I called Pipe It Up based on Google reviews to go check out the sewer line at my parent's house that had backed up. The rep on the phone was friendly and courteous, and was able to schedule someone to come out within a couple of hours of my call. Earlier than the quoted time, Juan showed up and immediately got to work. He was also extremely professional and courteous, explaining the work he was doing step-by-step, and was able to clear the blockage in about 45 minutes! He also provided advice and recommendations on how to prevent future blockage.

Absolutely fantastic service with very reasonable pricing, I would not hesitate to use them again in the future!

Chris and Reubin were awesome: we are doing a bathroom gut renovation and they replaced the shower valve and diverter, moved sink and created two new sink installation points, moved the tub drain and water line, and installed shut off valves. They gave us a very fair price, showed up on time, and were especially communicative and pleasant to work with. I really recommend them!

We had a gas leak this past Monday and Xcel had to turn off our meter. We could not get our first selection of repair company to come out until Wednesday, but the people at Pipe It Up were able to come out Tuesday between 10am-12pm...They arrived at 4:00 without a call or notice to us. We waited in a frozen house for 6 hours for them. Upon arrival the serviceman stated he needed more parts and left to return about an hour later. He then got to work. I spent time with him showing him where the gas lines in the house ran and providing him with pictures of the lines (from when the home was being built). Unfortunately, as he was working he dropped his pressure gauge and it broke. Also unfortunately, he did not have a spare of this extremely critical piece of equipment, by this time it was about 7pm. He stated he would come back at noon on Wednesday. We had canceled the other company who could have come out Wednesday. On Wednesday the noon hour came and went without any contact from the company. I called the company 3 times with it going to voicemail each time. I left a voicemail with two separate contact numbers. I never receive a call back. The serviceman had two contact numbers for us as well. At 4:30 we received a call stating that he was on his way. We set his things outside for him to pick up and scheduled another company to do the work. I completely lost faith in this companies ability to fix my home. This company is unreliable at best and has delayed the repair of our home by at least two days. We are also unable to live in the home due to having no gas from the meter at all, so we have had to take our school aged children and arrange at last minute to live in a hotel each of the last 3 nights. I cannot speak to the work this company does, but it boggles my mind that they have 4.7 stars with 90 reviews and this is the way we were treated. Not cool.

Was scheduled by my home warrenty company for a busted warer pipe. The tech did not show up, did not call. Did not return any of my phone calls asking if he was still coming or if we needed to reschedule. When we finally made contact to see if he was still coming we were told that the warranty company never contacted him and Pipe It Up cancelled the job. I still have a busted water pipe.

Juan came out to look at some leaks under our sink found by a home inspector. He was on time, professional and was very honest. He looked at our pipes and told us the leaks were extremely small and could be repaired by ourselves at very little cost instead of him having to charge us $300+ to repair them. I have never had such an honest interaction with a plumbing company and will 100% use them again.

My son and daughter in law scheduled a water softener removal and replace my ( they purchased the new water softener). The first appointment never happened cause the technician never showed up for work and Pipe it Up said they never heard from him- they’d try to get someone that evening: turns out the evening tech had the flu. Today’s technician said hardly a word, said he’d be back in 20 minutes ( needed a part from Lowe’s which super close to the house. After almost an hour he comes back and completes the job. He can’t remove the old softener and asks if he can put it back and return next week with a helper. My son offered to help move the old one with the truck cause he just wanted to be done with whole endeavor. What discount was provided for the inconvenience and my son’s manual labor? $65.00. I’m in a service industry and this type of attitude speaks to not caring about continued business or referrals- they’d like some of their $ back, not $20 off their next service - that was seriously what they offered 🙄

Needed a leaky water heater replaced in a modular home, and I thought that Rashad and his team did a good job...However, turns out ignorance is NOT bliss and we now have a bigger problem on our hands. The company has not been willing to attempt to correct the problem, having scheduled twice to “assess what I think the problem is” and then never shown up. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this company or their owner for anything. They put a “new” water heater that was made for a traditional home in our modular. The model number indicates it is 10 years old. Not exactly ethical. It also has added weight to the rotting floor which they “fixed” by laying 2x8 boards over without additional support. If you don’t know how to fix something, I would recommend not taking the job! (Such as working on a modular home).

