Brandon was very pleasant and informative
I chose Green Box to replace an old furnace. The furnace is perfect. The customer service is excellent. I can’t say enough good things about this company. While I was out of town during the frigid temperatures here in Lexington, my furnace stopped heating the house. I had replaced my filter before I left town. Green box came Christmas Eve and put the handle back on the furnace where I had not put it on correctly. Problem fixed.

We had a phenomenal experience today.
Unfortunately we ended up with a pump motor going out on our geothermal system last weekend. A technician came out and identified the problem… I was told that our pump motor would probably be “ overnighted”. Which was good due to the cold weather coming in….
Well… apparently the order was not followed up on… so … no pump motor today…
My husband is quite ill with Glioblastoma and… I have a respiratory virus…. Kinda tricky… not to mention our 37 year old parrot…
Laurie set it up so that Robert Caudill would deliver a couple of space heaters. THANK YOU LAURIE!
Robert came in, set the space heaters up… helped move Valentino, helped me reposition my husband, offered to bring fire wood from his house to help us…
Then… asked if he should pick up extra heaters (it was 6:00 )

My experience with GreenBox was nothing but positive. They said they would be at the house between 12-2 and showed up right at 12 which impressed me from the start. Brian Wilson (no, he wouldn't sing any Beach Boys tunes) was the representative that worked at my house. He was there to give an inspection of the heating system and I felt he gave it his full attention. He told me that my system was in good shape but that there were a couple of concerns for the future and even took pics of the interior of the heat pump showing some examples of mold, rust and deterioration from moisture were beginning to show up. He also replaced a thermostat that I had been having trouble with and all is now fine. Brian was a very friendly person to deal with and answered all my questions and explained things in a very understandable and professional manner. I had an Amazon Local Deal for GreenBox which prompted me to try them out and I'm glad I did. I will be going back to them for future service in the Spring and Fall for sure and feel confident that they will do a good job and give me fair recommendations. Highly recommend GreenBox. I've read some customer reviews of other similar companies in the area and GreenBox seems to beat them all and I can see why, from my own personal experience.

I must say that the service and professionalism that was put forth by the installation team consisting of Nathaniel, Zach, Kim, and Cody under the leadership of Wayne, was exactly what it needed to be.
Various problems and situations occurred during the installation of a new furnace system into a 1973 model mobile home. They successfully succeeded inspite of all the challenges and maintained their composure while doing so.
I really appreciate GreenBox's dedication to the customer and this includes the dedication of the receptionists, estimator, installers, and technicians.
Because they did the right thing, I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them in the future.

I have been having intermittent issues with my AC unit basically all summer and I finally broke down and called someone to come look at it. I had honestly never heard of green box, but they had great reviews, so I decided to give them a shot. They were able to come do the service call the next day, which was great!
JD was the service tech who was sent out. I cannot say enough good things about JD. He was professional, courteous, and honest. He quickly fixed my issue and got our unit up and running.
As a younger single female, with very limited HVAC knowledge, being taken advantage of is always in the back of my mind. I could have easily been up-sold or told I needed a product or service that I didn't actually need, but I wasn't. JD was both honest and helpful.
I truly appreciate JD's help and will recommend both he and green box to anyone in need of AC repair and plan to use them for any needs of my own in the future.

Matt Barbour, my technician, was prompt and worked efficiently. He recommended an air purifier, clearly explained the benefits, and upon his recommendation; I had it installed. On his way in leaving he notice a leak with my hot water heater, and quickly scheduled an appoint with a Climate Control plumber to check on the leak.
I have always had excellent service with Climate Control, and today, Matt went above and beyond.

Before the company changed hands (Coleman Smith) it was run and managed much better and was more customer service oriented. Over the past couple of years the prices have continued to go up, you have to prepay for bundled or packaged maintenance visits and it seems all they try to do is sell you stuff you don't need followed by follow-up phone calls. My last maintenance visit I had to remind the tech to check something he had missed.

