Outstanding, on time, had the right part, and turned out even cheaper than what he originally estimated. Other plumbing companies wouldn't even give an estimated cost, and wanted $50 just to come out and look. Not Scott, he was honest over the phone and told me some prices of what it could be so I was prepared. There are good, true, hard workers out there that aren't trying to rip you off. Scott is one of them !

I have worked with Scot over the last couple years on jobs for others and have had him at our house as well. Equally adept with plumbing and heating. He is very responsive, does a great job and charges a reasonable rate. You can count on Scot Miller, he has my full recommendation!

I had a great experience with Miller Plumbing. Scott was available immediately even after hours to talk about our water heater issue and was able to come out next day. I felt that the services were great and the pricing was fair. I’d recommend Scott for any Pluming needs.

I wish I had seen the review someone has on here from 2 years ago. But, first, let me say that I am always more than willing to pay someone for his/her time if I know ahead of time what I will be charged. In this case, the owner, Scott, NEVER told me there was a Service Fee and the amount before the appointment when he quoted what it would cost to replace the outdoor faucet. When he got to my home, he checked it and it was determined that NOTHING needed to be replaced.

That's when he said the Service Call or trip to my home was still going to cost me $250. I said what would it cost if you don't touch the faucet. He said the cost is still the same. So, he spent 10 minutes lubricating the faucet to try and justify charging me that ridiculous Service Fee that I didn't know about during our initial call nor would I ever agree to paying to just stop by. NOBODY I know would ever agree to that fee and had I known ahead of time what he was going to charge me, even if he did nothing, I would have looked elsewhere.

There are so many choices, but he was a referral from my neighborhood group, so I thought he would work with me. My bank would not reverse the charge because they said since I gave him my credit card, even if I didn't know about the charge or agree to it ahead of time, I needed to work it out with him. So, I reached out to him and asked that he at least give me back $200 of the $250 and all he did was try and justify the visit, again missing the point! This is NOT the way to run a business and I will not refer him to anyone and hope people read my review and the one from a few years ago on this site too from another customer.

ABSOLUTE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER STARTED TO WORK WITH! I called and said my kitchen faucet was leaking and I need the new one installed. Scott said that the only reason it would leak was water pressure issue. He comes by and checked the water pressure which was fine! So he wanted another 175$ to come out and install a sink, which I already told him was leaking! SCOTT IS A COMPLETE JERK, I WOULDNT SEND ANYONE THERE.

Steve repacked

Steve replaced my Water Heater and was $300 less for the same unit from another companies bid. He also saved me me thousands by fixing my bathroom. I didn’t have to tear out my tile. He does quality work and I would recommend him to any one. Thanks Steve.

Scott replaced my water heater and was very professional and answered all my question! He did a phenomenal job and made sure I was taken care of!

Scott has done work for my business and personal home for years. I trust him to diagnose and only do the work necessary to fix the job. A lot of the big guys want to immediately replace water heaters, AC units and furnaces right away because they sell them and make huge markups on the parts and labor. That's why I always reach out to Scott first, he's a straight shooter and good guy.

I called about a leaky toilet. Scott said he couldn't get to it on the day I called but could definitely could come over the following day. Around mid day I called him to see if he was coming out and he totally forgot all about me. And thrn tells me he would be able to come till the following week. Not a way to run a business.

Scot was on time, quick and very helpful in fixing our toilet issues. We will be calling him back next time we need help.
