Repair to my boiler was repaired pretty quick.
After the repair man left I noticed a drip coming from another area and called to see if person could return to fix the issue. I was informed someone would come but after a couple of days I called back and informed the man that no one had come or called back. He informed me that someone would be there in a couple of hours.
I was not happy about having to pay again for labor.

I've been with NorthEast Mechanical since I moved into my house 10 yrs. Ago. And they have always been exellent. They even put in a water heater for me in 2017. The service has always been very professional, knowledgeable and honest. This time is no exception. Great job. I highly recommend them.

Every technician I’ve spoken with from Northeast Mechanical has been incredibly professional, respectful, and kind. They also are honest and reliable, and have saved me money on multiple occasions. I cannot overstate how much better my experiences have been with this company than others in the Fort Wayne area. Northeast Mechanical has definitely earned my loyalty as a customer.

I called another HVAC company at 3:00 p.m. on a Friday and was told I'd be charged higher weekend/emergency fees for same day service on our furnace which was not working correctly the weekend before a frigid January forecast. Hung up and called Northeast Mechanical. NE was able to come out that day and fixed our problem for a very reasonable fee. Had glorious heat all weekend -- very pleased with my experience!! Would definitely call them next time I need repairs or routine service!!

When they installed the new A/C unit, they used my new power disconnect, whip, and old lines running into the house. I really thought that they would give some sort of discount for using all of the stuff I already had. I guess not. I was told that my furnace was too big for my house and that they would have to slow down the fan so the new AC unit would work correctly. That didn’t happen. Not sure if I will use this company again.

I am beyond satisfied with the service that I received when my a/c needed repair. Joel was knowledgeable and courteous. He explained every step and took the time to answer my questions. He completed my repair in an efficient and timely manner and the cost was significantly less than I expected. Furnace not working, technicians came over the same day I called. Thermostat needed replaced. Loaned me a used thermostat until new one arrived and installed the day after I received it. Prompt and professional service!

Our AC went out during 90 degree weather. Northeast was very communicative and efficient. Took him not even 10 minutes to get it up and running again. He also replaced our filter. I would recommend doing business with them to anyone. I even signed a contract to have them come out and service our furnace and AC for a year.
Jimmy was the MAN. From call to finish it was only 2 hours.

The owner himself came out and looked at everything and gave me a good price for replacing everything. He has good conversation and explains everything very well and in detail on what you are getting and what they will be doing step by step. The installers are quick and very professional.

Cannot recommend Northeast Mechanical enough! We have been using them for the last 3-4 yrs. They call and schedule bi-yearly servicing for our systems but also they handled our new heating install Nov 2021. We had some recent issues with the system (not due to Northeast) but they were so helpful and understanding in frustrating times. Treat their customs like family and just all around pleased! Josh and all of his team were so professional and amazing!

A great crew with positive attitude. Dave (owner) had agreed to run a gas line for me while they were here to upgrade the furnace. It turned out to be a more difficult job than expected and required an unexpected second visit. To his credit, Dave stuck to his original quote, they got it done and did a solid job and we're happy with the new furnace and gas stove. Every one of these guys - Tom, Josh, Ian, Mikai - are great to work with and they are the only guys I'll call for HVAC and related service.

We started with Northeast Mechanical with a basement remodel eight years ago. We are thrilled when we
go downstairs to the basement in the winter months because it is warm and toasty. No need for a sweater.
Northeast Mechanical also found a way for our bathrooms on the main floor to have heating and cooling. In one bathroom, there was an electric heater mounted on the wall. This was taken off. A path for a duct from the furnace/air conditioner was found and installed through the bathroom floor. The other bathroom had no heat or cooling. The same process happened again for this bathroom.
We also have Northeast Mechanical routinely checkout the heating and cooling systems at the beginning of fall and winter. This ensures that these systems are always operational when needed.
We highly recommend Northeast Mechanical for your HVAC needs because we have never been with out heat or air-conditioning when needed.
They were recommended by Home Depot. Austin came out and fixed the pilot light on the water heater. He advised that the heater was old and needed replacing. A couple of days later we had him come back out to give us a new water heater. He did it in the time he said, and did a great job. We are very pleased with them.

Unbelievable service! Needed a water heater replaced urgently because of our granddaughters birthday and 20+ people coming over Saturday. Called Thursday and they installed it Friday! We had a problem with our furnace that needed to be diagnosed and corrected. Two of our children had expressed very good service and experiences with Northeast Mechanical. I gave them a call and promptly scheduled a service call. Tom showed up on time and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was personable, professional, and offered appreciated comments about our system and possible maintenance options. We plan on using Northeastern for future assistance with our HVAC system.

They sent a tech to my house while I was at work. The technician said we needed a new part and they would get back with us on a price. Days later still no response so my wife called them back and they sent out a supervisor. The supervisor quoted around 700 dollars to my wife. We decided to get a second opinion. Good thing. I dont know if they just mis diagnosed the problem or were trying to take advantage of a woman but all I needed was a Thermostat. That second opinion saved me 600 dollars.