There was a sensor issue that took some troubleshooting to resolve - no error code on the unit but a safety error on the thermostat. Matt was able to resolve it and got the heat working again.
Robert Means came to our rescue when our air conditioning went out during the hottest part of the day. I felt like he was honest and very knowledgeable! He diagnosed our issue and ended up replacing our ancient thermostat for us that we would have struggled to do ourselves. Very appreciative of Robert!
Robert is awesome. Good dude, knows his stuff, gives helpful recommendations and isn’t pushy about sales. He’s respectful of my home and my family, and my systems always run better after he’s been here. Can’t give him high enough praise.
The repairman arrived at my house on Saturday afternoon. He looked at my furnace (didn’t actually do anything just looked at it). He walked around my yard. He smoked a cigarette in his van. He couldn’t answer any of my questions. Then billed me $139 for the visit, said someone would call me on Monday, and left. Needless to say, my furnace still doesn’t work.

My carbon monoxide detector went off earlier today. I called Greenbox to let them know. They were at our house within minutes. They were very concerned and asked us to go outside while they checked to make sure everything was OK. They were very nice they were very professional but most of all they really seem to care about our family. I highly recommend Greenbox for any needs that they can help you with.

0 stars. Certainly one of the worst HVAC repair companies in Lexington KY!
I had a refrigerant leak in my HVAC system that was diagnosed at initial service visit, charged me ~$90 for diagnostics. First greenbox employee said that he will come back next day to refill some R-410A and my AC should run again. He mentioned that the next visit would be free of charge and he mentioned the R-410A should be replaced free of charge (I think he underestimated the amount of R-410A needed).
Next day, the company sent out another employee to refill the R-410A refrigerant. To my surprise I was billed $250 for the second visit for 5lbs of R-410A. The employee told me the the price of Freon (R-410A) has gone skyrocket high due to the EPA regulations to protect the ozone layer (this is not true I think he was referring to R-22 refrigerant). I challenged the bill and contacted manager who told me the 2nd service visit was free but he still wanted to charge $50 per 1 lbs of R-410A !!! I said I can buy R410A refrigerant for $4 for a 1 lbs in store and was mislead at first service appointment that the R-410A would be free (given that R-410A is $4 per pound on the market not unreasonable to believe after paying $90 for a service visit). I told him he can come back to pump out the 5 lbs of R-410A he put in my HVAC system but he said he could not do that. We ended up negotiating a lower price for the R-410A similar to what more honest HVAC companies in Lexington KY charge (~$20 per 1 lbs). To make things worse the R-410A leak was never completely sealed off and my HVAC stopped working again due to low levels of refrigerant so I had to have another HVACservice company come by fix the leak and refill the R-410A refrigerant just a few months later. Will never use Greenbox again and tell all my friends and employees to not use this company

I would like to highly recommend Greenbox for others (especially who plan to replace their HVAC), and if possible, please contact David for it. He is a very reliable person, and he has good knowledge about HVAC. He knows what is the best HVAC system for my house, and the price was very reasonable by considering the good brand name, Byrant. If you plan to install a new HVAC system, I would like to recommend GreenBox for it and contact David.
Robert Caudill is an excellent trouble shooter and does a good job.
Kept trying to sell services not needed and not broke. Pressured to agree to job without providing a itemized copy of what they were doing. left my unit in pieces... the tech was not knowledgeable and couldn't answer basic questions about electricity. ... NEVER HIRE ANYONE WORKING IN ELECTRIC THAT DOESN'T UNDERSTAND IT!!!!!!!!! How they have a 4 star rating blows my mind. I just hope this guy isn't doing poor wiring. pricing was ridiculous two and a half times for another company... seven times the price to do it myself (and 45 mins... )... DON'T!

When Zach came to replace our compressor he was thorough in his explanation and wore his mask for Covid precautions. Left my Ac and Furnace in pieces after inspection. The tech told me I needed to decide on repairs within 5 mins cause the truck is leaving with the part.... Really?!! 5 mins isn't that something, how fortunate for me. I then called a parts store picked up the part and fixed it myself. saved 700.... took 20 mins. This guy was clearly trying to scam us.

