Called and got two separate quotes to repair my split system. The first company shows up and looks at my system says it's 12 years old you need a new system quoted $7000. Bluegrass rooter arrives and it's the owner of the company and he starts testing capacitors, test the fan motor, trys using a hard start capacitor, he tried replacing another capacitor. He tells me unfortunately the compressor is shot and I would need a new one. I gave the job to Bluegrass rooter because he actually troubleshot the problem and honored his quote at the end of the job. I will definitely be using him for future issues.

Dave was awesome! Took the time to explain what was going on with my pipes and answered all the extra questions I had about my homes plumbing. Was very friendly, super thorough, and most importantly completely resolved my issue without trying to sell my services I didn't need. Highly recommend doing business with Cleveland Plumbing Guy! Plumb & Square recently removed my old tank water heater and installed a tankless heater in my attic. Rigo and his team are responsive, professional, timely, and communicate throughout the process. The area was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. They were very careful not to cause damage going up and down to the unit and in the removal of an old tank in the attic. After the install, he took the time to explain all of the features and showed me exactly what he did and why each step was taken. I have never dealt with a more professional team, and his price was very fair. Rigo takes great pride in his work, and it shows in the end product. I highly recommend that you call him for your plumbing needs.

I highly recommend Three 60 Plumbing & Remodeling! I am an off-island client who needed a LOT of work done on an apartment to get it to the point where I could sell it. I reached out to a number of contractors for quotes and spent a lot of time with some going back and forth in text, emails, and calls. It was a big waste of time with all of them except for Three 60 Plumbing & Remodeling.

Three 60 was efficient, good communicators, and gave me lots of great advice. Their estimates were thorough, detailed, and easy to understand. I felt that I could trust them to do the job I needed without me being there. They worked with me to narrow down the essentials of what needed to be done to get the apartment sale-ready and synch it with what I could afford. Their work was beyond what I was expecting. From drywalling, to electrical, plumbing, painting and cleaning, the entire apartment their work was excellent. The only things new in the bathroom are the drywall, paint, toilet, mirror, light switch and light fixture, but the whole bathroom looks new and even the terribly stained shower tiles – which I was afraid would have to be replaced – looked like new after their in-depth cleaning and refinishing (see before and after bathroom photos.) I highly recommend Three 60 Plumbing and Remodeling.

Paul was professional, responsive, and communicated throughout the process. I called him to help unclog a basement drain. He responded and showed two hours later. He was very honest with his diagnostic and recommended a couple other companies that he trusted and worked with in the past as the repairs were out of the scope of his services. Paul was very honest and provided me with other options to minimize the cost. I would definitely recommend him for all your plumbing needs.

We switched to another plumbing company after Denise left. From no-shows appointments to over-priced plumbers, their service is really in the crapper. Do not recommend.

La tina del baño según tenía mucho pelo pero no tiraba nada de agua y ahora en la mañana después de 24 horas que vinieron estas personas me dijeron que estaba liqueando agua y pues ahora ya tira de dos partes la llave de la tina los peores la verdad no es justo después de 11 meses que me espere para que me entregaran mi casa y pues desde entonses puras fallas con los sub contratistas que no saben lo que hacen no ay profesionalismo en estas compañías de preferred plumbing y Prefered reconstruction no los recomiendo para nada