We've found our new plumbers! We had an extensive project, making a basement bathroom from a washroom. Pipe it Up gave us a thorough and affordable quote. Viktor was our man. He had excellent communication throughout the project, was punctual and respectful throughout, and offered advice and insight when appropriate (which we needed). As well, we had numerous planning questions previous to the project and Rashad was timely and helpful with responses. We'll be using Pipe It Up again, possibly in the near future for another similarly big project.

I have used Pipe it Up Cleaning for multiple jobs of various sizes and am very satisfied! Rashad is knowledgeable, fair and skilled and will do what it takes to ensure the job is done right. The first job I used them for was a damaged sewer line behind a rental unit in Denver. Another plumber came and without much effort to diagnose the problem provided me with a super expensive quote. I then had Pipe it Up come and Rashad took his time on the problem, trying multiple approaches to see if we could avoid excavation. While we did need to excavate in the end, their quote to complete the job was substantially lower than the other company and I felt 100% confident the work was actually needed. Having worked with many plumbers over the years I am pleased to recommend Pipe it up!

If I don't know who to turn to I read reviews and feel if i read enough you can get an idea of the business and the service to be expected. It may not be 100% but it helps me in my choice of who to call. Rashad and Pipe It Up proved to be just what his reviews said. He was out to my house fast and in the promised time even though way after normal business hours. He gave me an estimate over the phone and the price was just what he said it would be. During the last week of August we had this company come out to our home to fix our bathtub faucet-the first employee stated we needed a new faucet and some internal pipes to be replaced and gave us a quote, we agreed to the work and quote and scheduled the service. On the day of service, the plumber cancelled on us, however- company was able to send out a replacement plumber (that's where the good news stops). The plumber came out and explained the first employee did not know what he was taking about and that we just needed a new faucet, no replacement piping need-he proceeded to replace the faucet and instead of fixing the pipes added layers of calking around the exposed piping/interior walling.

One month later, we go to the guest bedroom down stairs to find out the bathtub has been leaking for over a month... through the floor and into our guest bedroom, all over the bed. We called the company and they sent someone out the following morning-the third employee proceeded to tell us the second employee installed a broken faucet and clearly didn't know what he was doing. While the repair visit was free of charge, we were left with hundreds of dollars in additional damage to our drywall in the bedroom upstairs and down stairs along with the need to replace the mattress and box springs since the leak had gone through the bed.

We emailed the company and asked for assistance in paying damages, but did not get a reply, nor an apology.

Beware of this company-the employees do not agree on the work to be completed and the work that is completed could end up costing you hundreds more in damages to your home.

I would not use this company again if the work was free. We initially called to have a leak repaired near our water main. It is now a month and a half later, we have had 2 techs come out and it is still incorrect--the sprinkler valve is backwards. We called on Saturday and were told someone would be out today (Tuesday) to correct it. As it it now well past the appointment window, we called the office again. Apparently they have no record of an appointment for us. This has happened multiple times now. At this point, it seems to have the work done correctly, we are going to have to pay another company to come in. Save yourself time, money and frustration and call ANYONE else.

We installed a brand new tankless water heater with brand new piping the beginning of Dec 2020. The pressure valve is leaking a continuous flow of water. When I phoned the office to ask about repair/replacement they said they only honor a 90 day warranty. The project is 10 months old and the replacement estimate is $650. I asked for a copy of the warranty information and it is not on the website, invoice, anywhere. Get it in writing. If not fixed ASAP we will not have hot water in the coming months. Again, a brand new system was installed 10 months ago.

We had a major plumbing issue including 3 back up's in a month and Rashad and his team determined that we needed to replace the sewer line under the house and out to the street. His crew was simply amazing!!! They were on time, extremely polite, responsive, professional and even worked a 15 hour day to complete the pipe work so we could be back up and running. This included cutting some 60++ feet of cement in our basement and carrying it all up a flight of stairs and out. they left everything spotless. If we could give Rashad and Pipe it up 10 stars we would! Hopefully we don't need anymore plumbing work but if we ever do, we won't be calling anyone else. They are truly the very best!

