Cesar and his team repaired our main water line in our 60 year old house. By using a mole they ran new pex line into our home. No more leaks and no more high water bills! They are really competative on price and do really good work!

Not sure how this company is receiving the ratings it has. I called them out to give me an estimate on repairs to my side sewer, and they arrived in about 45 minutes. Rather than knock the door, or ring the doorbell, Ed announced his presence by shouting Get your arse out here! through my window -- not a great start. It got worse when he revealed that he was, in fact, DRUNK (homebrew cider from another customer in Ballard, apparently). He then quoted me an outrageous figure for the repairs (four times what the sewer inspector had estimated), used some foul language, and made off-colour remarks about my wife, By that point I'd had enough and sent him packing. What an utter disgrace to his profession.

Very professional. Did the repair of the broken pipe and adjacent pipe to assure a tight fit. Very pleased with his service and ability to fix the broken pipe quickly.

I am very happy to have found Queen Plumbing, they'll be my go-to source for all of our plumbing needs going forward. We had a fairly urgent need late on a Friday afternoon, and they were able to come out to diagnose and fix the issue. Super friendly, professional, responsive, and flexible. Not only did Steve fix our issue, but he followed up to make sure everything was still functioning properly. Highly recommend!

At 11:30 am this morning I had a new refrigerator installed that needed a water line brought in for the ice maker. Although I figured it would be weeks to find a plumber with availability, West Seattle Sewer and Drain noted Bill could head right over. Bill arrived within a half hour, he had all the parts that he needed and finished the job by 1:00 PM! Incredible!!!! Bill did a quality job, was very timely and professional and would get three thumbs up if I had them!!! Nice work - and highly recommended!

A blockage has caused water to pour from my toilet. After sending out a request for a plumber, I was given one who is every bit as handsome in person as he is in his profile images. Soon, he will arrive.

Not only did they get there on time, but their knowledge and skill were clear the whole time. They used top-of-the-line tools to clear the blockage quickly and get my drains back to working well.

From the first phone call I had with All city sewer repair it was an excellent experience! Dave showed up on time and showed me every step of the way what was happening with my clogged sink, turned out to be a big deal and he took care of it with explaining and showing in detail what the problem was😊 I highly recommend!!!
