I was told we would be contacted prior to any work being started. We never received a phone call and then received a 4 figure bill the following day. I then asked the owner why and he immediately became defensive and starting yelling at me over the phone. His response was he should have charged me more. I simply wanted a break down of labor and materials.

I had a sewer back up in a rental portion of my home. When I called they were out to my location in 15 mins and cleared the clog very quick and efficient. 100% will use if I need in future and will highly recommend to friends.

5 stars for the job and manner. Jordan is the owner and worker himself. He used to be a plumber for a big Corp. and now he just has this cool own biz. I called him after I had another plumber came but cant fix. My 2 year old garbage disposal was not moving after 2 month vacation. It’s just stucked. I know the trick but can’t turn it to move again at the bottom. Neither did the other plumber from another big company.
So Jordan came and just a few minutes, he turn it to move again. Save me 200 dollars for a new one. Jordan also checked all the lines and let me know some risks. For example, the dishwasher white line needs to be kept higher in stead of dropping down. No wonder my dishwasher always have a little water left at the bottom. He also helped me to change the kitchen faucet and fix the broken stopper at bath room. He explain everything slowly and he went to home depot for parts right away so I don’t have to wait another day. In the end he tested my water hardness with his strip and make sure the water comes out fine. I would highly recommend him to anyone in AZ area with plumbering needs. I’ll call him to flush my heater and change my toilet next time.

Phay plumbing was fantastic. Micheal reached out almost immediately to schedule service on our water heater and then showed up exactly when he said he would. He found the issue, showed us what happened and explained our options. Upon reviewing that with us he made the repairs we agreed upon and charged a reasonable price for those repairs. We were so happy with the work we had him schedule to come back out the following week to do a sotwater install. He didnt pressure us in any way to purchase it but was something we had been looking at and our hard water was the source of the water heater issue so Michael provided us some options and came out the following week. No issues, fair price and great service. I'm keeping his card for all future plumbing needs no doubt about it.

When you have a plumbing emergency, do you say... OH NO! I wish we had a plumber in the family!!! Then there are so many companies out there. Who do you pick? If you're reading this, you don't have to look any further... I called Sunstate, and they sent Ron out right away. I was in a panic... my husband recently passed away, and I had no clue what to do except cry. For me, this was a husband thing. My hot water tank was spraying water everywhere! Ron was so kind and helpful that he stopped the spraying and me crying and walked me through what to do next. He sure was my hero! I will never forget his kindness. I truly felt like he WAS a family member who was a plumber...🙂helping grandma when she was having a meltdown. This company does treat you like a family. They are quick to the job, so kind, helpful, and honest. Most importantly, they don't come with dollar signs in their eyes like so many other company's do. Selling you things you really don't need. Would give 0 stars if that were an option. Crooked thieves who give false estimates, and lie. Took advantage, and I hope karma catches up very quickly. Anyone who calls you partner is distrustworthy from the get go. Let alone on disability, and yet own a company. Fraudulent much? If SSI and disability has a fraud department, then they should look into the owner of this place.
