We had a frozen outside tankless hot water heater. I called 1st thing the morning after Christmas and had Jonathan out in the afternoon. He looked at our problems, gave me a price to repair & replace. 2 days later he was out with a team and replaced the units. Very professional.

I used AAA 4 years ago for a clogged sewer line. I called all over town and no one could get to me for a week. When I called AAA they said no problem. We will be there in 30 minutes. It was raining, cold, and late night. They arrived early and never slowed down. They fixed it and we very reasonably priced. Fast forward to today. Same thing. No problem, we have licensed plumbers all over the DFW area. Sure enough the showed up early. They texted me with a picture and little bio of the plumber so I would know who to expect. This time he inspected what I asked and he didn’t find anything so he said no charge. I was blown away. Then I asked him to check out why my kitchen sink was draining slowly. He had that fixed in no time. I am a DIY person but they have the expensive equipment so calling them when I reached my skill limit actually saves me money. OBTW be sure to buy them lunch. Thanks again AAA you’re the best!

Eric Hill and Dylan McGrady came out and serviced our lavatories and got them running again as they should. Replaced gaskets, and fill valve assemblies. We have used them several times in the past all with great success.

I was set to have surgery and the night before we had a late night plumbing emergency. We called and left a message on the overnight emergency line. Natalie called back outside of business hours and after hearing our emergency sent Anthony, a plumber straightaway. Anthony quickly took care of our needs getting us back on schedule. Both the surgery and plumbing event were a success. They were the only company who called back immediately and working with them was a delight. We highly recommend AAA Auger. We will use them for all our plumbing needs.

As a realtor in the DFW area I recommend AAA Auger Plumbing exclusively to my clients and they are the only plumbers I use personally. A plumber named Ernie came to my home yesterday to check for a leak. Unlike their competitors, AAA Auger did not charge me a service fee (for simply driving to my home) or any testing fees. The tests were inconclusive and I was not charged. I am loyal to AAA Auger because their plumbers are honest, ethical, and hard working.

Called Auger plumbing to give me a price to install a customer provided toilet. Two very polite techs arrived and observed the work requested. I asked how much, tech said let me go to my truck to get you a price. Tech advised me it would cost $407 to pick up and place my toilet with grease ring and bolt in down. $407 USA dollars!!! I understand the over head but this is terrible.Sad thing about this I'm a returning customer with AAA Auger.You thing they would want t to keep returning customers.

Our neighbor just had John round to look at their water heater. Before he left he gave me some help and advice about our plumbing issues. He went out of his way to help and assist us. John is absolutely outstanding - we will always ask for him with any future plumbing work we needed doing. The work he did for our neighbor was outstanding. I cannot recommend this company enough, and Eugene is the best. They came out same day to fix our drain. He unclogged the drain and made sure everything was working before he left. It was a great value, much less than we were quoted by other locations. I could not say enough wonderful things about this company and Eugene's friendly, fast and efficient service. I am so thankful they were able to get us back in business quickly.

Unreliable and cannot trust this company. They charged a lot of money but their service has gotten worse. Supposed to fix my gas leak...as expected they had to turn off the gas but after the repair they forgot to turn on the gas in places (attic for the heaters). As the weather changed my family noticed the heat was not turning on...given that both units had the same issue at same time...suspect was AAA Auger messed up. After repeated calls to them...no one showed up. I had another person come in and it was basically their negligence. They never turned things back on. Stay away from this so called ripoff company

I've been using these folks for about 30yrs now. They have always done a great job. I give them my customer loyalty because they deserve it. Can't say that about most companies these days, all in all.

If you like paying $257 for a simple drain clean taking half an hour and going 25ft, then this is your plumber. Total RIP OFF and took advantage of wife with estimate. Never again for me.

I have used AAA-Auger for my plumbing needs for years now. They are ABSOLUTELY the best, going over and above to do all they can to provide excellent service at the most reasonable price - with honesty and integrity in the timely performance of each job. We had several plumbing issues that the technician, Eugene, took the time to repair for us. Now, the stopped up sink is fixed, the kitchen faucet has been replaced, the toilet now fills with water to the proper level, and the bathroom sink faucet is perfect. We called last night and they arrived early this morning to take care of our problems. Would recommend them next time you need a plumber.