Good morning green Boxwoods at my place around 4 on the 5th on the 5th technician said it was a switch had to replace it and it should work okay well it did yesterday oh, aye. I used Turbo plumbing for the leaking toilet at my business. I called and they dispatched Kirby early the next day. He solved the problem quickly and was neat.
I trust Green Box and Turbo Plumbing because they are professional at what they do!
Recommended a full replacement of system, next technician fixed for a few bucks in 10 minutes. Untruths to get 5000.00 when only 50.00 was necessary.
The Green Box technicians quickly confirmed that the blower motor for our HVAC system had died. They also quickly found the replacement part and moved some other less pressing appointments around for us, so we would not be without heat during the first cold week of the Fall. We are grateful for their responsiveness and professionalism.

Tanner and Campbell contacted me before the appointment time to ask if they could come early...when has that ever happened?? They arrived neatly dressed and wearing masks and gloves. They listened intently as I showed them the 3 areas that needed attention and then they explained how the repairs would be performed. Tanner used his phone to price the repairs and got my OK before proceeding. They then went to their van to get needed supplies together and got right to work. I could hear them throughout the process...they kept at it for over two hours to finish all the required repairs. These guys were friendly and professional throughout the repair. A story about thier good work they did for my 84yr grandmother
They installed a new HVAC system and did the duct work and everything.
Today the last part of the work they did is being replaced. The duct work was not braced up or wrapped with insulation. They pulled floor insulation down and never put it back up. Where they did such a poor job the duct work has/had separated for the vents and each other. So we were cool the crawl space more then our house. If you ever use them make sure you check their work under your floor. They will lie and everything about how they do it right but it will be wrong. They will not fix what they did or acknowledge the mistakes in inaccuracies that they did. Please be careful when use them either you or someone you trust go under the floor and make sure it done right. That way later you don't have to pay someone else to do the job right behind there so called right job!!

This company was excellent from beginning to end.. After getting 4 ridiculous quotes from Hvac companies in Lexington ,Greenbox was definitely the winner with the lowest price . They also install quality name brand products. My installers were Aaron and Seth ,they were true professionals . I’m a question asker and they answered every one to my relief they were very knowledgeable. The other Hvac guys that came to give quotes told us it would be a very difficult install . From start to finish just a all around pleasant experience. Brandon was very knowledgeable and didn't try to oversell,was constantly in touch throughout the replacement and I can't say enough about the install team of Jordan and Nathaniel. The job was in a crawlspace and to say challenging doesn't do any justice mating up a new system in a old house. The job took a little longer than expected but even as it turned dark,they continued on happily and NOT one time did I see any frustration on their faces or even bad body language. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!!

GreenBox deserves 10 stars!!!Their response time, professionalism, customer service, service techs, installers; they are all top notch. Tristan is amazing she always works so hard and diligently to make sure her customers are taken care of. Hannah and Deborah are always eager to assist and answer any questions you may have. Robert is the technician that usually comes to my property. He is very thorough and explains what's going on in detail. I have dealt with companies that will just charge a unit with freon(it's not cheap either), having you to believe that the issue is resolved only to have the freon leak out and waste your money. This doesn't happen with GreenBox, they will be honest and upfront with you... I have reached out to them several times this year for help and over the past year we have built a strong rapport together. About a month ago on the hottest day or the year so far, I had a compressor go bad. I contacted Tristan right away because I needed that unit up and running within a day. Understandable they were booked all the way into the following week and getting a compressor on short notice was wishful thinking as well. But somehow they managed to get a replacement and Paul the Service Manager, actually came out himself the next day and replaced the compressor. Paul is phenomenal!! I was desperate to have that unit repaired immediately; he knew this too and personally took care of the issue himself. Even the guest was impressed that it was repaired so quickly. That moment meant a lot to me personally and professionally and it solidified the already growing trust, they pulled through when I thought it would be impossible. I am forever grateful to everyone there... GreenBox is the only way to go!!

