I had to replace 4 rusted water valves. Called a few local plumbers who either charged way too much or didn’t bother to get back to me with an estimate. Ivan with Heavenly Plumbing was professional and responsive. Giving me an simple estimate from a few pics his tech showed up within a few days and did all the work within a few hours. I appreciated Heavenly Plumbings high quality work at simple price that didn’t change from his estimate. Thanks Ivan!

Don't be fooled! When you call for information or to schedule an appointment, their customer service is great, but if you have any issues/complaints, the customer service quickly goes down hill. The work done was good, although everything wasn't discussed prior to the work being done. When we had an issue with the billing, everyone from the owner, Jimmy, to the office manager, Candice and Cindy were all rude. I have never been talked to so negatively and from so many people at one company. I can honestly say they do not value customer service AT ALL. If you want to risk everything being done with no issues, then give them a call but if anything can possibly go wrong, don't expect them to be nice enough to fix/solve it. *If you don't believe me, sort the ratings by lowest score, you'll see for yourself how the owner handles his customers.*

Long story short joe rushing came out to Jett our pipes and said we had limbs and collapsed pipes said they don’t know how long it will last which cost us $535 and quoted us 7,000 to fix all the pipes and everything this is what it looks like 3 days later now they want to charge more to come unclog it. My dad is a veteran and he would like his money back as if they knew it wasn’t going to work they shouldn’t have charged us. I would recommend go to earl plumbing they are going to only charge $1400 instead of 7,000 from joe rushing my next step is taking them to court and writing the BBB how can they take advantage of people like this!! Please stay away from these people..

I highly recommend Plumbgreat Plumbing. My hot water heater was leaking and Charles came out right away to look at it. He checked all the valves and fittings and confirmed the tank was bad and needed to be replaced (it was over 13 years old). After discussing the problem and going over some options, he installed a new one for me the same day and hauled off the old one. He even checked the rest of the house for any other issues. Luckily everything else was fine, but it was good peace of mind to get a complimentary inspection from a professional. Plumbgreat lived up to their name. Fast, reasonable, friendly, and overall a quality job! A++

Can't say enough good things about this great company. My husband and I were so weighed down by the stress of our sewer line. Our insurance had initially denied paying any cost of repairs. Thanks to Ashley, office manager, they were able connect with the insurance company and got them to pay half of the cost. It helped us tremendously. Ashley was also able to get us financing and it was off the charts!! WesTex Plumbing was extremely professional, courteous and a great team overall. They were able to get us going in about 2 days. Replace sump pump and water heater for my elderly mother in January they're incapable of submitting a claim to State farm for my mother still to this date in June Ron told me he would handle everything claims he tried it three times then he said he would send me a hard copy of the plumbers report still hasn't done it have a text from him where he said he was doing me a favor by giving me a receipt ???
