Had a water main leak issue. Excellent service provided. Came out later in the day and stayed until the job was done right. Very professional, since pipe was already exposed he took that into consideration when quoting the repair cost. Pricing was very reasonable. This is a fairly new business start-up to my understanding but the quality and professionalism displayed you would think they’ve been around for many years. Would not hesitate to use them for any future needs that arise.
Phay Plumbing provides excellent services and I would highly recommend them. I called Michael at Phay Plumbing early in the morning and on the first ring he picked up the phone. Michael is highly professional, responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. Not only that he walked me through the troubleshooting steps over the phone, he came over within minutes to resolve the problem and he did not even charge for the service! Michael is a game-changer in AZ Plumbing industry and I would definitely use his services again.
We had a washer supply valve break and spout water all over today. I called 6 other plumbers and the only other one that actually answered the phone said sorry, six weeks out. Phay answered the phone, prioritized our job immediately, and showed up and handled it expertly. I've already told three other people about them and won't go anywhere else for future plumbing needs. I'm sold.

Phay plumbing was fantastic. Micheal reached out almost immediately to schedule service on our water heater and then showed up exactly when he said he would. He found the issue, showed us what happened and explained our options. Upon reviewing that with us he made the repairs we agreed upon and charged a reasonable price for those repairs. We were so happy with the work we had him schedule to come back out the following week to do a sotwater install. He didnt pressure us in any way to purchase it but was something we had been looking at and our hard water was the source of the water heater issue so Michael provided us some options and came out the following week. No issues, fair price and great service. I'm keeping his card for all future plumbing needs no doubt about it.

He is one of fairest price and reliable plumber around. I called 3 other plumbers before I called phay. I called phay on a Saturday afternoon. He showed up the next day early and ready to get the job done.

Mike was such a pro. He ran into some issues with the machine he was using, which was not a big deal at all to us, but he quickly addressed the issue, finished the job well, and told us we didn’t have to pay because of the inconvenience. What a nice guy to offer that to us, so we wanted to leave a five-star review to express our gratitude and attest to his good work.

What a fine young man! He is very honest and has such a great work ethic! He explains everything as far as cost in detail. He is very thorough and makes sure his customers are 100% satisfied before he leaves. We just can’t say enough good things about Michael.
I’d like to add one more praise: he installed the vanity light in the bathroom where he was working at no cost to us. This was to save my older husband from having to climb a ladder.

After two other plumbers could not determine the reason for the low water pressure in our new utility sink we called in the best plumber. We spoke with Michael in the morning. He showed up when he said he would and he solved the issue within a half hour. He explained the problem and the solution. He was very professional, honest and thorough. Michael from Phay Plumbing was amazing throughout our whole process of getting our kitchen remodeled. When we found the leak in our kitchen late at night he responded right away to fix the issue, recommended a great restoration company to move forward with to get everything dried out and fixed. We really appreciated Phay Plumbing for everything they did to help us in a tough situation. Very friendly, professional, honest and transparent. Michael is totally focused on the issue, and when called he makes sure he handles the issue the same day.
He identified a water leak with my hall wall within a half hour, and finised job within a few hours.
He explained job thoroughly. He also explained next step with mitigation/restoration.

I had one of the best contracting experience with this company. Have dealing with multiple contractors Phay Plumbing was a life saver. Came out the same day to fix another companies mistake, was very kind and professional. Did really well at explaining everything in a understanding manor. Michael was able to give a fair estimate of the installation cost of the new kitchen sink, and installed it within a week at that estimated price. He was able to complete the installation in only a few hours, which required slightly increasing the existing cutout for the sink.

He also came out on a Sunday morning to assist in getting the line installed and testing of the burners. Mike is the best! He quickly responded to my message and came over to assess an issue I was having with my shower not having hot water. He took apart everything to see what the issue was. Even after appropriately diagnosing the problem, he did not pressure me to follow through with hiring him to fix the problem and still put everything back together. He went out of his way to check for a certain part at the store just to let me know it was in stock! His pricing is extremely fair and he is just a great person to work with. I found Mike to be down to earth and I will make sure to keep his contact information and to share with others! I am very thankful for Michael Phay with Phay Plumbing. He called me back within minutes after I reached out and his knowledge was immediately evident. He was able to make an assessment from the pictures I sent him and fit me in the same day , it was late evening so it seems to me this was above and beyond. When I worked with previous plumbing companies I have had to wait days to get help so talk about being prompt! My issue was related to a dishwasher not draining. He quickly diagnosed the issue in the drain tube and walked my husband through the process as he did it so if it happens again we can fix it ourselves. While this is not necessarily an emergency with two toddlers, it was really great to get our dishwasher back with our busy family! We used a previous chain company for a similar issue and it was not a great experience. I would absolutely recommend Phay Plumbing and will 100% using them again if the need arises.

I was changing my toilet to a new one, the on/off water valve snapped off and started leaking bad I called other plumbers but they couldn't get to it until the next day then I called phay plumbing and within 30 minutes he was at my house fixing it and the entire time he was talking my through what he was doing and even found other problems I had. He ended up having to replace the valve, a flange that was extremely old and even installing the new toilet for free.

He didn’t just want to do a quick job and run, he took time to ask questions and made sure his job was 100% perfect before leaving. He worked on my toilet and my RO system.