The workers themselves were good even though they did not accomplish anything other than telling me what I already knew about replacing my water heater. The business practices and lack of transparency from the company itself is what is discouraging for new home owners. We were informed about $99 diagnostic fee, which is fine and understandable. But failing to inform me that the hourly rate, FOR EACH EMPLOYEE, was $97.50 per hour. For 2 people to look at something and tell me I need a new water heater cost about $298, is ridiculous. Granted, if I knew about the rate initially and knew I would be paying for 2 people to show up and not fix anything, I probably would've passed and went somewhere else. The work your workers do may be great work, but not informing a customer up front on what to expect to pay has lost my trust in this company.

This July my downstairs AC Unit failed and knowing it was over 25 years old, I knew it was time to just replace it so I call Greenbox to quote me a new unit. Their Sales Rep, Sam Maybriar came out that same day and looked over my entire system and made a recommendation on a new Bryant Unit which I selected and they actually scheduled the installation the very next day! The installation team led by Zach did an awesome job in the entire installation from start to finish, explained everything and also cleaned up all the mess before leaving which we really appreciated. Sam Maybriar, our sales rep even stopped over during the installation process to ensure everything went as expected and in less then half a day I had cold air conditioning back in my home! I couldn't be happier with Sam and his team on the job they did at a very reasonable price and would highly recommend them for any HVAC or Plumbing issues! 5 Stars!

Tech charged me $99 to tell me my AC needed a recharge of freon. Stated there was a leak in the system somewhere but didn't even look. The issue was in my evaporator coil in my crawl space and the tech never even looked at it. I feel I did not get the service I paid for. Greenbox (and their plumbing company Turbo) did an excellent job replacing both our gas furnace and hot water heater. They were able to do the work quickly and efficiently all in one day. They took the time clean up after they were done and did a great job at communicating with us through out the process.
I am very impressed by the customer service I received at Greenbox. The person answering my call was kind and had a sense of urgency to address my need. I appreciated the text correspondence and the ability to coordinate timing of the technician’s visit. It was also great to see the technician get the problem quickly and provide an estimate to fix the issue while at my house. He then had time to actually do the work in one visit. I will call Greenbox again for my HVAC needs.

I called this company to address an issue of the filter size in my heating/air system. Upon their arrival, the technician opened the unit up and found 3 filters at the bottom of the unit which were there before I moved there. He told me the filter that I had placed in it was the wrong size. I asked him what size did I need and he told me without even measuring the area. I went and bought the size he said I needed and it was too big. The company charged me $89 dollars for nothing. Called office and they had no explanation. Not professional and will never use them again.
They were a hour late, but were very responsive after calling them about being late and 2 guys showed up and got it done in no time. The were very helpful/friendly with my questions.

Josh diligently and patiently walked us through all of the options for a new system heat pump blower and AC unit, and make great recommendations. The installers, Zach (the lead) and Christian were everything one would want: they were on time, personable and friendly, and professional; they worked really hard and did a great job on the installation; they checked their work and made sure it was correct before they left; and they did not leave until we had a complete understanding of the new system, how to operate it, and all our questions were answered. They did this all in the blazing heat and direct sun. Five Stars to Josh, Zach, and Christian. Perfect!

So my heat went out last week and I decided to have the system replaced. So I went through several companies to see who could give me the best price for my budget and Green Box and Dave gave me the best deal. On the day of the installation the two guys Chris and Blake showed up on time and did a great job on installing the new system. I was very pleased with the service I was given.
We've been using GreenBox for a number of years and have found they are very professional. During this time of the Covid 19 pandemic they have adjusted and instituted safety changes for both their employees and their customers. We appreciate it!
The serivce I was provided by Glen with Greenbox was above and beyond! I cannot say enough good things about this company and the service they provided. Glen went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and satidfied with the service he provided and that everything was working properly. My Dad’s AC wasn’t cooling and his house was almost 80 degrees at 9 pm. Called Green Box, Hailey returned my call, quickly and was super helpful and so sweet!! She texted me a photo of Matt (which is such an added bonus, knowing who was going to show up at your door, late at night). Matt arrived around 11:00 pm, was very courteous and helpful. Problem was diagnosed and fixed in under 30 minutes!!! Loaded him up with some homemade cookies and a drink and sent him home to his understanding wife! When our gas furnace was out, Greenbox gave an estimate of $575 to replace a $20 igniter. The technician, Ralph, stated that he would most likely break our furnace while trying to do the repair. He insisted that we go ahead and get an estimate on a new furnace.
We sent Greenbox away without doing the repair, and waited two more days with space heaters until our favorite independent HVAC contractor could come. After a few hours and less than half of the Greenbox estimate, our furnace was back up and running. Next time, I won't bother calling Greenbox.

