We’d been having trouble shower drainage and toilet flushing for a few days over the weekend, but didn’t think too much about it. However, that all changed when I got home Monday night and found the sewer had backed up in to my shower. Not a good sign. With a wife and 2 kids, that is a problem that needs fixed without delay. In my mind, based on what I saw, I thought we could easily be looking at a $5-6K problem.

I woke up early Tuesday, searched Google for drainage Fort Wayne, called the first company on the list... No answer, then I called Morey at A1. Amazing!

He had a crew out to look at our issue that morning, assessed my situation. Turns out, I had some bushes that grew through my sewer line, separating the line which eroded the ground under my air conditioner causing it to collapse on top of my sewer line. Yes, the AC unit was on top of my sewer line.

The A1 team effectively guided me through the exact the steps I needed to do so they could take the next step. They explained their process and timeline . They had the heavy machine out to my property on Wednesday, pulled out the bushes, solved my problem, which even included an upgrade to my line to ensure I would never experience a similar issue again. And they hauled away those bushes for me, so I did not have to mess with them.

I can’t speak highly enough about Morey and his team for the way they handled my situation and solved my problem, quickly. I would have gladly spent the $6K for the work they did to solve that problem, but they only charged a fraction. Best $2,400 I’ve ever spent for a happy wife and peace of mind.

If you ever have an emergency plumbing issue, don’t call anyone else. Call Morey!

We use this company when disaster comes with water and fire. Truly a company that looks out in the best interest of their customers and does the right thing for them. Great communication and great workmanship.

Garbage.

I don't do five stars but Bob and his crew get my best at this point. I just had Max and his co-worker at my house to do some sink plumbing repair. They were here when they said they would be here, they were quick and efficient. I was in my den and didn't know they were here. I have used Mr Hyps 6 or 7 times and the experience has always been positive. I will go out on a limb and say that his rates are better than the competition. Thanks Bob and crew.

I hired Everyday Plumber to install a new shower pan, and new sink and shower trim. They did a perfect job thanks to Todd, Jarrett, and Alicia for making it all happen so smoothly.

We called in the morning and the service rep came mid-morning to check out a concern about a gas smell. Jessie was very polite, efficient and thorough. It reassuring to get help so quickly…BTW - everything was fine!

The Sinclair technician (Ryan) and his helper were very courteous and professional while being thorough and efficient in their work. I appreciated their hard work and good attitudes, and will gladly use Sinclair again!

I'm so glad I called Paul, not only is he reliable, but hes honest, if you need a plumber hes the one to call, Missy answered all my questions and never got tired of me calling.. John and Ricky were the guys who repiped my house and I couldnt have asked for better workers!! They found an existing problem and notified me right away instead of ignoring the issue!! I will be calling them back to redo my drain pipes as well.. To all of you at plumbing by Paul I thank you a 100 times over!! If I could give you guys 20 stars I would!! Thanks again!!

I recently hired Oasen and they sent Plumber Jim to help me out. He was great! Super informative, gave me great advice, cleaned up after himself so well, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. I hired Oasen after to fix messes made by two other plumbing companies. I'm so glad I did! The rate was incredibly fair and I'll be calling them any time I need a plumber in the future. Great service.

Great experience from start to finish. I needed a kitchen sink hooked up, a little more complicated than normal. They came out to look at what needed to be done for no charge. They came back later and did a great job fixing everything quickly at a fare price. Awesome communication, and gave me a lot of advice along the way.

They weren't able to do the urgent job that I needed, but did refer me to others that could.

Supposedly fixed a broken pipe but it's still dripping and then they don't call you back they don't show up they just give you the run around do not use this business
