Dave and Travis installed a new electric high efficiency hot water heater and two water heaters, and cleaned up some old lead plumbing that had already been disconnected. Not only that, when I had my health inspection and there were a few plumbing things that didn't pass, they came right out and helped me get up to code to open. They did a great job, kept everything pretty clean, and were friendly and helpful.

I called Roland for all my plumbing jobs. Roland is very professional, knowledgeable and ready to help. He went beyond my expectations and saved me money by pointing me towards getting some parts replaced by warranty.

I was very satisfied with the service and Lupe was very professional and polite. I was very satisfied on how he repaired our faucet and was very great at communicating what he was doing and was honest on the cost and everything. Craig was the best plumber I could have gotten! He was very informative with what our problem probably was, and how to explain that to my wife and me. They were knowledgeable and trustworthy. I couldn't even get a hold of some of these other companies that say they offer same day service. Would definitely call Navarro Plumbing again!

Wow! That was my wife's, daughter's and my remark after using Dr. Plumber for the first time. Jack was great! We called him at 2 PM and told him we were having a going away dinner for our daughter and we had a plugged up kitchen drain line which presented a problem. He said he could help us out even though one of his employees had called in sick that day and he was busy with his regular appointments. He fit us into his schedule, arrived on time and fixed our kitchen sink problem, and then the GOOD news, the price was GREAT - really GREAT. When I find a great service provider in the Reno/Sparks area I want to pass this information on to others. Yes, I would use him again in a heartbeat! By the way, I suggest you start using Google+, not Yelp. Yelp started charging $$$ to the business for listing client information!

From the start Barry and his team of professionals walk you through every step from understanding your need over the phone to explaining the final steps before leaving the job site. Our plumber was J. R.. He and his partner did quality work that was on time, clean and with little to no additional wall cutting needed. I would highly recommend Accu-Find if you have a slab leak.

Cass plumbing replaced a hot water heater. The equipment they used was different from the initial quote. They never discussed this change with me. I also later found out (when I had a 4 point inspection done) that the cpvc coming out of the pressure relief valve was not to code as it ended more than 6 inches from the ground (it was a foot or so off of the ground). This could have caused someone to get scolded with hot water. Apparently their installers don't understand plumbing codes or just don't care. They also used shark bites on the plumbing to connect to copper. Apparently shark bites should only be used as a temporary solution as told by a licensed professional. I had to have both of these items remediated by another plumber.

I was disapointed. They came and inclogged my tub, but now my hot water trickles out. I called them back and they said it would cost another $700 to fix what they broke. And is isnt their fault caise we have old pipes.
