiences.
On Thursday night (3/18), I noticed my water heater was leaking. On Fri, I called 4 different companies - 2 did not answer, 1 was booked until next Wednesday. When I spoke to Kathlyn, she realized the urgency of my issue (lack of hot water) and was able to send someone out 1st thing Sat morning.
2 gentlemen arrived Saturday AM (on time). They tried to repair my water heater, but unfortunately it had to be replaced. They were very honest & gave me several options: the cheapest being buying my own water heater at Home Depot and having them install it.
By noon I had hot water! Kathlyn called me later that day to schedule my inspection with the city. I told her my only (minor) complaint was them reusing my T&P off my old water heater. Once I explained my concern to Kathlyn she had someone come out to make things right.
Overall, I was very pleased with HEB Plumbing and would definitely use them again in the future. They are very fair, quick to respond and Kathlyn is very dedicated to make sure you are a happy customer.
I never write reviews, but this company is great! Eric and his partners come out and fix everything for me whether it be a leaky shower, upgrading my kitchen faucet, or repairing my sprinkler system. Kathlyn has also saved me money by talking me through ways I can fix certain problems. They’re always on-time, helpful, and reasonable.

Great service! My sprinkler valve had broken and I called HEB Plumbing & Sprinkler and was able to get service right away. I scheduled the service during my lunch hour. They were considerate enough to send two guys out to get the job done for me since I was leaving work to meet them. They were done in less than 1 hour and I was able to return back to work on time. Thank you HEB for your awesome service. Oh and the cost was very reasonable! Moving forward, they will be my sprinkler service.

This is a great company to deal with all around. Fantastic people to deal with, who care about job quality and customer service. Kathlyn, the owner and a master plumber, will answer the phone and set things up. She also came by to meet me and check to see how everything was going. Nick did a great job and cleaned up after he was done. He also explained what needed to be done along the way. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again and pass their information on to others.
The team at HEB plumbing is top notch professional from the owner to the technicians. I've had them out a couple times in the last year to find and fix a leak and to replace a water heater. They explain the whole process and are happy to answer any questions I have along the way. All of the employees love working there, which tells you a lot about a company. The owner has been a fixture in the mid-cities area her entire life, so I know I can trust them to do outstanding work at a fair price.

Kathlyn at HEB Plumbing gave us a bid on Wednesday and came out and replaced our aging water heater the following Tuesday. Her and her team are very professional and always follow through with what they say they are going to do, with no excuses. I recommend them without reservation.

I can't recommend Kathlyn and crew enough. They did a major sewer replacement for me and everything from scheduling to completion was professional, considerate and fairly priced. Her crew is the nicest bunch of guys who were happy to answer all my questions while I fretted over the entire process.

I needed a leaking outdoor faucet repaired and they came over and did a quick and great job. Very fair in pricing and they followed up a few days later to make sure everything was working fine. I highly recommend HEB plumbing! I recently called about our shower. Over the last year, several little issues with our shower developed. Kathryn was very patient as I explained each one the best I could and she knew exactly what I was trying to say. Nick came out and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He replaced the shower valve, spout, drain plug and shower head and did an amazing job! We are so happy with our new shower and so thankful we found HEB Plumbing.
Great service. On time and very informative. We were offered 2 options for repairing my underground sprinkler system with pros and cons for both. They weren't pushy at all. The guys were friendly and went straight to work. When finished, they even had us check the sprinklers to ensure it was fixed! The only way you would know they were here was that our sprinklers work now - no mess left at all and the ground was put back just like it was before. I highly recommend them!

This was my third sprinkler company in 5 months and by far the best. (The only one I was satisfied with). Steve and his partner were absolutely wonderful! Kathryn on the phone was also wonderful! Steve noticed a leak under my patio pavers (none of the other companies had) and pulled the pavers and repaired. Fortunately the pavers came up very easily. The team also adjusted and fixed a few heads and rotors. Steve walked me though each zone explaining each repair. Extremely polite and professional. We will be using HEB for all our plumbing and sprinkler work from now on.

Great service and responsiveness. Arrived at the house to fix a leak about half an hour after initial call. The repair team had al the needed parts and completed the work quickly. They were very courteous and professional as was the owner who took our initial call. Very highly recommended!
First off I didn't have any work done so this speaks to their customer service. I called for a quote and she was very up front about what they do and the reasons for it. Quotes a ball park price so I can have a good idea moving forward. Based on her customer service over the phone I would call again for my needs.

I installed a new faucet but the cutoff valve didn't work. They installed a new one and it still didn't work quite right. They came back out at no charge but come to find out it was the new faucet that needed to be exchanged. Everything works fine now. I would definitely use them again.

Heard of Kathryn and HEB Plumbing & Sprinkler from some other Hometown residents. Called Kathryn to repair a broken sprinkler head and make sure the rest of sprinkler system was operating efficiently. Very professional and thorough. She performed other modifications to improve sprinkler coverage in areas I was unaware of. Before leaving did a complete yard walk with sprinklers on making sure I was satisfied and nothing was missed. Very happy with the service and will use her again for any sprinkler or plumbing need.
The plumber was on time, courteous and upbeat, and competent. He fixed two problems during his service call. One of the problems another plumber had told us would be costly but this plumber fixed it quickly and with parts that only cost a few dollars. He also spoke highly of his boss, which is a credit to the management.
They were able to come out on Saturday morning to fix a leak two other companies advised they couldn't fix. Chris and Eric provided details of the issue and fixed it right away. The plumbers were able to come same day and work on my leaky faucets. They were experienced and resourceful and fixed the leaks. The price seemed high for the work but maybe that’s just the Dallas plumbing market.
We have used them several times, and all of their techs are courteous and professional. Kathlyn is sensitive to my disabilities and uncommonly thoughtful. Truly, a six star operation.

We had a major water line break on a Sunday morning. Called HEB PLUMBING AND SPRINKLERS. They came right out and worked almost 5 hours in 100 degree heat. They dug up our yard and repaired the leak. They replaced the sod and cleaned up so you would not know they were here. They were very professional and courteous. They did not charge overtime for a Sunday call. My wife and I were very pleased with this company.

Highly recommend HEB Plumbing AND Sprinkler. Arrived early, fixed the issue, and charged me less than some other companies quoted me. Dont confuse them with another company just called HEB Plumbing NOT THE SAME!!!!

Called to get an appointment, but was not successful. I was told I could book for the week of 22nd, but they would not give a date or time. So unprofessional... was told the owner was not currently in and would have to call us back to see if we could schedule. I wouldn’t recommend.

Tried to work with owner again, she said you gave me a bad review, yes because no one answered the phone and the mailbox was always full. She said I was mistaken. I was NOT. Rude and unprofessional. Would suggest you use a more professional plumber that actually has a working phone!
They were knowledgeable and courteous in each interaction from the initial call to service experience. They arrived at the agreed time and was affordable. Would definitely recommend using this company.

The guys who hooked up the stove worked swiftly and cleanly. Kathlyn also showed up to make sure the work was going well. Nice personal touch!
Excellent service...my Plumber was very NEAT and personable...and explained everything he was doing before he did it...and made a tiny mess BUT cleaned it all up himself...very pleased with this company and have used them several times AND refer them to anyone needing a umbing service!!!

They are always helpful and honest about options. They are also reasonably priced. Very nice and friendly to work with.
Totally dissatisfied...they came out 3 times each time a different result or to cause malfunction to run up bill and still system is not working properly....I don't like the hidden fees and excessive charges.....
