I am sick and tired of these people. They came in because we had a huge leak in our kitchen, tore open our walls (five openings), told us the pipes were old and made of copper, and then proceeded to just switch “one” of the pipes to a tube. They then came back over the course of three days to redo the walls. After that, we were charged for $2000. We then started to hear another leak in our bathroom, so they had to come back and tear open the walls AGAIN. What was the issue this time: the other pipe they didn’t change to a tube started to leak. Once again, we were charged $2000. We were very upset and confused about the whole ordeal and wanted some answers from their boss. Mr. Arellano frequently told us he was going to stop by our home but never did. He missed ever single appointment he made to come look at the house. One of his workers then told us “yeah, he’ll never show up.” The holes that they made the second time were left there for over a week. His own workers would miss complete days of work because they got “held up” somewhere else. This is not a critique of the workers — they were kind and tried. We were happy with them. This is a critique of Mr. Arellano and his business. We are sick and tired of dealing with his company and will absolutely be going somewhere else in the future.

Bought more pipes than they use. Took the old water heater thur the back door and took it away without letting me know. They shut my water and didn’t open it properly.

Honestly wouldn't know about how they work but simply not beong able to give an estimate after 2 weeks tells it all! They came to my place to see how much they would charge and stuff but never gavr me a price or called back after the boss himself told me hell call me on Monday..that tell u everything about the company not being avle to even speak to a customer about pricing after they took pics and stuff. 👎👎👎💩💩 i wouldnt recommend at all i can imagibe if they staryed working and just left and u never hrard of them again..they seem like that kind of company..well ppl cuz it dont even seem like this is a company

Called for a quote to replace water heater, i did not know they could sell you water heaters as well, so they provided a quote for a water heater and installation, job was done in 1 day. Excellent rate and service.

Just so you know, they charged my mom $100 per hour for fixing 2 leaking faucets. $100 per hour in case anyone wants to use their services. Took them 3 hours to fix 2 leaking faucets...

They repaired my plumbing problems with my sprinkler

Hired them to fix a leaky faucet that had been fixed previously by another service and still leaked. They came quickly, worked well, and was worth the little bit extra money.

On the other hand, their office management said they'd get back to me for estimate on further work, and still haven't called, but they deserve a separate rating from the workers.

Pur apartments complex has these people to send out when we have any plumbing issues. Our faucet has been running for 2 days now,they told us this morning theyd send them out by 130. I had to call again at arpund 3 and they said itd be 30 minutes til they come. It is now 8pm,past their closing time and they never sent anyone.

Very unprofessional I contacted them for a service and got confirmation that they would do the job. They did not by when they told me so I called back and they said someone was on the way. Hours passed and never showed. I called once again and business had already closed for the day. 6 days have passed and never did they contact me. Would not recommend.

Caro, mal servicio, los trabajadores parece que re van a hacer un favor,lo hacen de mala gana y luego te cobran muchísimo.Eso sin contar que prefieren irse a hacer trabajos por fuera para sacar ellos dinero y te dejan tirada la compostura por horas...PESIMO SERVICIO