Peter Roper was dispatched to a house that I own that has a #1 fuel oil furnace. These furnaces are old school and I was surprised that Peter was not an older individual and that he was so knowledgeable about these furnaces. Peter was very professional yet personable. He was very patient with my daughter and myself when he explained the process to bleed the supply line when it got air in it. If I need to make another call for service I will request GreenBox to send Peter. GreenBox can be proud of their employee Peter Roper.

We had water dripping through the ceiling from our A/C. The technician, Braden, did an in-depth and very thorough analysis of the system and soon found that a defective valve at the evaporator coil was the problem. Plus he found that the parts that need replacement are still covered by warranty. We are very happy with the service we received from GreenBox, we got competent support the same day we called!

I can’t express enough my displeasure with Green Box heating and air. If we had any choice at all in who services our apartment complex, it would be anyone but them. We’ve had over a years’ worth of issues with them, including zero communication, failure to fix our problems, missing appointments, inconsiderate technicians who destroyed our bathroom drywall and covered our possessions in dust, and let me emphasize this, our 8 month old unit is broken. Again. For a second time this year.
Seeing their trucks drive around makes me hot to the touch, find anyone else in the Lexington area. Green Box is a total waste of time (and over $10,000).

They responded quickly to my water heater emergency, made two recommendations (one tank, one tankless), allowed me a little negotiation, and was able to install the same day - even though I didn't say go until 1:30pm. Professional technicians were excellent. In fact, the two guys (Phillip and Tanner) worked until 10:30pm on a Friday to make sure it was setup an running correctly - including running a new gas line from outside to my HVAC closet. They went above and beyond! I was so glad to be able to get the dishes done and take a shower that evening!

We had some minor issues since the new system was installed. Lights were dimming, the blower was louder and stronger than our old system and we thought we may have been oversized, even though it was the same size unit as the old. Bairy came out and found a couple lugs on the breakers were a little loose, so he tightened them. This appears to have resolved the dimming issue. He also explained that the reason of being a 1/2 ton oversized for our home and how it shouldn't cause any issues. Last, he fixed some louvers in the closet that our indoor unit sits in. He made the louvers wider, which seems to have helped but we also have to get use to the new system. Thanks Greenbox for working with us to make this a smooth transition to a new unit.

I assume there is new ownership because I was stiffed on some warranty work a few years ago where what should have been a 15 minute job (where I alerted the technician that the problem was in the outside unit circuit board) ended up costing me over $400 in labor. When my high end thermostat went out I was advised it was under warranty, but wasn’t in stock. The weekend was set to be hot and I was scheduled for surgery later that day. I voiced my dismay regarding the prior experience and was told that a temporary thermostat could be installed that day at no charge which was done with just enough time for me to have my surgery (plate and screws in a fractured clavicle). Today the replacement thermostat was installed at a significant discount. Thanks!

We have used Climate Control ever since we moved to Lexington 5 year ago and couldn’t ask for a better experience. From installation to maintenance calls, they are very professional and knowledgeable. We wouldn’t even think of using anyone else!
We're having issues with our upstairs HVAC on a new construction completed in November 2020. Since completion the system hadn't been able to keep up with heat demand in the winter or cooling demand in the summer. All the bedrooms are on this floor along with one home office and they routinely reach 65 degrees in Winter and 83 degrees in the summer. It's an ongoing issue that the builder and Greenbox are aware of.
Glen Slone came out today, 6/16, and was very professional. He tested everything thoroughly and tried various blower speeds and freon pressure. Finally, he performed a manual-j calculation and for the number of runs and square footage we have, the supplies are undersized at 6-inches instead of 8-inches diameter. There are less returns and they are undersized at 8-inches instead of 9-10 inches diameter. In short, the blower speed doesn't change anything because there's so much static pressure in the flexipipe that the blower and condenser aren't able to do their job and cool enough volume of air.
Glen is going to meet with Paul Mattox and set up a plan to upsize the duct work and properly size all of our supply and return runs. The builder and Greenbox should be covering it under warranty.
I'll update the review as things progress and if the issue is fully resolved.

