Initially scheduled with a different leak company to come out. After researching further and seeing all the good reviews, I cancelled and scheduled with Leak Hunters. I am so glad I made that decision. Alex, the owner and technician, is amazing. Very Professional, Honest, and Responsive. His customer service is above and beyond what is expected. He worked hard to find a difficult leak and was determined to find the problem. There was no nickel and diming through the process. He wouldn't accept payment until he was sure of the issue. He even came out a month after he had finished the job he was hired for, to help me replace a part I was having difficulty with. He came to help without the expectation of payment, he's just a great guy. Would not use anyone else. And will recommend to others. Alex and his son came out to find a leak in what we thought was our pool. We were filling up our pool more often than we should have. He took his time (which I appreciated) and ran a variety of tests. Said the leak was not in our pool but determined that it was more than likely the slide/fountain structure due to the cracks and calcium buildup in the back. He told me to run another bucket test with everything off. He also suggested contacting a pool company to have it resealed. Well, i lost more water in the bucket than I did in the pool which means the leak is in my structure. Thanks Alex!

Alex (owner) is FANTASTIC! I had a leak in my pool's suction line. He not only answered my phone call immediately, but was able to come over the next day and find the leak location within a few minutes. We were very pleased with Leak Hunters. Alex is very knowledgable, and did a quick, but very thorough job at detecting the problems with our pool. He answered all of our questions, and showed us what he was finding, so we could see for ourselves and understand the issues. Although we hope that we wont need a leak finding service in the future, if we do, we will definitely be calling Alex. And we firmly recommend him to anyone needing help finding leaks with their pool.

We had a leak in our pool that we were not able to find on our own. After some research I found Leak Hunters online and the reviews were great. Alex was very nice on the phone and was able to schedule a time to take a look within a couple of days. However, due to prior companies that had worked on other plumbing issues in our house charging us a ridiculous amount of money to fix the problems, I was really nervous about it and expected the worst. Alex and Spencer arrived at the earliest time quoted and really lived up to their amazing reviews. Alex was very up front with what he was doing and how much everything would cost down to the time it would take to repair the leaks. They were both very professional, up front and put my mind at ease. They did not leave me with thousands of dollars out of pocket. The price was reasonable and they even cleaned up when they were finished so it looked like they were never there. I will definitely use Leak Hunters again if needed (but in a good way, hopefully it’s not needed). Thank you for your professionalism.

I thought I had a water leak in my pool so I called Leak Hunters based on the great Google Reviews. Alex did a thorough pressure and dye test but couldn't find any leaks, turns out the leak is an issue with my irrigation system.
Alex is a pro and was kind enough to explain everything as he did it. He even gave me some great suggestions and guidance with my irrigation system.
I won't hesitate to call Leak Hunters if I have any needs in the future.

Alex is AMAZING!! I called him on a Friday, explained to him what was going on and he had me scheduled as early as that following Monday. Woo Hoo... he found the leak!! Next step was to have someone out to repair it. Repair company came out the following day, claimed that the leak is not where Alex said it was. Made a quick call to Alex and he was at my house within 30 minutes! Again, found the leak! IN THE SAME SPOT. If my repair guy would have moved down just a few inches he would have saved everyone the hassle. JUST A FEW INCHES!! If you have a leak or suspect a leak... use NO ONE ELSE!! Save your time and your money and have it done right the first time!!! Much appreciated Alex!!!

I have to write this because Alex saved us from spending hundreds and we didn't even have to hire him. We are buying a house and inspectors said there is a hidden leak. We were panicking. Alex is such a pro he gave us a suggestion that none of the 20 other guys we called thought to mention. Low and behold we can continue buying a property because it was just a toilet running!! I don't write a lot of reviews, but had a great experience with Alex and Leak Hunters. My water bills were getting high and didn't know where to turn. Our Pool Shop recommended them and they came by and diagnosed a few trouble areas with our irrigation system. It's been a few months and our last water bill was over half of what it used to be. Alex responded on site within 3 hours of my call for a swimming pool leak. Turns out that the pool was only part of the problem - the irrigation system was improperly set. And the pool was not leaking, it just had a bad float valve. He charges a very fair price, and was a pleasure to deal with.

I've used Alex now twice, once for a pool leak and once for an irrigation leak. Nailed the pool leak first time and found an irrigation leak but had to come back for a secondary irrigation leak at no cost! Great service, reliable, professional and very customer centric. I wasted my time/money going to an irrigation valve guy first, should have started with Alex. Give him a call, he'll fix your leak and save you money.

