Both Roul and Chris were professional and good at their jobs. They evaluated the problem and gave me an estimate of repairs.

My subdivision decided to do some plumbing work and cut the water off for a whole day. I got home from work unaware of this. I heard water sounds in my kids bathroom and I founded flooding. Worse feeling ever. The sink overflowed over the counter and leaked to the whole bathroom. The water was almost getting to the hallway. I put towels all around to hold the water. Not knowing where to find a plumber, Googled and found Cooper Plumbing. I like the high reviews. I called them and Jeremiah offered to send a person right away. He sent Zach Todar. He was very organized, cleaned and knowledgeable. He immediately diagnosed the problem and about 15 min after, Zach had the situation under control. He explained to me why this situation happened and he taught me a couple of tricks I need to do so this situation would never happen again. Not only he was great at his job, but taught me how to keep the pipes from braking again. The price was incredibly reasonable. I sure found the plumbing company I will call, if I’m ever in need again. I give them all 5 stars!

Second time I’ve used them. Great communication pre-appointment. Like getting photo of technician who is assigned to the job. He was prompt, professional, and explained everything very clearly. He cleaned up after himself and the drainage issue I had was fixed nicely.

5 stars! This was our first time hiring a professional plumber to fix a problem we had been patching up on our own for years. They were friendly and prompt. We did have a discrepancy in scheduling and payment for the service, but it was taken care of professionally and quickly. Our problem is no longer a problem and we feel very relieved. Thank you.

Because of consistent unreliability, I gave up on traditional water heaters and switched to the tankless system. BLUE FROG and Alton Campbell were exceptionally responsive, on time, knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. Could not ask for a better experience and the price was more than competitive. They were on time, below budget, and everything works perfectly.

Superb service. Another highly recommended outfit did not even reply to first contact, though their office assistant took all my info down. Wedgeworth's president called me late on a Saturday afternoon after my Friday afternoon request, followup call by the office on Monday, ServiceMan James came out the next day, and the installation was done six days later. And with all that, they clearly understand the technology they installed (tankless system). Top Notch.

Sam and his team were a pleasure to work with. They fixed tankless hot water heater and offered solutions to troubleshoot future problems.

I called in a Friday and they were able to fit me in on Monday. Communication was excellent and they were able to finish the job on time.

I will definitely use Texas Plumbing again. They were able to send someone out same day and he was knowledgeable and professional. He took care of a clogged drain; I also had him use the camera to check another problem (sewer drain).

I have to talk about the amazing service that I received from Roto-Rooter and Edgar. Not only did he get the job done right; but he professionally explained each step of the process. On top of that, the service is warrantied for 6 months!! This company has made a customer for life for this service call.

These plumbers were super great to work with. After being frustrated by 3 other companies I was referred by a friend to Plumbing Houston. They were honest and not pushy. They also didn’t try to scare me or up sell me like everyone else. They saved me $16K and an emotional breakdown. Instead of Jack hammering my brand new renovation we cut out 2 ft of concrete and replaced one pipe. I would absolutely use this company again but I will call them first and save the headache.
