Waterways is the only way to go when you need plumbing help! Not only are they great guys, they do great work at a great price! The crushed the other quotes we received, and were very responsive, informative, and helpful. Big shout out to Greg who really took the time to answer all my questions about the jobs we were getting done. I learned a lot about our new house! I really cannot say enough good things about this company. We will absolutely use them again. Greg & Mike do quality work, friendly & professional, responsive to all questions & helpful when asked about suggestions going forward. We had a blocked water line and they responded quickly to our request and also are polite and do not leave a mess.

Michael and Greg came out today on short notice to help us with a pipe that burst in our garage. I sent the request via yelp around 4 am when I realized water was running in our garage and they responded within 4 hours. They came out around 10am this morning (beating their competitors) through all the snow to help us. Michael and Greg were friendly and educated us on what typically happens to pipes (especially your external hose valves) during winter. They were able to fix the pipe in a timely manner and at a great low cost. They also recommended products for us to get for prevention purposes and referred us to another business to help with water damage. We feel confident now in the steps we can take next winter to weatherize our home in the hopes that we won't have pipe issues in the future. We highly recommend them and their work. We were in dire need of new plumbers after ours abruptly retired. Greg & Mike gave us a fair & reasonable bid for a short notice job. They arrived on time, worked together using their time wisely and did a fabulous job. Respectful, knowledgeable, tidy & efficient. Transforming an ugly repair job behind our 1950's bath walls into a properly done thing of beauty sold me. We won't be looking anywhere else for new plumbers and have already booked them for further work.

We had a slow leak in our upstairs wall, that over time we saw wet spot on our ceiling. Called waterways and they were able to find the leak and repair it quickly. Very professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!

I asked Mike and Greg for an estimate on a water line for a new refrigerator. They showed up exactly on time, put on booties to enter the house, inspected the plumbing and crawled under the house to inspect the plumbing. I had a bid in my email within a day. It was less than other bids. Today, they completed the work. Again, they showed up exactly on time, used booties in the house. Finished the job when they said they would. The work that I can see is flawless. I would hire them again without any hesitation. Completely professional.

Called to confirm appt. showed up right on time. Clean, friendly..,.overall trustworthy vibe from the start. Fixed, what I considered to be a real pain in the neck in less than a couple hours. I called them on referral, and I have no doubt word of mouth will continue to keep these guys busy.
