I contacted Dignity Plumbing to install a 1” PE pipe from the 1.25” gas stub at rear of my home to 75,000 BTU masonry gas grill (Bull) of my pergola pad.
Junior called back shortly thereafter and gave me a preliminary quote. He then helped me pull the permit as the owner/contractor. Finally, Junior performed all work from permit approval to final gas.
Junior has a rare personality that’s easy going but very informational and professional. He was prompt, courteous, detail-oriented, and respectful. More importantly, his responsiveness was second to none.
My gas line passed inspection without incident. After which, Junior returned to complete the hookup and BBQ grill testing.
I highly recommend Dignity Plumbing. They didn’t let me down, so I know they won’t let you down either.

Discovered on a Monday that our water heater was leaking. Went to Home Depot that night to look at options. Thought about going with them, but after looking at the HD contractor’s reviews I decided to look elsewhere. Couldn’t have been more pleased after choosing Dignity Plumbing. I called them on Tuesday, they came out that day and provided an assessment / estimate. We scheduled the installation for the next day, and by Wednesday at Noon, I had hot water again. Our tech (Pete) was very knowledgeable, friendly, and did a great job. Would definitely recommend.

Estevan arrived at my home, on time, to replace an exterior hose bib. I had already gotten estimates with other plumbers. Estevan's was the most reasonably priced, and he provided the best warranty. He was polite, told me all that he was doing, and completed the work in a very timely manner. I will definitely use Dignity Plumbers again, as needed.
Jeramy arrived on time and immediately began the installation. He was pleasant to work with and show me how he installed faucet. Interaction with him was very enjoyable, and he knew exactly how to install the faucet. The price was reasonable and his work was first class. They were able to find the problem quickly and got me set up with home insurance to get things rolling. Dignity Plumbing has been amazing to work with. They came out to give us a quote. Their prices were very reasonable and fair. His communication is above and beyond what I expected. With every appointment, he sends a text confirmation that includes everything he will be doing along with the quote. They ran a gas line to our outdoor kitchen grill and ran an additional outdoor water spicket . I highly recommend this company. We will be using them again for anything else we need plumbing or gas wise.
Estevan came back to our house this morning to do some more work for our outdoor kitchen. He installed a drain from our ice box and installed larger gas for the grill & 2 burner stove. He’s fabulous and the only plumber we’ll be using going forward.

Moses arrived on time. He listened attentively while I explained my issues. He asked further questions to make sure he understood my issues. He performed a thorough examination of the area where the smell was coming from. He determined this was not a plumbing issue but rather an appliance issue (the discharge line from my dishwasher was where the smell was coming from.) I asked if his company had a recommendation for a reputable appliance company. His company provided that information.
He further recommended having my sewer pipeline scoped out with a camera, told me why and provided a price. I called his company and an appointment was scheduled for this service to be done. Moises can out at the anointed time and performed this service. There were no issues found, so I was charged much less than the original quoted price! I am very impressed with Dignity Plumbing and will use them again if I have any plumbing problems and will certainly recommend them to my friends!!!

Totally WOWED from my first call when it was answered live, to their availability before I was available, to notice of departure to my residence, to on time arrival, to the quick and fairly priced estimate, to a job well done!!! The tech was friendly, professional and courteous. I was extremely impressed that I was given an estimate over the phone upon request (with a range) and advised that it might not be exact if something unexpected is discovered. Fair enough!! Most plumbing companies will refuse to give you an idea of cost, which means you have NO idea what they will charge for something that could be a standard repair or replacement. Other plumbing companies I talked to said if I don't like their price, I will only pay a service charge of $85, for nothing but their arrival and over priced quote!! We were impressed from start to finish!!! We will without doubt use Dignity Plumbing in the future!!

Super business from my first phone call to the moment Jeremy walked out the front door. They confirmed the appointment by text, let me know, again by text, when he was on his way, arrived on time, replaced the thing in the toilet tank because it was leaking, and fixed a leaky faucet. Estevan came over and gave me a few options from cheap to the most expensive one. I went with the middle option. At no point he ever tried to up-sell me which I found to be very nice and honest.
The day of the installation they came on time as scheduled and actually finished before the time they had told me. Answered all my questions, and did an amazing job.
Whenever I or someone I know is in need of awesome, honest, and knowledgeable plumbers I am calling Dignity.