I was very impressed and appreciative of our tech who came yesterday. Answered all my questions and even told me how to maintain and save money by doing certain maintenance myself. We are gone often though and I’m not a fan of small, tight spaces (main unit is located under crawl space). I ended up signing up for their maintenance program to ensure our unit would always be taken care of and get 20% of services as a result

Greenbox showed up on time. Their salesman knows his product and the installers were professional and respectful of our home. Also important to us is the unit is quiet and doesn't bring in outside allergens. We are very pleased we found Greenbox and would recommend them to everyone.

We had 2 different system install done last May 2014, and the installers did a good job. It's the follow up QC that I was most impressed with. Many companies will just put in a HVAC system, then wait for you to call in if there are issues. Well Greenbox followed up 1 month after the install, and brought out the filters for the electronic filtering. They did system checks and answered any questions we had. A couple of minor issues were noticed after that, but could be addressed later. They were just out for their 6 mo. followup, and Peter Roper the tech was very informative and knowledgeable. He took the time to address those minor issues and do system checks. He was courteous and thorough. I highly recommend Greenbox heating and air. We have a Bryant Evolution HVAC system, and a Mitsubishi 2 zone mini split for 2 difficult to maintain rooms. Love it!
I hope this helps anyone else who is looking to replace their current systems, or for new construction.

This was my first experience with Turbo Plumbing Pros. I was very pleased with the work of Kirby and Riley. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and shared infomation on good use. They both were quick and efficient and screened my house so it never left a spot anywhere. They also cleaned up the area around where they had installed a water heater. If I should need plumbing service agai I will certainly ask for Kirby and/or Riley.

Green Box installed the HVAC system in our new home. We had a small leak in the unit and it was repaired immediately. The staff is always friendly and responsive, but most importantly the repair people are complete and knowledgeable! We now have them service the unit in spring and fall!

This company gives local business a bad rep in general. This company must be in bad shape considering they charge businesses $650 to drive an hour and flip a breaker. They chose to spend an hour of there own time unrequested by me to tell us what the unit needed to run properly due to it's age. So of course me being a trusting person signed the work order stating flipped breaker, unit needs this work done. I put my trust in this business because I'm not an HVAC tech and they straight stuck it to us. I called there office the day I got the bill for $650 to flip a breaker, the secretary laughed and said no that's for the work needing done, all you owe us is the service call fee of $75. Didn't even get a chance to send payment before there collections called demanding the $650. If you are new to HVAC repair DO NOT USE GREEN BOX!!! THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY, THEY WILL ROB YOU!

I recently had to replace my heating unit in my house. After calling several companies I finally got in touch with Greenbox. I felt comfort in this company from the start. The lady in the phone (Hannah) made the process from getting someone to come out for a quote to setting up the replacement so easy. She was very knowledgeable about everything and made me feel comfortable from the start. The service call was quick and extremely professional. I did my research before purchasing just any unit and I know that I got an amazing product for such a good price. I highly recommend. Thank you Greenbox for your quick professional service!
0 stars if I could...So my complex uses this company. For the most part great service very nice people but as someone who does service work in people's homes every day, I'm very disappointed in the way all my stuff like my family's toothbrushes were all covered in drywall dust. They Cleaned the floor a little bit where they worked but my bathtub was left a mess trashcan full of insulation and drywall and left in the bathroom hairbrushes and all ruined because they didnt move anything out of the work area. We were not home when they got started and did not know when or if they were coming that day so had no time to prepare to move things out of the way. But I know when I'm working in someone's home I always move things that can be ruined or get dirty, I treat it like my own to make sure I don't ruin other people's things that they have to buy and replace themselves. I work hard just like these guys and my wife and I shouldn't walk into a mess like this and have to clean up after and buy knew things because your crew doesn't care enough to clean up the messes they made or move things that are right under the ceiling where there cutting. I mean it's common sense and should be a part of there jobs. Like I said I work in homes every single day and make messes but I clean up after myself or it makes me and the company I work for look really bad, and makes people leave reviews like this so no one else wants to use your company and have to replace things that were just bought and then clean up after your crew of grown men.
Kendall Young is outstanding. He really knows his stuff when it comes to Geothermal units. He immediately recognized the problem and took no time to fix it. I've dealt with him on other occasions. He is very personable and I learned a lot from him. Green Box has two outstanding technicians, Kendall Young and Seth Morrison.

