Ivans team was outstanding! They were very responsive and scheduled next day service for a non emergency fix. I have an older house in St Pete and my spigot/ water hose did not work. They were on time, cleaned the area, and fixed the issue. Will def recommend this company.

I had an emergency unexpected toilet clog and I called A1 and they were the only ones that I could get out on the same day!! When I called the lady who answered was very pleasant and advised me that my window was 10am-1pm. Not only did they come quick but I received my call for him to come around 15 mins after setting my appointment with them. Justin Dix was my plumber and he was great!!! He was quick, efficient, and able to spot the problem asap. He completed the job within an hour! His temperament and demeanor was very personable and professional! Also what I love about A1 was after my appointment was confirmed they texted me a picture of who would be working on my toilet, which I appreciate because I want to know who I am allowing into my home!

Joe Rushing got to me quickly and their Technician was very polite and so professional, I would 100% recommend!

Michael came to our house and installed our toilets. Super friendly, showed up on time, and called before he got here. He did a great job and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend him. I was recommended to him by a neighbor who was recommended to him from another neighbor!

Still amazed by this work. Thanks for sticking with it and not giving up. If you need any type of plumbing work, you need to contact d’s plumbing solutions. They will stay until a solution has been found. They do not give up, they are relentless at finding pipe locations. I have a 1984 home with copper pipe in the slab. They knew where to go and their diagnosis was on point with re routing pipe and abandoning the leaky pipe. Check out how clean the soldering is on the copper. After being told I needed a new hot water heater by another plumbing firm, I called George's Sons plumbing for a second opinion as the unit was only four years old. I was relieved when they came out and made a quick fix that saved me $ 1,800. I was so impressed with the honesty, I asked them to quote out a mister system for my backyard and saved myself over $ 3,000. Can't say enough good things about this great company. My husband and I were so weighed down by the stress of our sewer line. Our insurance had initially denied paying any cost of repairs. Thanks to Ashley, office manager, they were able connect with the insurance company and got them to pay half of the cost. It helped us tremendously. Ashley was also able to get us financing and it was off the charts!! WesTex Plumbing was extremely professional, courteous and a great team overall. They were able to get us going in about 2 days. The owner of the company even called us to make sure we were happy with their service. We are extremely grateful for good people like WesTex Plumbing. Use them for all of your plumbing needs!! I called everyday plumber for a clogged bathroom sink and to replace two sink overflows. Felix Rivera came to do the work and I had him check also my garbage disposal which was also leaking and it needed to be replaced . Had him check my three toilets because of a water leak and he rebuilt the inside of two toilets which he said were worn out and replaced a whole toilet unit. What I liked about Felix is the education he gave me of how things work and showed me the parts (old rotted out garbage disposal), of the items he had to replace. Never knew there was so much science to a working toilet. :) In any case, I liked Felix very much and he definitely is a SKILLED PLUMBER! Thanks Felix!

The job was never finished. They were scheduled to come back two different days and did not show up or call to let us know why. They are cheaper than the other plumbing company’s, but we have experienced with these people that you get what you pay for. Knowing what I know now, I wouldn’t hire them to sweep my driveway!

First, I had the gas line that needed to be installed. He’s so quickies in and out no wonder it’s not right… The gas company was here they red flagged, my gas line and stove. He will not repaired or fix it. He said he did not do the job I sent him over both checks canceled. He cashed them one for 375 for the gas line and one for 350 for changing out to on off valves . I know I got ripped off but I needed it done. And now that gas line is gonna cost me over 300 again because I have to be taken out replaced properly and put in. I’m going to file with the Better Business Bureau and I’m going to file with a small claims for my $375 back.
