The plumbing technician was very nice and had our drain cleared in no time.

Called them to replace a leaky drain in our kitchen sink. We told them to replace all the plumbing. We paid around $400 which at retail probably cost around $50.

They guaranteed the work for 1 year.

The next day we found it was still leaking but in a new place. We called them back and the plumber said keep an eye on it and if it's still leaking we should replace some other parts.

I called twice & both of the ladies that helped me out were kind and professional. I know there are a lot of bad reviews, but my experience was great. The plumber who came to my house was nice too. In the end there was some miscommunication and my tenants weren’t home when we had asked them to be. The plumber (unfortunately didn’t get his name) was understanding and even offered to come back(I didn’t end up calling him back). There were no charges or fees for the inconvenience on my end which I really appreciated.

Called Mike Diamond late on a Friday afternoon about a mainline blockage. Said they’d have a tech out in 2 hours. An hour later a ‘ service manager’ called to ask me about a recommendation they had written me 3 1/2 years prior. I honestly told him I had a Re-Pipe specialist to repair the broken area of my main. Mike Diamond then informed me, that because I used someone else they would NOT come out to service me.
I guess that unless you accept their really expensive recommendations, you get put on a blacklist

Professional. Handled everything so well and quickly.

Moved into a new property. There was a drainage issue with toilet and shower. They showed up. Though they advertise 88 to clear drain, they billed us 900. Couple weeks later the water was not draining in the shower. Called them back. Someone came back out the next day and they would not resnake the drain as we wanted. They instead quoted $9,000 to clear the line in a different way. Can you imagine? DO NOT USE THEM. They bait you with the fixed rate to clear a drain. They come out and do the work without giving you an estimate then they give you the bill. AND the quality of the work is not guaranteed to last more than a week or two. The one star reviews are ACCURATE.

The reason they smell good, is they don,t do anything. We live in a second floor apt. tech said we don't do upstairs

Expensive and take advantage of customers by charging triple times than other company. Do not use this company!

I needed a shower cartridge replaced. 65 dollar part. They quote was 896.00 dollars after a 10 percent senior discount. It took me less than one hour with no plumbing experience. They should be ashamed of themselves. I will never recommend them

Had a great experience using Mike Diamond this week. Our technician Anthony was super nice and got the job done fast. So much better than trying to do the repair myself . . . definitely recommend.

They are rip off.....they want $1000 to repair a leak in the sink, I found someone else did it for $150 ....do not use them unless you have lots of $$ to throw away

Not a great company but whatever

I called and made pretty clear I was looking for an estimate and asked if they did FREE consultation/estimate. The receptionist evaded the question like she didn't understand, and continued. She then took down all my information, had an appointment scheduled, and then told me the initial inspection was 75$.

If the business was honest, their prices would be transparent and at least upfront that they charge to give an estimate. I'm now expecting my info to be sold to marketers... ::sigh::

Plumber showed up, couldn't clear a simple kitchen sink drain. Wanted to bust open the wall to get to pipe! Had to call a different company which cleared in within 30 min.

Too expensive

Replaced capacitor on my roof central ac 3 years ago and i got ripped off for $600.
And now my ac has same peoblem, and i will call another honest ac repair co.
Don't use this co.

The plumber was so nice and efficient, and really took care of the problem that two other plumbers couldn't. I will call on them first next time.

Called the office and explained the main drain stoppage and had the crew on site in just a few hours. The technician, Uriel-tech no. 8277, diagnosed the problem quickly and after some conversation, we agreed to add a main drain clean-out access at the front of the house. This would allow cleaning and video access to all of the main lines as I was concerned about root intrusion in my sixty year old house. The main runs under a large pine tree in the front yard. The work was completed in due time including their processing a city permit for the work. Contract no. 2474001 - Dec. 2022

I called Mike Diamond to service a non working Forced air heater in a rental I own. The bid was $998.62 to replace a draft inducer fan. I told the renter to throw him out. I picked up the fan for $125 and installed it in 20 minutes. I was a general contractor for 30 years and will NEVER use Mike Diamond Plumbing for anything.

terrible, if you miss their technicians call prior to coming out they will automatically cancell your appointment. Its a 4 hour window, they called at the 3 hour mark, i called back 15 min. later and told to wait another 2 hours. So much for showing up on time. BS.
