I hired the Drain Doctors in Toledo, OH to reconnect my toilet (which included replacing the O ring) and to install a new sink faucet. They charged $550. The sink was not leaking prior to them coming out. I was just wanting a more modern faucet. After they left sink was leaking. I contact them to come out again and they could not fix the leak. I was told I would need to pay an additional $250 so they can change out the shut-off valves. Since the leak was coming from the PVC pipes and not the shut-off valves I declined and contact another plumbing company. The new plumber repaired the leak for a minimal charge and did not need to replace the shut-off valves. The new plumber was also very surprised I was charged so much for little work. I typically do not leave reviews but felt this situation warranted one.

We had Jason and Corey come out from Drain Doctor on super short notice for a problem that my fiance and I have been having for a couple of years now, and they were quick and thorough! I appreciate their kindness and knowledge! They explained to me the problem and solutions very plainly and without making me feel dumb 🤣 If we ever have to call Drain Doctor again I want them to come out and help us but hopefully that won't be for a while 🤣🤣🤣

This company came to my house to fix a gas link and did nothing at all but just sit out side and eat lunch then came and told me it’s fixed the gas company told me it was even worse then before and asked me if they did anything at all because it did not look like it 10 out of 10 this company is a joke

I had a leaky tub faucet and no hot water, so I called Drain Doctor. They had plumbers at my house within an hour! They were very friendly and professional, and they went out of their way to make sure everything was done right. They even cleaned up before they left. I felt like they charged a reasonable amount also. It was well worth it to get a hot shower with no leaks. I highly recommend this company, and will definitely be calling them again for any future issues!

Cannot express the amount of satisfaction I have from this company. Customer services is above and beyond, and everyone is kind an courteous. Had them do the jet for my main drain under the house, highly recommended and worth the money. Will continue to do business in the future with them, they're the only plumbers I'll call.
They replaced 2 vavles for a water main and they over charged for $500 when it should only be $200. Even with a hour of service they way over priced. Wont ever use them again.

My basement had sewage back up overnight. As a new homeowner I never experienced this in my life. I called the Drain Doctor and Amber was able to get me in within 2 hours same day. I was not on site at time of visit but my wife said Joel was very knowledgeable and professional. Everything was fixed within a few hours and I could not be more happier with their service. I cannot say enough good things about Drain Doctor and Jason. We had a sewer pipe backing up and Jason came out on a Sunday night and worked until midnight to fix it. Drain Doctor was honest, reliable, knowledgeable, and quick to fix the problem. Jason took care of us and provided a level of service that you just don’t get anymore and beyond that he truly cared about helping us during a trying time. If you need any plumbing work, this company should hands down be your first call.
Jason and Nick were friendly and professional and got us flowing again in no time. They’ll be the first people I’ll call in the future.

Jason Cousino came out to our house. It is over 100 years old and he was clearly very knowledgable about the needs of an older house and things to watch for. He told us things my husband could do, and things we'd need to plan for in the future. This was in addition to fixing the issue we called him for quickly. I really appreciate him taking the time he did to go over everything and make sure I understood. Older houses can be tricky and I just moved here 2 weeks ago. Having someone that I already know I can call is a huge weight off my mind.

The manager Amber was awesome at helping us out with bringing somebody out to help us with our plumbing! She was very professional and courteous. They did a fantastic job replacing my toilet - they came in reviewed the issue - we discussed a couple options - they went and purchased a replacement, installed, put the old one in my trash bin and broke it up and it was picked up with my regular trash. They cleaned up any mess/parts and I was back to working order in about 1 hour. I would hire them again in a second - I wouldn't even consider any other company. I am working with them to remove my tub and replace with walk in shower;

Had very poor water pressure in the upstairs bathroom - both the sink and the tub. Amber did a great job on the phone taking all of my information, and Jason he awesome out at the job site. Jason showed up right on time and was able to quickly diagnose where the blockage was occurring, and swiftly replaced two brass PEX connectors that had calcified over time. Water was flowing great immediately. Professional, high quality work done at a very fair price!
Frozen pipes at the worst time. They responded promptly and even came back when we had additional problems. Would highly recommend Drain Doctor for your plumbing problems. Can't say enough good things about the service!

I’ve used Drain Doctor several times. Each time if felt the quote was fair. They come out quickly and work with your schedule. I even needed a plumber on Christmas Eve and they were there quickly and didn’t charge extra for their service. Today I needed my main valves replaced and brought up to code. Once the water was turned back in and they were checking the water from the faucets, and issue with the bathroom sink was found and it was fixed with no extra charge. He even went to the hardware store and bought a replacement faucet! He was patient and helpful. I will definitely use them again and refer friends and family to use them

I am very pleased with the service I received today. They sent out Jason and Nick right away. They were prompt, attentive, and fixed the problem in a timely manner. They even took out my trash. I will definitely call them again when needed.
Showed up when they said they would and promptly cleared the drain. I'm a very happy customer, will use again if needed.
