Taj Plumbing does a wonderful job—they are skilled, prompt, honest, kind, and reasonably priced. Seth even came to our house on a Sunday and worked all day because he knew we were in desperate need of a functional washer. He came back a couple of days later to fix a leak (due to manufacturer’s defect in a sink pipe) and insisted on using his own parts at no cost. I highly recommend Seth and team for any plumbing needs that arise.

We hired Taj Plumbing for a water leakage in our home. They were professional, to the point and fixed the problem on time as promised. Highly recommended.

I needed a new hose bib because mine broke off. The owner Sayed and his apprentice were able to come out right away. He went above and beyond, kindly asking me what I needed and giving me time to think about it. He ended up putting a new end piece on my spraying faucet (clearly Im no plumber), clearing a slow drain in the tub, and checking and finding an outdoor faucet that had split in the winter and replacing the pipe. He explained everything, and managed to get done quickly, so I could get back to my day. Now I can say I have my own plumber. Nice to know who to call when a problem arises. Thanks Sayed!

Very responsive and easy to communicate with. We got a plumber within 24 hours on the weekend which is never easy. Reed helped us on site and was very informative, professional and quick getting our water pipe repaired. Highly recommend and will be using again with any future projects or needs

Taj Plumbing was recommended to me by my property management when I had accidentally broken the handle containing the cartridge that changes the faucet from shower to bath causing some water to leak from the valve where said cartridge was. Naturally the part was old and impossible to find a direct replacement. It took the plumber, David (who was very kind), 4 hours to decide there wasn't much he could do without spending more time searching for the parts except to apply a temporary fix (which stopped the leak, at least). I was told that he would come back and finish the job at a later point once he spoke with my property manager in the event that a replacement couldn't be found and the fixture had to be replaced entirely.

My landlady called the number on David's business card which turned out to be disconnected (perhaps David was let go shortly after his job at my home?). She then called the owner, Seth (Seyed) to follow up on the completion of the job and he became very defensive and aggravated with her telling her to find the parts and fix the handle herself before abruptly hanging up on her.

I paid over $400 for a bandaid fix, an unfinished job and horrible customer service.

Learn from my mistake and avoid this company at ALL costs. Professionalism and courtesy must not be something the owner cares much about.

5 stars for David! He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and followed Covid 19 safety protocols.
We had a clogged sink for the last 4 days and tried everything Google recommended to fix it. Needless to say, everything we tried failed.
Our technician David arrived promptly and kept in communication with us, so as not to disturb our schedules. He asked us several questions on our sink and had it fixed in record time. I highly recommend this company, especially if they are staffed with more employees like him. I definitely will be calling them again if we have an issues in the future.

Seth is a very hard worker and a nice plumber. I saw he did his best with patience for things.

David was very professional and very sweet! He helped us out with a clog that seemed that was impossible to fix! During these tough times safety is very important to me and he wore a mask the entire time. Tyler deserves a raise or a promotion if he hasn't had one already!

He was on time, good communication, explained everything clearly, did the job for reasonable price, hope I can keep him as my plumber, because we had a lots of issues with our old house, me and my wife hate calling plumbers, never had good experiences with hiring plumber, he changed our experience. Great work Saeid, called him over weekend he showed up in 2 hours he fixed the pipe I nipped 1/2 copper pipe, when I was trying to cut drywall, he gave me good ideas about my remodeling, his price was reasonable