Since our HVAC was approaching 25 years old (and showing some wear), we decided to replace the HVAC last October, prior to it going out in mid-winter or mid-summer which would require a rush job to replace it. GreenBox scheduled an assessment by one of their Home Comfort Advisors and provided us with 3 different options, taking the time to share key information and guidance so we would be able to choose the option that best met our needs. The install went as scheduled, however, a couple of small alterations were needed which GreenBox quickly corrected, without any hassle and within a couple of days. Now, having just spent the winter with our new HVAC, we have been pleasantly amazed with the consistent temperatures and our overall significantly improved comfort of the new unit. We couldn't be more satisfied with our HVAC decision and with using Green Box.
He was friendly. He deleted the “ AUTO” option on the thermostat and my phone. I have to control the thermostat with my phone. I do not like it.

GreenBox is absolutely the best service company that I've ever come across.
Our HVAC system went out after 25+ years of service but the time had come to replace it all. The initial system was installed in the early 90s so the crew faced a major challenge. GreenBox.. from the front office to the service department to the sales department and finally to the install crew, were pros. The best of the best.
They determined that our HVAC system needed to be replaced so we discussed our options with sales. They made the process painless and thorough. Within 20 minutes the salesman had several options lined up for us to consider. We decided to finance the operation through GreenBox because their options were stellar.
The crew made a plan for the VERY difficult removal of the old system. That's another story within itself. The install crew knocked out the install of the new HVAC system with the quickness. One day install for this nightmare job? Yes they did.
The talent at this company is like no other. Our past experiences with other companies has been, let's say... less than appealing.
Not this one.... Flawless.
You should give em a call. You'll be glad that you did.

Replacement AC installation. Installers left saying it was working. Ran it after they had left and it was not working, so clearly they didn't check thoroughly. Follow up visit. Service tech left saying he had found an installation error and it was now working. It is still not cooling.
I would highly recommend GreenBox for all your HVAC needs. I have been a customer for three years. They have been reliable and honest. I love that GreenBox is a green company. It's nice doing business with a company that cares about the environment. Their prices are affordable too.

My bathtub drain was stopped up. Jawad was very polite and said he had just started with your company about a month ago. He said that he was an apprentice plumber.. He went about his work quietly and efficiently. The stoppage was pretty stubborn but he was persistent and ultimately won out in the end. He then cleaned everything up and thanked me for the business in a professional manner. Good job

GreenBox has been great as I have worked through a difficult situation with a home warranty company. Everyone I have spoken or come in contact with have been most professional and helpful. The office staff (Tristan and Becky) were always courteous and didn't mind my multiple telephone calls and questions. The technicians (Jeff, Peter and others) were friendly, informative and very professional in their appearance and service. The company President, Gwen, even took time from her busy schedule to provide her assistance. Great thanks to the crew Dawson, Jordan, Nathan, and Zack who all worked in the pouring rain ALL day replacing the HVAC to make sure we had a functional system before they left. When issues of placement came up, they worked with us on options and adjusted. A lot of work in very little time, in rough conditions, appreciative and thankful.

Braden with Green Box a great job and I noticed he always put on his plastic footies as he entered the house. He was thorough and I noticed he stayed until the house was heated. He also explained everything that he did. He was neat, thorough, professional, knowledgeable and kind. If I needed someone to service and repair my system I would definitely call Braden. 5 stars!

Very good service from a very nice man, he was able to set the gas pressure on my heater, and it works great. I just thought the $259.00 bill was a bit excessive for a little over an hours worth of work.