I am having water pressure issues. They came out and checked things over & suggested I have the City come out and make sure the meter is working properly. They could have very easily just told me I had to replace my water line from the meter to the house & I would have believed them. They didn't even charge me! If it is not the meter, yes I will have to replace my water line & I will definitely be using Dignity Plumbing. This is a company you really can trust, which is hard to find these days!

Huge thank you for coming out and getting us taken care of so fast. 1 of our toilets had started leaking from a crack in the tank, they came out the same day and gave us a quote and then back the next morning to install 2 new toilets so we had matching toilets. Pete was very knowledgeable and honest, will definitely use them again for any plumbing issues we have.

Dignity plumbing installed my water softener and they did an amazing job. On time and very knowledgeable. They even installed a reverse osmosis system for me that I purchased separately and was going to do myself but they hooked it up! These guys give a very fair price and don’t rip you off like the big names in the industry do. I will be using them again if I need some plumbing done and I highly recommend! Update on 10/7/2022. I used them again to install a pressure relief valve on my water inlet line. Price was half of other plumbers and they always do really good work. Are very friendly and answer all of my questions. Highly recommend!!
These people are the real deal and their integrity is beyond reproach. Estevan and his team put a water softener in our home about 10 months ago. The equipment is high quality and has worked wonderfully. We previously had a cheaply made softener from a big box store and their system is affordable, yet high end quality. Additionally, we wanted it placed in a specific place and they made sure that all the pipes and fittings were perfectly arranged to fit in the space we wanted.
This past week, the machine was accidentally unplugged and I called back to ask them whether or not they should come back and double check to be sure it was working and still programmed correctly. Jeremy called me back within just a few minutes and instead of saying sure I'll come look at it and charging me a fee to come look, he asked a few pertinent questions and assured me that it was going to be just fine. In this day and age, honesty, integrity and professionalism is not always present in a lot of businesses and I appreciate this.
We would wholeheartedly recommend Estevan and his team. We will never call another plumber for ANY of our plumbing needs.

I had a kitchen remodel and hired Dignity Plumbing for capping off a water line, changing the water line to my refrigerator and then after the new countertops were installed they came back to install the plumbing for the sink. They were not able to install the lines to the sink because it needed to sit for a 24 hr period which I was not aware of. So they came back at 7 am promptly the next day so I was not without water for any length of time. They are an excellent company with extremely good pricing. They are an A++++

Replaced pop ups in bathroom sinks
These guys are the real deal. Easy to reach for appointments. Explained everything thoroughly, so there were no hidden costs. Performed work when they said and kept to their estimate. Manufacturer sent wrong part and Jeremy ran out to get the part on the same day. I highly recommend them. They have excellent customer service and they do excellent work. They definitely go the extra mile to have a satisfied customer. I would hire again. They will be who we turn to for our plumbing needs. Also, no high pressure sales. I happened to ask about a water softener, and Jeremy said he'd send me an estimate. The cost to have them install one is very similar to what we were quoted form Lowe's, but it sounds like it would be a superior product. Oh, and they were clean about their work. He left no mess. Very happy!
Dignity installed a whole house water filtration and softener system for me. They were very responsive to my questions before installation and during installation. They were here on time and we’re finished the job quickly. Would definitely recommend them.
Estevan and Jeremy returned after the initial installation of the whole house system and installed a Reverse Osmosis unit. After a recent discussion with them, I realized I needed an RO system to be able to use household water in my CPAP. They responded in a timely manner and had the unit installed in no time at all. They were also very fair on the price of the unit. Would recommend their business for any plumbing problems or upgrades.

Moises came out to diagnose a new leak under our kitchen sink. He located the leak coming from our 12-year old garbage disposal. Moises took time to explain and show me where the leak was coming from. He presented different replacement options and pricing. After we chose the unit we wanted, Moises installed the new garbage disposal and put everything back under the sink. This is the second time we've used Dignity Plumbing. I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. We are very happy!
Had the outside service line ball valve replaced. My problem was solved. Prior my kitchen faucet and others would continue to run with the valve shut off. I could not replace anything that needed the water off. Moises Torres was the plumber - Excellent skills, personality, and just a great guy. Had valve replaced in an hour. Greatly appreciate not only Moises, but the office staff at Dignity who got back to me amazingly quick, gave me a firm quote because I sent them pictures via email, and kept me updated constantly. Excellence from a company is rare! Plumbing work is not cheap but at least with Dignity you know things will be done correctly and what the price is upfront.