We were told by SRP we probably had a leak causing our water bill to increase. I looked all over but could not locate it. Leak hunters was actually recommended by a competitor who said these guys are the best for residential leak location. They set an appointment and they were on time. They were prepared when they arrived and they were courteous, clean and got right to work.

They found several places we had minor leaks and all of them together created a substantial water loss. Most of the leaks were in outside faucets and irrigation systems around the house.

They use electronic location equipment so they do not do any invasive work on the house. The equipment is very sensitive and can locate small leaks you would not be normally aware of.

I was very happy they did not say I had an underground leak inside the house which was what I was expecting.

I would recommend them, I would use them again, and I would refer them to friends.

Alex was beyond professional and very competitive in his price. his price was lower than the competitors pricing from my calling. I was told by the other companies that it would be weeks before they would come out. My pool was losing 3 inches every 12 hours and with a 30,000 gallon pool that was a lot of water to continue losing. Alex fir me into his schedule and arrived the same day. He tested my entire system he used pressure tests for my equipment and also dye test for other components it looked to me that he had all the current tech to find my leak, he finally tracked down my leak. he said that he didn't do the repairs just finds the leak my repair was pretty simple and he fixed it for me with no additional charge.

I was concerned that maybe the leak wasn't what he said but he assured me he had a 30 day warranty and if that didn't fix my problem he would come back. This morning he reached out to me to see if my problem had been fixed. I didn't lose any water last night so I decided to write this review for anyone who may have the same problem. I would recommend Alex and his Company Leak Hunters to anyone in the phoenix area!!

I was so worried my leak could not be found. My pool is massive and I have this amazing spa that flows into it from high above. I called Alex and he gave me set prices for each thing: pool, spa, equipment - he didn't ask me my zip code, or how big my pool was (to charge me more - like the other place did). No willy nilly numbers, he gave me firm, reasonable numbers (Im scottish so I appreciate that a lot) His prices were also about half what the leak company my pool-man company told me to use- and they required this huge process of basically an interview, an email - that never came- and signing a document, and then that other outfit was like 4 weeks out.)
So when I found Leak Hunters it was a no brainer. Alex was professional, could fit me in within 1 week, on-time, capable, personable, and most important, he found the leak and recommended two outfits to repair the leak. He also let me pay with chase quickpay - which I love. The spa was still leaking a little after the repair guys, and Alex came back out to re-test for leaks, at no additional fee (he has a 30 day warranty!) Low and behold, the leak was not all the way sealed, and he showed me where the die got sucked into the leak. Gotta have the repair guys back out. But 100% to Alex at Leak Hunters for detecting pool and spa leaks!!!

So, I got a water bill indicating I used over 40K gallons of water....did the bucket test and noticed my pool lost three inches of water in less than 24 hours. Called Alex at Leak Hunters and set up an appointment. Dude came out and located the leak in about ten minutes. Alex fixed the leak on the spot in about a half-hour. He was extremely professional and the price was fair. I would never call on anyone for any future pool leaks (knock on wood....). Leak Hunters is the bomb. Out.

LEAK FIXED!!

Noticed my pool was needing to be topped of much more frequently than usual. My water bills were higher and I strongly suspected a leak.

Called Alex at Leak Hunters on a Wednesday evening. He squeezed me in the very next afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the leak and had it repaired by Friday afternoon. I did the bucket test over the weekend and confirmed the leak was fixed.

Very happy with the responsiveness and quality of work done. Will be sure to reach out to leak hunters for any leak related issues moving forward.

I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again. I have used them twice and have received top notch service. Alex the owner who came to my house explained exactly what he was doing and showed me exactly where my pool was leaking, even brought an extra pair of goggles so that we both were able to get the pool to show me how the test worked. We called Leak Hunters on Monday, and made an appointment for Tuesday morning. Alex arrived promptly, in fact he called to ask if he could come earlier and we were more than happy to say yes.
When he arrived, Alex took the time to look over the area in question (we had a leak in our sprinkler system that I could not locate after more than a week of digging and pumping out water). He checked the water meter, verified we did have an active leak, then used a couple different tools as well as his own experience, and located the source of the leak. He was worth every penny of the service fee, and I would use him again if we have similar issues, and save myself a sore back and days of frustration!

