Excellent service hard working, polite, bill was lower than initial quote and I have had them back for additional repairs and plumbing improvements. The largest project was done perfectly, and final cost was 1/5th of what another plumbing company previously quoted. 03/22/2016

Very very expensive. Did not bring all parts. Had to supply one myself. Showed up very fast as a plus. But got really more than charged double looking at the national average. Research before using them.After providing feedback to the owner and further discussion we have come to an agreeable solution to the issue. I was pleasantly surprised to be able to work with them and settle the disagreement. With that I can now rate this business a reasonably good value for the money with this experience.

Christine was great at keeping me updated with my status during the recent freeze/pipe bursting week. Chris and Doug came late at night and stayed until the pipe repair was done. They also fixed a toilet that just so happened to leak into my downstairs. I cannot thank them enough for their great service and advice. I have used them in the past and highly recommend them. They are very honest and do a great job.

Wasn’t able to get anyone to fix my issue through home warranty due to the holiday but called TriStar Plumbing Solutions and they helped walk me through what was going to happen and had someone out within the hour. Their pricing was upfront and had many options which was great! Would definitely recommend it.

Mr. Ruben is super professional and knowledgeable! Our garbage disposal stopped working and he new exactly what to do to fix it. I called him on a Saturday morning and he was able to come the same day. Plus he has the best rates! He's definitely our Forever Plumber

I text him and immediately he responded and said he could come out.My brand new water heater in 2020 had a defective part which was a nightmare for our family. He tried his best to fix it however we needed the part from Rheen. Once I got the part I immediately texted him and he said that he would be able to add me to his demanding schedule!I stay if you want affordable and efficient service please give this small business a try. Everyone else I called wanted to charge $175 just for diagnosis even though I was told by the manufacturer Rheen what the problem was.Thank you so much for your exceptional service and helping us to finally take a hot shower again!

Great service, very professional. Same day, unclogged our kitchen sink and had us up and r up nning in no time. My only issue is their google ad for $59 was not correct. This is their diagnostic fee. I did ask about this before I scheduled the service .
