Van Allen plumbing came out to Lemmon Valley and re-piped our 1972 mobile home in one day at a reasonable price.
Hallelujah, we have strong water pressure again. They were polite, professional and respectful of our home. Of course, there was light cleaning to be done after they left, but overall the place was left tidy and in better shape than when they arrived.

Great experience with Van Allen plumbing. Water heater broke on a Sunday and by Tuesday new one installed and this while working with the home insurance company which can take a few business days to sort out. Roman and Martin outstanding customer service. Will definitely hire again.

When I couldn't get it done. I called van Allen. They set me up for an appointment for the next day. Not only did they fix the leak. They sealed up the Frame behind the spout. Great job. 10/10 would call again.

Mike one of the technicians verbally stated a week without hot water was not an emergency unless we get paid extra for it and we'd have loved to pay extra for it, unfortunately Mike answered the phone at a number given to us by our home warranty company and he couldn't be more bothered to discuss the issue, cursing several times, talking over me, and laughing, belittling the fact that a house 6 people and 3 kids have no hot water, Mike and subsequently Vanallen plumbings stance that there is no emergency unless Vanallen gets paid extra (Vanguard as professionals can not assess the situation take ownership and call for a fee increase? Wonder why..... Popular football game weekend... Go figure Mike stated we just don't work Weekends to my wife after the big game they do? well if your paid extra and no football Mike and Vanallen does, but it's situational. Currently carving out as much time as I need to bring attention to Vanallen Plumbing and their core values and the pillars that make up their belief system as a business and ensure on my end that today every warranty company that gives them warranty work will know, it's my goal to hopefully show the warranty company's the reasons why they should eliminate sending work orders to them, I personally have been a technician for many years but am traveling currently or I'd have not bothered Mike and Vanallen during football, Mike refused give me his bosses number, fair. Enough but when you call every person on the website or the main number, it just goes straight to Mike.

Had a minor emegency... sick family with backed up pipes (not good).They gave me a flat rate. Came within the hour. Friendly and respectful. I would recommend, and use them again.

They charged me 2 hours labor when they were only here for 25 minutes. What a rip-off.

So I was initially happy with Van allen plumbing until, 2 different plumbers explained to me that the repair they came out and made was something that is only normally used as a temporary fix, not permanent. The plumber that came out from van allen plumbing, made it seem like he was doing us a favor with his fix, when in actuality he was avoiding having to weld the copper pipe. I tried even calling the office and was refrd to ROMAN, who is yet to even acknowledge I reached out to him with concerns. I never had a problem getting them to take my 💰 tho. The copper pipe shown in the pictured use to be 1 consecutive L shaped pipe b4 it was hacked off and hosepipe repaired. Just because something meets regulation doesnt always mean its the best fix...weighing my options. Wow! Itsme itsme

Replaced my water heater and brought it up to code through my home warranty provider. They were professional and did a nice job. The extra I had to pay to bring it up to code was reasonable.

Absolutely incredible service from Van Allen Plumbing! We had a huge issue with another company that wanted to charge us double the amount of Van Allen Plumbing and we couldn't even get ahold of them to discuss payment options and the service after the first time they came out. VAP came out and diagnosed the issue, sent it to the home warranty company immediately after leaving our house and we had a new water heater installed within a week after fighting the other company from the beginning of August until now,Beginning of November. Josh is who helped us along with Carlos and they were both very professional and awesome to work with! Josh explained in full detail everything for us of the full diagnosis and what needed to be replaced and what the out of pocket most likely would be. We had no problem paying the out of pocket to them, the service,how fast they were and how professional they handled everything and took us seriously, made it worth it! I highly recommend using them for all your water heater needs and I will definitely be doing Buisness with them again in the future should we need it.

Martin was very professional and helpful he explained everything to me so I understood what happened, he fixed the situation and everything is great now.

Van Allen Plumbing has been referred to me twice through American Home Shield. The first time was last November for a leaking bathtub on the second floor and yesterday to replace my water heater. Both times Josh was the plumber to come out for service. He's very fast and gets it done right the first time. I would recommend this company and plumber to anyone. Total professional.

Called not long after submitting an AHS request for warranty service, and were in and out a few hours later, replacing the dysfunctional garbage disposal that had thrown a screw causing damage and lock up. Thanks Josh for the professionalism and quick turnaround!!

My granddaughter pulled the shower trap cover out while playing in the shower and her yellow ducky went down the drain lol So I called Van Allen Plumbing who are only several blocks from us. They were able to send help within an hour of my call. Josh was able to get the ducky out and save us from having a blockage problem!!! I recommend this business they were professional and timely with response to our plumbing problem.

Do not support this incredibly immature owner. If you want to be charged $180 for a couple of guys to sit in their van and eat their lunch, he's your guy.

This is probably the most cruel someone has ever treated me in a professional setting. When I discovered that I was overcharged by an hour and called to inquire with Wallace Van Allen—the owner—I was name-called, demeaned and told that I should be charged *more* just for wasting his time on the phone. He refused to even hear my perspective, spoke over me talking in circles and making things up, and ultimately told me I was wrong and refused that I had any legitimate perspective, even though I had doorbell camera footage proving otherwise.

Excellent service!! And fast response! Josh got everything fixed up and was great!

I called and got Mike immediately on the phone, he took my information and had Gabriel out within the hour.

Gabriel was quick, professional and polite. He cleared the clog in our drain very quickly and without any hassle. He even took a look at our kitchen faucet and tightened up the valve without hesitation.

So glad to have this team to call on especially on a Sunday morning.

I called to get a quote for our hot water heater replacement. Roman was very responsive and Van Allen was reasonably priced. They were able to replace it the same day unlike other plumbers. I would most definitely recommend Van Allen Plumbing to all my friends and family.

My insurance company send a work order to this company. They will not answer the phone or call back.
