Was able to contact Phillip in which he came to my house the day of. Phil was over helping me inspect low water pressure issues in my kitchen and was very detail oriented. Instead of replacing the entire faucet as some other plumbers suggested, Phillip was honest and found an alternative solution! Will definitely be recommending this company to all friends with plumbing issues.

Peerless Plumbing Company is a terrific plumbing company and takes a lot of pride in their craft. Most of the work they did in our bathroom and kitchen were to fix the terrible job done by the plumbers who renovated our apartment. Peerless Plumbing Company is our default company from now on. Liars!!!!

My friend referred me to Lonnie’s plumbing service after the 2021 Texas winter storm. I tried to schedule a plumber to come look at the external pipe leaks we had following the storm, but every company I called had more than a one month wait! Communication was so-so, but once Lonnie’s team came out, they were able to get the repairs done quickly and they were affordable.

We, like many others, had issues after the February snow/ice storm. Part of our tankless water heater bust on a Weds and we had to shut off our water at the main. Called this company and were instructed they would call us on Fri to schedule. Which they did, and were prompt with that. They came out on Sat after we had been without water for 3 days, this now being day 4 (with 2 small children and a dog). Chase was our tech and he basically told us our tankless was old and didn’t know anything about the brand. He was going to leave and quote us later on a new tankless, IF they couldn’t find the part for our current one. I asked him if there was some way to shut off the tankless and turn the water on to our house so we could please have some running water (we also have a 50gal tank on the opposite side of our house so we could have a warm shower/bath in that bathroom at least). He then said “oh, yes, I could do that”. He then looped our cold water line into our hot on the tankless so we just had no hot water for the time being. He instructs me to call by Mon afternoon if I haven’t heard from them. I call on Tues and the lady says she was unable to locate the part we needed after calling 4 different suppliers and would send us a quote for 2 different tankless heaters instead. My husband had already found the part online already and I told her this. She tells me they won’t install aftermarket parts. I said ok, then please send me the quotes in the event we cannot fix this on our own. I never received a quote from them. We call a different plumber to come out to help us re-hook up our water after my husband installed the part, only to find that Chase had left that previous Sat with our hose that had a special fitting to our tankless. I call Oasis again, the lady puts me on hold while she contacts Chase. She gets back on and tells me he discarded our part that he took from our house with an “I apologize about that”...no offer to cover the cost of another part we now had to purchase and wait on because their tech left with our property. Not sure if that was a ploy from their tech to make us purchase a new tankless from them and spend more money or not, but I can tell you I would not recommend this company. I know all plumbers across the south were extremely busy from that storm, but to dismiss a customer just because they wanted to fix what was wrong instead of drop a couple grand on something that didn’t need to be done, that is bad business in my opinion.

This company always provides excellent service. They are quick & efficient, never leave a mess, and always courteous. They have worked on various issues around my home the last three years, and I’m always impressed with the work they do.

Replaced two exterior spigots

Replaced two washer spigots, had to cut sheetrock and replaced with an access panel (View obscured by washer). He doesn't do sheetrock and I think what he did do was sturdy, looked good, etc.

Replaced toilet. After some ordinary discussion we agreed on a brand and a price range etc and he was able to fit it in his schedule and pick one up right then and there. Hauled off old toilet and left everything in the area clean.

All workmanship was excellent and done in a way that should make future work easier.

After he looked at all the issues, he was open and up front about how he was going to do the work. Explained his plan to cut sheetrock and cover with access panel, etc and what the plumbing parts involved were. He left to his vehicle and returned with an estimate for those tasks, parts and all. He explained also that his prices were on the website and that he will have to change them to keep up with his own costs soon.

You could tell that he has 30 years of experience and really understands everything about the plumbing business.

Honest, transparent, great workmanship, will call again.

Shawn and his assistant were professional, courteous and new exactly what to do to clear our backed up kitchen sink. They left the area they worked in cleaner than it was before they started. We’ve used ABC a couple of times now this summer, and they are our “go to” plumbing company

Corey and team were very professional and courteous. I contacted Gulfstream on Sunday evening. He reached out to me and told me he would be able to check things out the next day. He was very kind and caring. He explained everything and provided suggestions to keep everything functioning and flowing. And the work was completed in a short time frame. I will definitely utilize his plumbing services for any issues that may arise.

I can’t speak highly enough of Danny and his crew they were a great group of guys they came out there when I needed him and got the job done highly recommend them.
