this was a great experience from top to bottom...I cannot say enough good things about this installation...Everyone we dealt with was top notch, professional, friendly, helpful, on time and cleaned up after. I would highly recommend them and will def. call them for future work. Thanks again for everything

Alex was able to get on site quickly. Once on site, he determined the root cause of the leak within a few minutes. He then showed me what parts I needed and how to install them to resolve the problem. Before he left he checked out the property to see if there was anything else that could be suspect. If I have another leak I know who I’m calling.

Replaced sink faucet and replaced bathroom exhaust fan.

Had two parts go out on our AC, $80 in total for parts outside the company. Already diagnosed before the tech showed up but I didn't have the parts to fix it. This company wanted $900 to fix the two parts, which was a 20 minute job. A kickstart and capacitor outside on the condenser. I refused that price and they then quoted me $500 for the repair. I refused again. The tech, was an awesome guy very understanding and helpful. The company itself, pure robbery. I would of gladly paid $300 for the convenience but $500 for a 20 minute fix? And the fact that the first price was $900? Found a local ac parts store and did the fix myself for $80 and everything works fine.

I truly enjoyed working with Jessica!! She is so awesome. I feel so empowered with the knowledge that she shared with me on how to handle plumbing and gas issues that all home owner should know. I would definitely call them again! Very knowledgeable and professional!

We have used Paul’s Plumbing and Heating for years. The customer Service we get is always amazing. Thomas is the best and both he and James never fail to take great care of us. The owner Michael really cares about their customers and their reputation so we always get great follow up as well. We just had a very serious issue with our ducting and could not use our heater. With the weather turning colder and colder, this was a big deal! Thomas was here within two business days and everything was fixed in one day! Just in time for the big chill too! Once again, they thrilled us with their customer service!

Our water heater was leaking. John came out on Saturday and looked at it and said we needed a new one and luckily it was still under warranty. The following Monday morning he replaced it with new pan and connections. Excellent job and excellent service. Thank You.

Had a great experience today with AAA Auger. The plumber came right in time on a Sunday morning. He helped analysis the situation and was extremely professional with me and my neighbor. All my options were clear and did not pay for anything other than what I agreed to. Will definitely go back if/when I need to

Poor service. Had to call back several times to get drain open. Dennis, the owner, left client an aggressive and threatening message regarding an unpaid bill. When confronted about unethical behavior called client a liar and expressed discontent when fired by client. This man is a hot head and doesn't value his customers. In the past client always paid their bills in a timely manner. There was never contractual terms be them.

Have used this company a few times and never disappointed. Vic is a very reputable tech and does great work! I would highly refer their service. Thank you!! 😃

I have had this company for the last 4 years and have been pleased with the service. My air conditioner was getting checked. This time I was disappointed. The service tech was 45 minutes late and I had an appointment to get to. I felt the service was rushed. He also did not wear shoe protection on my carpet. Jeff was nice and apologized.

Totally professional, and at the top of the game. Our water heater is in the attic and another company told us they couldn't do it without cutting the wooden beams, and altering the whole attic which would of cost a couple thousand dollars more, but we called Standard Plumbing n they came and did the job without having to do anything to our attic. They are honest, hard working, did the job quickly and at the end cleaned up the whole area. My husband and are are very grateful and happy with their service!!
