I couldn't be more than happy with Russell Plumbing and the gentlemen they sent out to my home to take care of a few things (replace outdoor faucets and quote other projects in the home). From the initial call, to the respectful and polite conduct of their plumbers, their knowledge and willingness to take a few moments to explain things to me, their honest prices (very reasonable, to be honest, I was expecting to pay significantly more than I did)...it was a blessing to have an old time, small town experience that is so elusive today (even in many small towns). I will enthusiastically recommend this company to anyone I know of in their service area. Terry and Nathan arrived as schedule, uninstalled old kitchen single basin sink, installed new double basin kitchen sink, and did all the necessary plumbing and reattachment of garbage disposal. Great job! Both young men were very meticulous about their work, great attitudes and personalities.

We are very disappointed with the service that we received from Mr. Rooter plumbing. The technician came out to one of our rental houses and did not correctly diagnose the problem, was rude to us on the phone and then gave our tenants conflicting I formation from what he told us which led to further problems. We then had to hire another plumber the next day who was very knowledgable and able to solve the problem over the phone. We tried to contact customer service and it has now been over a week to receive any sort of answer. I absolutely would not use this company and would find someone else.

I reached out to Bravo’s Plumbing through a Facebook message, due to a referral from a friend. They responded very quickly and showed up very shortly after. They found the issue within about 10 minutes after arriving at my home. We had a piece that had busted and created a serious leak in our front yard. They started work the very next day first thing in the morning and completed the project the same day. The diggers even filled everything back up and even tidied my flower bed back up. It was extremely appreciated! These guys were polite, proficient, and did a great job! I’d recommend them to anyone!

I called this company to fix kitchen sink’s slow draining problem.They tried to fix it and I am told there is broken pipe under ground. I paid $215 for nothing and They asked me $350 camera check and $1900 labor per day. Five days later I have found another company and they fixed it and there was not any broken pipe or any issue.

This company has been a life saver for our residents here at BSC. We like most of Ft Worth had multiple units with frozen and broken pipes . These guys came to our rescue and were fast , professional

Had one of Sanders Plumbers by the name of Todd Bryant come out to my business recently and he did an excellent job of fixing what I call a faucet he calls a bib hose connection that was leaking for a long time. He was very pleasant to talk to and answered every question I had. Explained everything he was going to do before he did it so that there wasn't any surprises. He used what I call a compression fitting to get all the pipes back together and I thought this isn't going to work but to my surprise I haven't had a single drop of water yet. I must say I'm very happy with the outcome. Thanks Todd 2 thumbs up

I could tell that I was working with a family owned business which was Nice! But also the professionalism that both the business as a whole and the technician that I dealt with showed gave me confidence that the job would be done right the first time…

Jonathan and his father came out same day and were able to clean out my water heater and check the status of the heating elements! They also cleaned up the previous contractors mess for a reasonable price. I plan to share their contact information with clients to come.

I had a wonderful experience with this company today. The workers here are so friendly and helpful, specifically Johnathan the manager and Alec. Typically plumbers will refuse to give advice over the phone because they want the $$ for the visit. You guys were so transparent with me about costs. J & A tried to help me every way possible over the phone without sending someone out. I (as a college student) appreciated that so much. They even sent me pictures to help me further understand what I was doing to my drain. (I got a tool stuck while trying to remove clogged hair ) I’m so happy I called them. I will definitely refer everyone I know and make this my go to plumber for the future.

Andress plumbing saved me from disaster ! Another plumber came tore my house apart supposedly locating my leak ... Needless to say I called Andress plumbing around 7pm gave them a rough idea what was going on John showed up the following morning located , fixed and had my water back on before dinner time ! Highly reccomend their service , professional , unbelievably knowledgeable and rates that make sense !!! 10 stars