Recently I had one of those unexpected, unsettling plumbing emergencies. Came home to a busted water main and water gushing down the street. After calling numerous plumbing companies and waiting three days for their same day emergency service, I finally found AAA Auger on the web. I called, and within several hours Peter came to our house. After he discovered the source of the problem, he spent a long time answering all of our questions. The next morning he and his crew were here bright and early and quickly completed the complicated repair that even involved pulling a new line under our concrete driveway. Peter's estimate was fair and accurate, his work was excellent, and the cleanup was well done. I highly recommend Peter and AAA Auger.

Your plumbers by the names of Max and Jacob are AWESOME!!! They came out to my home and stopped a leak on a plumbing fix that I thought I could handle - no problem (being the proud do-it-yourselfer that I am). I had attempted to replace a water supply cut-off valve near the toilet, but I couldn't get it to stop dripping. I was afraid to torque on it too much and cause a pipe break inside the wall. So I called AAA Auger. They sent Max and Jacob to my rescue. Man, am I glad they did. These two gentlemen were courteous from the start. They analyzed the situation and proceeded to give it a try. I was so worried they were going to have to cut into the sheetrock and weld a new piece of pipe, and that the whole repair was going to cost me a big chunk of change. Turns out the leak was the result of me not tightening the water supply valve enough. Since they do these kinds of repairs all of the time, they possess that MIDAS TOUCH - knowing just how much torque/tightening it takes to fix a problem and avoid creating an even bigger one. Best part of all, is that they didn't even charge me for them coming out and for fixing the leak. I've used AAA Auger in the past, and time and time and again they prove to be trustworthy, and stellar in their customer service: Max and Jacob just confirmed this once again. God bless them and AAA Auger!!!

We had an ER situation with both of our toilets and AAA Auger sent Eugene who rescued us from a crazy day with the bathrooms!! Eugene is attentive, very knowledgeable, had wonderful customer service and most importantly he found the issue and fixed it right away. Eugene was our service technician and he was amazing!!! Called to let us know the ETA and was even early. We called on a weekend and there was no charge for coming out last minute or on a weekend. Very professional and friendly. Knew exactly what was the issue. Handled it fast and efficiently. Wore his mask the whole time and was very conscious of finding the best entry point to minimize mess! They will be our plumbing choice from now on!.

This past Monday I realized we had a clog in our kitchen sink. I was not able to clear it, so Tuesday about 2:00 I called AAA to request help. I knew it was going to be a while for the plumber to come out. He did arrive some time after 7:00. His name was Frederick from the Irving office. Even though he had been working most of the day, he was so nice and was able to clear the drain pipe. Thanks you to Fred and as always we will continue to use AAA as we have always had good service with them in the past.

AAA auger repaired my outside water leak at the shut off valve. Eric was very polite and did a great job. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is they were very busy and by the time they got out here the first plumber sent didn’t have enough daylight to do the job, so it was 2 days of the dispatcher calling to tell me they couldn’t come yet, I found that kind of annoying.

I had to call Triple AA Auger again to unclog my kitchen sick. I tried everything to keep from making this call but to no avail. I called and they put me on the list and explained that they were still working other cases from the ice storm we had and they would keep me informed when they had a plumber available, and they did. I received a call that they had someone available and if I still wanted the services. David arrived and I showed him to the kitchen and told him my problem. He did his thing and gave me quote for the project. He told me what he would do to unstop the clog. I have gotten two professional and caring employees from your company, and they care about their job and people they serve. Only thing I forgot to ask David about seniors discounts or coupons and he forgot as well. David and Fredrick will go far in life because they car about the job they are doing and people they're serving. Satisfied customer.

We recently purchased a flipped home and have had some major plumbing issues. This place is the real deal. Their knowledge base is robust and they’ve never failed to fix our problem. They provide honest, extremely competitive prices and seem to look out for the customer. They’ve given us options and quotes for targeted work. 100% the best plumbing company that we’ve found in Dallas.

Eugune done a great job on the house inspection. Will use him in the future and recommend to others.

Not recommended. Charged $427.50 for leak detection and said the leak was under our slab foundation in the master bedroom. They said it would cost $3,410.00 for slab penetration and we had to pay half up front. They jackhammered a huge hole in our slab, and Oops, no leak here. They looked harder and found the real leak in our front flowerbed. Dug down about 3 feet to the leak, fixed it, and then wanted another $1,305 before they finished the job. This meant they were giving us a total discount of $400. I was not happy. The plumber assured me he was unable to do anything about the cost, but I could call their local corporate office and file a complaint to see if they would issue a partial refund. After 2 days of negotiation, they would only agree to a refund of $627.50. Keep in mind, we still have to pay someone to come reinstall the carpet in our master bedroom that they left in a mess. What should have been a simple $500-$1,000 hole in the ground turned into a $2,410.00 disaster for us.