Their Plumber Anthony is in charge for our corporate plumbing job that should have taken no longer than 10 business days and its way over 90 days now and still have not complete. They are impossible to get in touch with. They dont return calls or texts for days. I WOULD NEVER HIRE EVER AGAIN!

Called pipe it up for a PRV to get installed during the install the main connection also was out which added to it. They had been doing a project up north of the state and got stuck due to complications. However, when they did arrive they did provide a discount. Also, they knew what they were doing was able to pretty much get in an out. Price is competitive with the area. (maybe a little on the higher end) but the work they make sure is quality. Worth a little ease of mind. PRV install was successful 120 PSI -> 50 PSI. Well in range.

Rashad and his crew handled a hand dig in a crawl space that went at least 8' down by 3' wide by 15' long to fix an internal sewer pipe that was bellied. They completed the job which passed the strictest inspection standards. Rashad was professional from the first reach out to the very end with a great hardworking ethic and patience of a strict deadline throughout which is a rarity these days. Affordable price for professional work to include going the extra distance out of your work area, thank you Rashad!

Pipe it up is a great plumbing company. They are quick to respond, have up front and fair pricing, and communicate the steps they are taking throughout a project. We used them for a basement finish bathroom remodel/install and they were great in helping to walk through the process and made multiple trips to help get the job done. Highly recommend.

I’ve been having problems with my bathroom sink for awhile. I heard about how great Rashad and Pipe It Up were and I was so pleased with his service! Chris Duncan came out in our moment of crisis, helped to trouble shoot how to move our built in 700 pound refrigerator (that was in front of an epic leak), and he fixed the faulty line quickly. He was very kind, patient and professional. I highly recommend this company, and I personally recommend Chris.

Chris and Ruben were great, Ruben is new to the biz so I sat in as Chris schooled him in the lessons of plumbing. Which was great because I also understood what needed to be done. As a new home owner these guys were very knowledgeable, polite and friendly. Rashad the owner came by to check out the job and he helped me to better understand the inner workings of my plumbing and what I need to look out for in the near future. I will definitely use them again and they also offer remodeling services as well.

Called Rashad after finding a leaking roof and a large amount of water on the ground. Wouldn’t you know it , frozen pipes .Rashad came out and took a look at the problem and let me where the damage was and what it would take to get things back in order. We scheduled a time to the following day and upon arrival his crew wasted no time fixing things up. Thank you Rashad for all of you help. Pipe It Up to the rescue.

We had all of our plumbing repiped for our bathroom and kitchen, and Viktor was an absolute rockstar. We had some issues along the way but Viktor was always quick to remedy the situation and would come over as soon as he could to fix the problem. NIGHTMARE. We called Pipe It Up for a simple faucet repair in our master bathroom. Our home is approximately 30 years old. The plumber bent our pipe which caused our faucet dial to sit wrong and he left saying he would return with a needed part. He did not return, someone else did the following day. Turns out that person was the owner which he never disclosed to us. He acted as if he didn't know anything about the bent pipe from the prior plumber, his employee even though my husband heard the first plumber speaking with the owner by phone when he bent our pipe. The owner put in a cartridge (the missing/needed part) but never greased it, as is standard and necessary, and on Thanksgiving morning, it blew the gaskets and would not fully shut off. To date, Pipe It Up has REFUSED to just fix what they broke, which is all that we want, and they have fully discontinued returning or taking my husband's calls. DO NOT USE THEM!!

4 times I took off work for this company to come by and help me fix an issue. How many times did they show up? 1 time. From not being on the schedule, to a misunderstanding, to finally not being notified that a technician will be running 4 hours behind, I had enough. Not only did I have to schedule around this, but since this plumbing issue involved a neighbor, so did they. Wasted countless hours for 2 families. I rarely leave reviews, and this will be my first negative one I've left on anything. If your looking for plumbing, try finding someone else.

Pipe it Up has done two jobs now at our house. A major kitchen issue and piping repair for a sprinkler pipe. It's an older place but they were patient, professional and provided quality work.
