Such a great team! Excellent Service!!! I only told him that my dishwasher occasionally gets water buildup in it when I was installing the faucet. He took care of the problem without me even having to ask. They have my highest recommendation.

Update:Seatown reached out to me and handled their mistake of not getting a permit prior to installation. For this, I’m changing it to a 3 star. They applied both of the permit on March 2nd, while the installation was done on Feb. 14. Two weeks after the installation. While I appreciate them mitigating the issue, I just want to point out that it’s not just a miscommunication as the owner described. They failed to apply for a permit prior to installation, and they probably would’ve continued to ghost me had I not left this review. Their techs are capable, but if you need to get something done well, you probably need to pay close attention to details to avoid them cutting corners.——————Stay away from this place. I had them replace a fully functional almost identical tankless gas water heater (meaning that they did nothing else except for taking the old one out and swapping in the new one). Total installation and q&a time was 2.5 hours. And they charged me 4300 for just a 5.5 GPM heater. Translating that to hourly labor cost, is a whooping $1320/hr(labor only). That was not the most absurd part. Little did I know that they, despite their advertisement, did not include permit in the cost. The installer should request inspection within 48 hours of inspection, but they didn't do that. I reached out to them but they have ghosted me. Avoid this business at all cost. I thought you get what you paid for, but this was not the case. Premium price for tons of trouble that I don't have time to sort out.

MR Plumber Seattle LLC was Professional, competent, and courteous. They are everything you could ask for. I recommend them to all my neighbors and colleagues.

They were fair, competent and professional. They were knowledgeable and competitively priced. I had my septic replaced and connected to the city sewer. Seemed like a very intense job to con ect to the live sewer but it went off without a hitch. Id recommend them any day.

Fairway Plumbing Co was referred to me by a friend i called without doing any further follow up. I was a little concerned, that I had not researched the company but it was a great experience. The plumber showed up on time was fast efficient and when he left if not for the cut drywall to reach the pipe you would not have known he was there. I had no time to have my garbage disposal fixed before I had to leave for work. My trash disposal stopped working, but luckily there was only one emergency plumber in the vicinity who quickly fixed the problem.

The Plumber's from Bee's showed up and did intial inspection and offered different courses of action. Went with camera inspection first, got to see where the problem was, roots in one area of the pipe then guys routed the area and opened up the pipe. Got to look on the camera after they finished routing the area with the roots and clog was happy to see pipe was clear. Josh discussed the problem with roots and offered other courses of action for in the future. The camera view really helps in knowing what the problem was and where in the pipe. Great job all around from the guys.

Another great experience with Fox. We had them out for a sink/disposal clog that we couldn't unblock ourselves and had a solid experience with the plumbing technician. Beyond that Fox had excellent customer service afterwards, which led us to call them out again for sewer maintenance clean. Friendly, informative professionals on site and on the phone. Highly recommend.

My sink was blocked, so I phoned a plumber. The man arrived and performed an excellent job. He was has a wonderful work ethic, came up early in the morning, & did the task swiftly.

He was on time, good communication, explained everything clearly, did the job for reasonable price, hope I can keep him as my plumber, because we had a lots of issues with our old house, me and my wife hate calling plumbers, never had good experiences with hiring plumber, he changed our experience. I have had multiple companies work on my sewer over the years. Jafco (and specifically Josh) was the most thorough in their estimating process. They were very communicative and detail oriented. No surprises during the replacement/repair/lining process. I had 3 competing bids for the project, and Jafco was slightly more expensive, but well worth it considering the attention to detail and the 25 yr warranty.