Knowlegable, friendly. Problem solver. Overall pleased with his expertise. Mr. Eugene did an excellent job of explaining the situation and problem resolution. Thanks for your timely response. Will keep you in mind for future needs. A bit pricey is my only concern. Some discounts should be given to senior citizens/veterans etc. Addendum: discount was applied!! THANKS.

Called for second time to unclog drain. Was told it would be two hours. After three hours I called back only to be told it would be another two to three hours and they would prefer to come the next day. You would think they could have called me instead of me calling them. I believe since it is a warranty job they have no interest in coming.

AAA AUGER employee, Fred, showed up immediately as promised. We explained the problem. Not only did he listen to us as to where we thought the clog was, but he checked every other place where he thought a clog might occur and explained all the possible ways to clear them. He had a very friendly attitude and we felt very comfortable with him being in our home. Fred knew his business and was not afraid to share his knowledge with us which we thought was very unusual. If this same problem happens again, we would feel very comfortable to ask for FRED.

From the drain technician and the plumber to the GM and even the owner, the team at AAA Auger were the most professional team we've ever had in our house. I called AAA Auger because I had two leaks. The first one was in the bathroom under the floor. The house has an access door outside the house to get under the house to get to the pipe. The technician said that the access door was to small and that I had to make a larger hole on the exterior wall to get to the leak. He did not look at the second leak, gave me an estimate for the first leak and left. I called someone else, they fixed both leaks without having make a larger hole on the side of the house and they charged me the same price Auger was charging just to fix one leak.

In the past I have always had great service, however last week had David and it was a poor experience. He and his assistant unclogged my drain to my washer. Took almost 2 hours and over $300.Said the high cost was because they had to go in from the roof of my second floor. Guess what,
it had been done several years ago for about 1/2 the price and 1/2 the time. I asked for help on my toilet and dishwasher drain and he recommended I go find a part. I won't be calling AAA Auger again. BYW they were going to charge more, but I complained so loudly they cut the price by $40. Said originally charge $500.

As a small business owner, and one who feels that honesty and integrity are the key elements to longevity, I only do business with those who operate under this premise.

I have used AA Auger for years and they are like family to me l have gone through 3 pipes breaking in the front yard to my whole house flooding and it has always been on a weekend.
I called and they responded has fast as they could.......on the flood the technician was at my house until 10:30 Saturday night.. Today (9/17) they replaced my hot water and an old faucet. They arrived on time and l had a courteous call before hand. They give a quote before doin anything. Their prices are very fair .... not cheap but then you pay for what you get. Ruben and his team were very nice and friendly and very aware of the protection needed with virus. They a beautiful job and even answered any questions l had about what was going on.They were so great but then so is the company. I highly recommend them!!!!

Eric came by this morning and cleaned out our main line (sewer line) which was backed up. There were some roots in there and he was able to cut them up and pull them out. It cleared up our problem. Huge help, especially since we had just had another plumber out (which charged $100 more) and while it fixed it temporarily it didn't actually fix the problem.

Randy came by almost on demand after my AC was leaking. Turns out that the problem was that the pipe was broken and was causing water damage in my floorboards. Randy was able to diagnose the issue and rule out other potential problems and fix the pipes within an hour, and was very accommodating and understanding. Will be calling back if I ever have any plumbing issue again.

Eugene Williams is a BAWSS. He does great work and doesn’t sugarcoat anything. AAA Auger uses quality parts and employ better people with the experience and know how to get the job done right.

Pipe burst under front yard. It's was a Sunday, I got plumber Randy 45 minutes after my call. Randy was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything he was going to do.

Juan from AAA Auger has been cleaning our tree root infested sewer line for years. He is always pleasant and in a good mood. Works quickly and efficiently.
Someday we will have to have the line replaced but until then Juan and AAA Auger will be making their annual visit.

So of course on a Sunday morning my sewer lines decide to back up. We called AAA Auger Plumbing Services because for one they are open on Sundays and two because they don't charge a weekend fee. Eric and Dylan showed up around 4pm and saved me from a clogged line! They were both awesome. Customer service was their top priority! They explained everything they were doing. When I asked my million questions they answered everyone of them with a smile. As they began reaming out the line they constantly checked the showers and toilets to make sure they were moving water properly. The quality of their work made me a customer for life! Did the shower repair faster than we had been told it could be done by another company. Not only that, but the cost was less than quoted, you can't bet that.

