Cesar and the team from Complete Trenchless are outstanding! They ran a new water line from the meter to my house, which was mostly under my driveway. Having a water leak at your house is never enjoyable but when you find a company like Complete Trenchless who does a high quality job for a great price, it certainly makes the process better. I’d recommend and use these guys again without question. If you have a water or sewer issue don’t hesitate to call them, seriously!!

Jacob came out quickly to repair a couple pipes that busted due to the freezing weather in Seattle. We had to turn off the main water to stop the water and no other plumbing companies could come out that day. Until I reached Jacob! He’s very professional, quick, and more than fairly priced. Steve replaced an old water heater for me, it was very easy and fast to discuss the project, find the right solution, get a quote and get the job scheduled. He was very responsive and clear.

On the day he showed up right on time, and was done fairly quickly, taking the time to answer all of my questions about the new tank and how it operates. And making sure all the old parts (the vent and the wall mounts) are in good shape.

He is definitely at the top of my list for my next plumbing project.

This is HD partners (not D K). They did our hot water heater install and they're the only guys I'd let in Seattle touch a tankless water heating system. That said, it took many round trips to resolve our problem last year. Overall, they mean well and want to make it right by the customer which is awesome for a local business.

Called 2 Sons to get a quote for a plumbing issue I didn’t know I had, they were able to fit me in the next day. Davie was a great technician. Professional. On time. Polite. Was able to explain my options and the differences between the options. Answered questions thoroughly. Was respectful of my home, my dog and my time. The work they did works/looks great. Took them less time to repair than I anticipated. I would use them against.

At 11:30 am this morning I had a new refrigerator installed that needed a water line brought in for the ice maker. Although I figured it would be weeks to find a plumber with availability, West Seattle Sewer and Drain noted Bill could head right over. Bill arrived within a half hour, he had all the parts that he needed and finished the job by 1:00 PM! Incredible!!!! Bill did a quality job, was very timely and professional and would get three thumbs up if I had them!!! Nice work - and highly recommended!

I really enjoyed the work & responsiveness of Heath. I had a plumbing emergency on my 5 year anniversary party and he came out immediately the next day. My party was on a weekend so he came out on a Sunday to fix my problems. I appreciated his advice and friendliness to help in our situation.

My part never arrived and they didn't try to fix the problem.