Alex was able to get on site quickly. Once on site, he determined the root cause of the leak within a few minutes. He then showed me what parts I needed and how to install them to resolve the problem. Before he left he checked out the property to see if there was anything else that could be suspect. After our pool was completely remodeled, it began leaking around 300 gallons a day. After many attempts our pool contractor was unable to diagnose the problem. We found Leak Hunters on the internet. Alex and his team came by with their highly specialized equipment and discovered the cause of the leak behind the pool light. I called several leak detectors and went with Alex at Leak Hunters after reading the reviews and speaking with him on the phone. I had an underground pipe leak which was tricky to locate. He came on time and was super patient with all my questions. I truly believe he could have been in and out much faster and on to the next job, but instead he was thorough and took his time. I had a list of concerns and he checked everything out accordingly and made recommendations that saved me money and time. With all the businesses and repair people I've dealt with over the years, Alex at Leak Hunters is in a league of his own. Between his knowledge and work ethic, I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone!

Leak Hunters was fantastic. The guy that owns the company was able to fit us in rather quickly after receiving a HUGE water bill that suggested we may have a leak somewhere. He was extremely personable and professional and was able to identify the exact location of the leak very quickly. He explained things to me at my request while he was working so I could become a better educated home owner. He also explained how our timer settings worked on our sprinkler system (where the leak was identified), helped me change them, and educated me on the various plants in our yard that would likely be the biggest issues for root damage to pipes. He definitely went above and beyond and we will most certainly use this company any time we have a leak.

Due to the rise of my water bill, I decided to have our pool & spa check for leaks. My first phone call was made to Leak Hunters (leak detection services only). I was so blown away by Alex with his customer service, expertise, plus reading all the reviews of his services, that I looked no further. I was prepared for the cost of the leak detection services for both the pool & spa. Once Alex located the leak in the pool, he showed interest of saving me money, by not inspecting the spa (extra cost) until it was needed. Alex marked his spot for the leak, and visually showed me what he found. I have had the leak repaired, added water to the pool. I am happy to report, Alex’s team got it right!

Alex arrived more than on time which I appreciated. We already knew we had cracks and leaks in our pool. Alex did the dye tests and also scrapped away some of the deposits that were formed over the cracks. We went from losing 4-6 inches a day to 8-12 within 24 hours after the visit. I had a lengthy conversation with Alex about trust and honesty in the line of business he is in. When he left we felt pretty dazed that Alex recommend our whole pool would need to be replaced due to structural damage. He gave us a builder to call. We called the builder only to be referred to yet another leak detection company that will have to come out and check the plumbing and get a temporary epoxy putty crack fix on our pool so the builder can come out and assess after the ground is dry. I am extremely disappointed now with the $250.00 spent for Alex to tell us what we already knew, which was/is we have cracks in the pebble tek that are leaking. He never offered to fix the cracks with any epoxy putty or anyone that could. Instead told us we were looking at 12k-15k at least for new pool and to call the builder he referred. So really what did we pay for exactly for $250.00 that we will have to pay another leak detector for?
Very disappointed and it is unfortunate to have experienced this.

Alex was very responsive, on time, and professional. He really was our hero after we had a horribly unprofessional experience with another leak detection company. He found the leak and fixed the leak from our pool. He even came back out a second time when we discovered there was still a small leak and he immediately backed his work and finished the repair. Our pool is now keeping water far longer than ever before. We cannot thank him enough!

The Leak Hunters came out to my house to find a leak. Alex arrived on time and found the leak. The very next day he came back to repair where the leak was. I was super impressed with the service. I would recommend this company to anyone!!!

Alex is the best period. He repaired a very poorly installed Jandy Switch and all associated PVC plumbing. Very Reasonable and VERY Knowledgeable. He is honest and hard working. I have used him since when after I had gotten my DE Filter Cleaned the company did not assemble the Pump Basket lid correctly. Alex explained and fixed in a VERY short time. He is always FRIENDLY and will answer questions . I would HIGHLY Recommend him. Guys like Alex are hard to find TRUTHFUL and HARD WORKING. He is the BEST

Wow..Where to Start? I don't typically leave reviews, but Alex really came through and definitely earned this one. We had a mysterious leak in our pool that was loosing water daily whether the pool system was running or off. He came out to my home got into the FREEZING water (Yes in the Winter) to test the in-ground cleaning system and was able to determine what the issue was. Once the problem was identified, Alex referred me to a contractor to assist with the final repair. Alex was very professional, knowledgeable and On-Time , I will definitely use him in the future and refer him to any family or friends who may need his services. Thank you Sir!

Alex and crew came out to troubleshoot what I expected to be a swimming pool leak. He was able to pinpoint the leak to the spa ; made recommendations on how to repair it quickly and inexpensively. Great service and saved me money on the repair. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