I called AAA Auger Plumbing because they were on a list of approved contractors for my Downtown Dallas mid-rise condo.

I needed two new toilets installed and my water heater flushed.

David, a Master Plumber, came to my condo to give me a quote. He then came back the next day with an apprentice to install the toilet and flush the water heater.

David answered all of my questions. He and his apprentice installed the toilets. The job was an A+.

Here are some of the details:

* Plumbing is a high-stakes job in a mid-rise condo such as mine. One leak could destroy multiple floors beneath.

* My HOA requires proof of insurance that covers multi-family. AAA Auger had that proof, which is how they got on our approved list of contractors.

* David has 40 years of plumbing experience, so he was well prepared to manage the complexities of working in my mid-rise condo.

* AAA Auger sent a text message before the visit with a picture of David and his bio. I think that's a nice way to introduce a technician before they arrive.

* David easily found the building and parked in the loading dock. I didn't have to call him once before he arrived. What a relief - sometimes this can be hard to explain how to get here.

* Along with the new toilets, I purchased an artificial wax ring and some new hoses. David evaluated those, but given the placement of the toilets against the tile, recommended a different wax ring and different hoses. He had the recommended products in his truck. I trusted his judgment and went with his products.

* After installing the toilets, David flushed my water heater.

* I've gotten my water heater flushed by other plumbers each year for the past three years. Each time, it takes the plumber only 15 minutes. David took 30+ minutes to drain the water heater. I asked why, and he showed me that's how long it *actually* takes to drain all the way. In other words, the previous plumbers were cutting corners and not draining the water heater all the way.

* After flushing the water heater, David checked the toilets and found a few drips under the new hoses. He discovered the hoses had a manufacturing defect and replaced the hoses again during the same visit. HIS PROACTIVE APPROACH SAVED ME FROM HAVING TO CALL HIM OUT AGAIN.

* The next day, the dispatcher from AAA Auger called me to follow up and see if I had any questions. I told them everything was perfect.

* I'm writing this review a week after my service call, and the toilets are working perfectly. There's no leaks on the hoses. The water heater is performing well.

* I'm very happy with the service I received from AAA Auger. I would recommend them.

* 1 big thing - I paid a pretty penny for the service. It was worth it because of the quality of the install, the experience of the plumber, and the insurance they carry that's compatible with my HOA requirements.

* 1 more way to look at the cost: I don't expect to call a plumber to service the toilets for another 10 years. So, the way I look at the price I paid today is to divide the price by 10 - that's how much per year the job cost me.

The wrong toilet was installed. We needed an ADA compliant toilet but we didn't get one. I showed him one of our other toilets which is ADA compliant and told him that I needed a toilet like that one.

The one that they installed plugs up when a normal sized dump goes in. I have to snake it out. I am sick of it.

Due to their longevity in the business, I had assumed that they did good work at a reasonable cost. Not so. I will not be using them again.

San Antonio: After calling 3 known plumbing companies who advertise on our local tv channels, my fourth and final call was to AAA Auger, glad I did and didn’t desperately go forward with one of the 3 prior companies. Called AAA auger and they were out at my home about 35 minutes later. Plumber by the name of Victor pretty much nailed the problem on point, of course he had no crystal ball in front of him, he stated the possibilities of it being “this or that”, investigated and found the root of the problem I’d have to say in less than a 15 min window. I was in Wow! Especially after speaking to 3 other plumbing companies and them making assumptions and ready to quote me a very high starting dollar. Victor knows his job well & is very experienced as I was watching myself and learning a thing or two as he took the time to explain and educate. Not to mention very polite, professional, sense of humor and HONEST, which was a plus for me as a Satisfied Customer. Thank you again Victor and AAA Auger. Will definitely call you 1st now and if possible request Victor again, if in need of any plumbing fixes & will refer to friends, neighbors and family.

Wow, what a horrible experience! I called last Friday, 3/13/2015, and asked to have a plumber come out this morning (Monday, 3/16/2015, 3 days later) and was told that was not a problem, that they were wide open Monday. With a morning window (they don't give appointments), all I got all day long were promises that they were still working on sending a plumber to my area, as though I live 80 miles away. I'm 10 miles from their office. The last guy called just before 6PM with the same line of crap, that they were still working on sending a plumber to my area. Then when I pressed him for some kind of evening time frame, he said he actually couldn't say for sure if anyone would even make it out this evening or not. What a run around and just horrible customer service! Don't waste your time with these people! I stayed home all day long with my Monday morning window and now have to start all over again after 6PM with another plumbing company.

My family and I have been using AAA Auger since 2008 - P Holmes is the best plumber! Everyone who answers the phone is polite and helpful; the guys who schedule the services are great; and the plumbers are constantly in contact with me so I know when to expect them.

Very poor communication. Called in for an emergency plumbing repair. Was told it was going to be three hours before they could arrive which would’ve put the repair between eight and 9 o’clock in the evening, got a call back with about an hour left in that window saying that they could not come that night. Told him that we needed someone out early, and that we were trying to leave town. They assured me that I would have the first available slot beginning at 7:30 AM in the morning. I got a call at 7:51 saying that they were not going to be able to come for another three hours. I called them back and the gentleman told me that all the jobs had been dispatched out and that “every job carried over to the next day”. Not sure if I believe that having been in this business before. A company this large should never have a client wait a minimum of 6 hours to get to an emergency repair. Understand some of the reviews would state that it was very good work With this being a regulated industry, it should be done very well, their license depends on it. Where you win or lose the review, is with how you handle the customer from the beginning. I’m extremely disappointed and now more inconvenienced. If they had just told me that they could not get to me for another three hours in the morning, it would’ve given me at least enough time to find another contractor. But I guess most people will wait it out and they will still get the work.

Bryan and his partner were efficient and friendly! They were able to complete a 4 hour job in less than half the time. They were patient with our barking dogs and worked around them without complaint. We will definitely be requesting Bryan and using AAA Auger any time we have a plumbing issue! :)

Kitchen sink leaking so they came out and replaced the water lines with flexible piping. Took less than an hour and it cost $750!!! After speaking with other plumbing companies and getting their pricing for the same service it is obvious that AAA Auger OVERCHARGED for the job done. Do NOT recommend them AT ALL!!!

I'm frustrated I paid an exorbinant amount over $160 wasted 6 personal hours and 2 trips to my property, 3 of their trips and numerous calls to them for making me wait...all to to get the main mounting nut TIGHTENED on a name brand Moen faucet...a task that took the 3rd guy 30 seconds to do. It was a loose faucet for crying out loud. It didnt even leak. He felt bad and reseated the faucet. As a landlord who used to do handyman work, I was not impressed and disgusted at the price of such a simple task. Now disabled, simple physical tasks are no longer possible for me and I feel cheated. There is my honest opinion.

I had a clog drain and called a plumber that I had used who informed me that his machine was in the shop. I remember that I had used
AAA Auger so I called and they set up a plumber to come out which was a big relief for me because I didn't know if I would be able to get anyone to get out to fix the problem being it's a Friday mid morning.
When the plumber got there he said that he was Fred with aaa auger, he was professional and very knowledgeable and got right to work. In the process he asked me to turn on the water in the tub, Fred was very efficient. And soon I had a open drain. I had forgotten about just how good these guys were, I'm so glad I called aaa auger. My wife and I had been having issues with our shower getting hot enough for the last 8 months after having a new hot water heater put in. We had the plumber who put in the hot water heater and one from a different company come out and work on our shower and look at our new hot water heater. Both came to the same conclusion that we needed a new shower body component. This piece would have to be custom and would include ripping out dry wall behind our wall with estimates in the $3500 range. After a winter of warmish showers that wouldn't stay warm but for10minutes or so I finally asked for recommendations from a few friends for a plumber they trusted for the big project. Eugene Williams with AAA Auger was recommended highly by a family friend and so we set up an appointment with him. On Thursday, 1/22 Mr. Williams came out and spent 15 minutes going over my problems with me and looking at our water in our bathroom. At that point he said I don't think it is your shower but rather an issue with your water heater. He then checked our water heater and found something that both of the other companies had missed. In the long run he was able to fix our issue for less than $200 and one that should have been caught by both of the others. We were ready to spend $3500 for the fix and that would have been a complete waste of money. We could not be happier and recommend Eugene and his services highly!

I will never in my life use this company. My ex-wife called me regarding her hot water heater not working. There wasn't any water pressure. She contacted AAA augers. The technician came out and conducted a diagnostic of the system. His findings, hot water heater defective (it's brand new, only purchased it 6 months earlier), hot water pipes wasn't installed properly (pipes hasn't changed since the home was built in 1971); he also stated he needed to get a permit from the city to install the new hot water heater. Total cost $3000.00. I got a second opinion from Levy and Son Plumber. After his diagnostic. he just change the hot water line that goes directly into the hot water heater. cost $150. We added another hot water heater sensor $300. Total cost $450.00. Let your conscience be your guide.

Had a gas leak outside. Another plumber told us we had to replace the entire line from the meter to the house because “if it was rusted at the surface it would be rusted the whole way.” That didn’t make sense to me so I called AAA on a recommendation from a friend. Daryl came out early in the morning and said he would dig up where the leak was and see how much had to be replaced. Turned out only the riser needed replacing as the rest of the line was fine. He finished the work in one day. It was cheaper than the alternative and much less invasive to my home and property. Definitely will use them again. Daryl especially was professional and knew his stuff.

Insanely overpriced - charged $400 just to diagnose the leak then quoted an additional $1400 to repair. I called around and described the problem to two other plumbers - both said it would be between 400-800 dollars to fix. They both also agreed a $400 diagnosis fee is insane and would have charged nothing to point out the leak. $2000 is what they wanted vs. $675 with what I actually paid for another company to come out. I will never call them again and would not recommend them to anyone.

after discovering a leak under my kitchen sink I called AAA Auger to come and fix it. Luckily for me the pipe had just moved out of place. Lupe arrived with a mask and protective wear for my floors which I was happy to see. He explained that the pipe had simply moved out of place and with a turn he simply fixed it. Lupe was very knowledgeable in what had happened and with in five minutes it was repaired. Lupe was professional and quick to find the answer. Lupe came to my home this morning to service what was thought to be a clogged drain but was a leak with my reverse osmosis water system which was not of much use to me. He disconnected it for me free of charge so I can get back up and running as I have not had use of my sink, dishwasher and water/ice from my fridge. I have an AC unit located in a hall closet. Noticed our AC condensation line that drains into the sewer line was stopped up and seeping onto our hall carpet. It was Saturday 8/12 & temperature of 102 in Carrollton, TX. Called two plumbers I had used previously but neither were available. I called AAA AUGER because they advertised being available 24/7 and no extra charge for weekend service. Wiendell arrived within 45 minutes of my call. He quickly diagnosed my problem & explained the procedure required to fix it and the repair charge. Wiendell was very professional and explained every step as he proceeded with the repair. The cost of the repair was more than reasonable. I would not hesitate to use AAA AUGER and Wiendell again. They rescued me from an emergency situation.

I called another plumbing service for a major leak that caused the city to shut off our water because of the leak. The other company took 5.5 hours to respond. AAA Auger showed up in under an hour and fixed the problem. Juan was efficient and courteous. He fixed the problem quickly. I will ALWAYS use AAA Auger from now on!!!

Our experience with Daryl on a gas line replacement was first class. He was thoughtful in trouble shooting the issue without jumping to conclusions and was great at sharing the process he was taking. When it came time for the repair, it required digging through landscaping and grass. He took amazing care to not simply dig a hole, but separated the dirt on plastic to limit dirt remains on the grass, replaced all landscaping rocks and leveled back grass the did need to be removed as well.

Next time I have a plumbing need, I will be going to this company and asking for Daryl by name.

I don't plan to use AAA-Auger again. We have used them in the past so we called today because we had water leaking around the toilet. I called around 11:30am and was told that a plumber would arrive around 3pm and I would receive a telephone call when the plumber was on his way to my home. At 4:30pm I had not heard anything so I called the company again. I was reassured that a plumber would be at my home in about 45 minutes and I would receive a call when a plumber was on his way. I hadn't heard anything from AAA so at 8:30pm I called again. After being on the phone for about 5 minutes with the service writer, I was told the plumber was on his way to my home. Since I didn't want to take the chance of the plumber not showing up or showing up 3-4 hours late, I cancelled my request for service. I think the service writer should have called to update me on the status of my service request. Customer service starts at the time the company takes the request not when the plumber reports for the job.

Knowledgeable, professional plumbers. Can often come within 30-45 minutes. Always on time or they notify of any delay.

Called within a hour , the plumber was on the way. The
plumber was polite and finished the job promptly. Explained the cost and guarantee in advance. Really a pleasant experience.

I called on a Sunday due to a toilet not flushing/filling properly. Within an hour, Alvin came out to take a look. While he was able to place a temporary fix, he recommended a new toilet. We had been having issues with this toilet off and on for a few years, so I knew it was time and not him just trying to sell me something.

He was through with why he was recommending the toilet he was, and we felt the price was reasonable. He came back on Monday, on time, to install. We love the new toilet and the service Alvin was able to provide.

I was in contact with the Mesquite location for three days and told I was on the schedule each day. No plumber ever came out and then they stopped calling altogether! I will never consider this company in the future.

Called them at 7pm and gave them my info. I was called back at 7:35 and informed I was next and it should be an hour give or take. Was called again at 7:55 and informed they were on the way. They arrived at 8:25 and started to find the problem. Main line had a blockage so they cleared the line. Left a little before 9. Very courteous and professional. The price was great for an after hour service call. I will be using these guys for all my future plumbing needs. Great job AAA Auger.

Let me say first that I am not easily pleased or impressed. That said, I LOVE these guys. When a valve broke and I had water threatening my fancy wood floors, they were at my house in 15 minutes. They have come and examined problems and given me estimates for future work and refused to take any money. They have consistently come when they said they would, done what they promised and been friendly, professional and courteous at every turn. Their attitude is simply exemplary - they have treated my problems and issues as their own and acted accordingly. They have earned my praise and my loyalty!

This is the most horrible place ever. Ian came to my house and was not there for even five minutes and told me that there is no leak anywhere they are very unprofessional and i did not even recieve an invoice everyone will know of the service they have given me nothing good comes from mistreatment in anyone AAA Auger.

I discovered a clogged main drain in my house about 5:20 a.m. Before 8 am, AAA Auger had sent David, a master plumber, and Romero, to fix the issue. David quickly assessed where the clog must be in the line, formed a plan, gave me an estimate, and then completed the job. He was a great communicator and very professional. Such a nicer experience than one I had several years ago with another company with a similar problem due to tree roots. Highly recommend.

I've used AAA Auger multiple times. They are always prompt, super friendly and professional and can get out to take care of problems quicker than most and they are well priced. They've cleaned out tree roots, and cleared my lines/cleanouts multiple times (about twice a year) and replaced my water heater. When it leaked, they were on top of making it right the entire process and I couldn't ask for better customer service. I won't ever call anyone else. Y'all rock.

Randy came out on a Sunday. He explained the issue we were having and what needed to be done to correct it. He would need to get parts so he returned Monday to complete the job. Had a drain pipe crack in a wall. Paul came out promptly. He methodically did a pressure diagnosis to confirm it wasn't a line issue. I called yesterday and scheduled service for today. I was told I was getting a call this morning at 7 am to confirm the time. Instead I got a call they were running 2 to 3 hours behind. I waited 3 and half hours and no call so with no running water I left my home to use the showers at my gym. In the middle of my shower with shampoo in my hair I get a call. So I rush through my shower to call back as fast as possible. I called them back and told the lady I am taking a shower at my gym to please wait 5 minutes and I'll be there. She told me the plumber can't wait for me and I would be rescheduled 3 to 4 hours till another plumber was available. I was pissed! I waited 3 and half hours could not have my water running cause the leak was bad and you mean to tell me he can't wait 5 minutes for something I am paying my hard earned money for! You guys were not doing a free service I was going to pay for the service and I told the lady it's fine I guess. I also told her I was gonna call around cause thats b.s. I called Benjamin Franklin plumbing and told them what happened. They gave me a discount price for what happened with AAA AUGER PLUMBING SERVICES. and showed up in 25 min! Btw I got a call back from AAA AUGER PLUMBING SERVICES and was told they were sending another plumber but at this point. I got better customer service from Benjamin franklin plumbing that I didn't trust the first company would honor their timing! My plumbing is fixed and I will never use AAA AUGER PLUMBING SERVICES nor do I recommend them! What they did was unprofessional and messed up!

We asked for service on a leaking bathtub faucet and shower head, requesting a time that would accommodate our providing care and transportation for our grandchildren. The company scheduled a convenient time the next day and sent Stephen to deal with our issues. He arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and professional, gave us a reasonable price in advance and rapidly resolved the shower head leak (which stumped a previous plumber). He also unilaterally adjusted the bill favorably when, despite spending hours working at it, he recognized that an expensive method to access the bathtub faucet would be required as a result of earlier efforts by others to resolve the leak. We highly recommend Stephen and his company for their timeliness and abilities and we will definitely be using them again.

Irving TX - My elderly dad had a likeage issue with an external pipe. We called around to get an estimate but did not get a fair response from any one until we called AAA Auger. We had a slab leak at our house, called AAA auger. Eric and Windell showed up and concluded we needed a total hot water line reroute after ruling out more costly options,we agreed. They completed the job in 2 days with minimal damage. Turned out it was covered by our Farmers insurance policy, reroute and damage. Thank God. Eric came today did a fantastic job but I have been trying to get someone out here for over a week someone was supposed to come out yesterday at 7:30 and I called yesterday afternoon I spoken with rasheda and was told by her that she had tried to reach me numerous times which I had no missed calls - she also said she had left 3-4 messages- I had no messages from AAA Auger I would have left a 5 star rating due to Eric’s and EJ work and great performance. I give her a 0 rating due to her lying to me.

I have used AAA Auger Plumbing Services for years. Every experience has been fantastic, and every plumber sent out has been top notch. July 10, 2021, we experienced our main sewer line backing. AAA Auger was booked and available early he next morning. The dispatcher called back and couple of hours later and said a plumber was available and asked if I wanted them to come out.

AAA Auger send Daryl who assessed my damaged hose on my washing machine pipe and removed it within 15 minutes. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star was the price was a little high for such a small job. Overall nice job!

I called about 1 a.m needing emergency service for a busted pipe in a elderly care facility, was told by dispatch nobody would wake up when he called tech's, the one guy that did has hurt back and could not respond. Asked for me to call another company.

I was driving home from work when I had one of my fog lights come undone. It was dragging on the street. I tried to put it back in but was unable to. I knew I couldn't drive home with it like that. Pulled over but no one would stop to help me. Until Victor Pacheco an employee of AAA-AUGER flagged me down. Got a zip tie from his truck and fixed it so I could make it home. He was very friendly and very helpful. I have never used their services but you can be sure I will in the future. I believe anyone who goes the extra mile should be recognized. Excellent services. I call in for an emergency services because the bathtub was clogged. The service was outstanding and problem solved the same day.

Juan was incredibly kind, on time, and professional. He worked quickly and efficiently and kept me up to date every step of the way, as well as eased my nerves.

He fixed our problem in a short amount of time and even provided me with trail recommendations when he noticed my bike.

I scheduled a plumber to come out and diagnose an emergency issue and waited several hours at home for them to call back/arrive, then they cancelled on me and rescheduled for the following day. The following day, I made arrangements to be home from work early for the plumbing visit, only to be cancelled on again. Can't comment or review on their ability as plumbers, but their customer service was terrible. Baker Brothers was able to schedule an appointment and stick to their commitment, give them a call instead.

AAA Auger Plumbing is really great. Twice they’ve had to come out on off hours for emergency plumbing problems. Eric and Dylan had to install a new water heater because my old one started leaking badly last night. The guys are knowledgeable and friendly. They cleaned everything up before they left. And they got along great with my big dog. Kudos to AAA Auger!

I called several other companies to come unclog the main drain line and was told they couldn't come out because of the weekend and the ones could they doubled the price so with that being said it was going to be Monday. I found this Company and they send mr.jackson out and he gave me a estimate and did the work in the rain,gave me a great price and a discount on top of that they also gave me a 90 day warranty and the others was 30 days if you need plumbing services check this Company out I'm a happy customer today

Man did I have some problems with my plumbing. Fred and Eugene were great, they worked very hard to get my house draining and installed a new water heater. Fred spent many hours into the night working so that my wife and I did not go without plumbing overnight. %100 would recommend and I know now who to call when I need help with any plumbing.

Was referred to AAA Auger by an employee of mine while I was scouring the wonderful world of Google to find someone to assist with some urinal clogs. Called AAA, within the hour they were clearing out what turned out to be a very difficult clog. Very professional, and educational. They even provided a free bottle of urinal drain cleaner to help maintain this issue in the future. 100% reccomend.

I'm not going to lie, I was a little nervous about the no charge to come out and estimate... I figured it was too good to be true. We'll, I will humbly admit that I was completely wrong. Our technician David came by immediately (free of charge), analyzed the situation and knew right off the back what was wrong. He gave me an estimate for the job beforehand, and also allowed me to think it over on how I'd like to proceed. What can I say? Just a great plumbing service all around, and must I mention: their dispatch is on top of their game! By the way, this is NOT a paid review! I'm just genuinely blown away on how great this company is! I will definitely recommend to others.

Awesome Expeditiously completed efficient and Professional

Israel porras was the consumate professional. He and Daniel came to my house on a slab leak call. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable of the problem I was experiencing. I had a bad experience involving a leak in my house a couple of years ago which made me very apprehensive selecting who to trust with and in my home.
Israel layed these fears to rest and Daniel backed him up. Together I had 36 years with the same company AAA Auger taking on this task and laying my fears to rest.
If you need a plumber, no matter how big or small the job, I whole heartedly recommend AAA Auger Plumbing Services.
